I have owned Apple products since *************************************** college. Once my phone is paid off I will be selling it and going away from Apple completely. Apple's absolute reliance on automated systems to accomplish something as simple as resetting a password is abhorrent. I should not have to wait over two weeks to simply recover my password or establish that I am the account holder. The fact that I am not able to use my Apple watch to assist with the password reset is a joke. I am just needing to log out of my iCloud so I can have my shattered screen replaced. It unfortunately fell down the elevator shaft at my work, which is stressful enough. Apple has made a small fix a nightmare. My password is saved in my phone with FaceID along with all of my personal information and passwords to bank accounts, social media, and others. They are still able to charge me for apps that I CANNOT use since I am locked out. I have spoke now with two representatives that essentially say my only option is to wait because their systems are completely automated with with no ability to override. If I use my husband's phone to recover my account, it can send email and phone verification codes to me that I can use via my email or watch, but I then still have to wait another 24 hours to see if I am able to recover it. All to have a screen replaced. How is that even legal? They claim it is for security, but my goodness. It's an iPhone, not *************. I can give pictures of my ID, verify security codes, tell you my mother's maiden name. ****, I'll even throw in my pinky toe. Please for the love of all that is holy, change your process for password and device recovery. If it doesn't adjust or change or at least involve some type of human intervention in the matter, you're going to continue to lose customers to ****** and *******. I promised I would never fall for the green chat bubbles, but here I am. Change it or I hope ***** **** haunts you all.

First they promise me a call back to recover an account with all my payment information they dont keep they promise then the lady asks me to share my screen which I do then the lady ask me to see my call log and text she sees no miss text or calls from apple then still says it I must have done something else basically accusing me of lying just trying find a reason why it was my fault and not theres even after seeing all the proof to tell me I have start recovery all over and wait another 15 days even tho it was so clearly on them I been trying to erase my payment information from that account for a month

No interest financing is for every product except iphones with an apple card. Iphones require connecting to a certain carier, not disclosed, and fraud. Good to be a trillion dollar company and steal from your customers.

I wish there was an option for zero stars. I purchased a $1200 iPad Pro 14 months ago. Along with $400 in accessories. It has been in a case and taken care of meticulously. Now I have a $1200 paperweight. It wont turn on. I took it to the Apple Store confirmed it was a brick. Option Apple offered me was $650 to mail it in and have somebody look at it. I am so disgusted. Im disgusted with the customer service and Im disgusted with the quality of the device , I bought. $1600 in total I spent for garbage. Apple doesnt care anything about once theyve made their money. They are in the business of selling products and then extended warranties to cover their crappy products. After years as an apple customer, today I am a PC/android user. I will never ever do business with Apple again. Shame on Apple.

One of the worst customer service departments i have ever delt with. I honestly dont know when anyone is even employed here as they always say they cant do anything anyways. I will be switching all my devices as well as dropping apple from my life. I have had them from the start and they have only gotten worse and worse. I would truly recommend any other smart product over apple based on the company and the customer service i have received. If i could give someone negative stars it would be to this company. Being transferred to multiple different people after having to deal with there stupid automated system that cant even provide the correct information. But then they customer service **** you talk just say have used the online chat. So in all reality there isnt even a AI or a real person that know what is going on at Apple. Its sickening yo see a multi billion dollar company treat its customers like trash and send them in circles. They should maybe try and actually train there employees to be able to comprehend and do there job. Again *********, ******, android h*** even a slide phone from ******* would be a better pick than any apple product!!

Will be following up with a formal complaint, how dare you deny me because your system decided I wasnt who I said I was. Ive had apple devices for over a decade and yoh just up and decided one day that I cannot use my Apple Pay? Are you serious?! Never a better time to trash this device and company and move back over to ******* because this is suspicious behavior and just down right garbage customer service to someone whos been an ********************** user this long. Im so livid right now I cant even get my meds from the pharmacy because you took my money! Thieves and liars. Useless people I am outraged

I had an iPhone 12 Pro Max & traded it for a 15 Pro Max around Oct 2023. Apple continued to charge $13.49 a month for Apple Care on each phone for a year (totaling $161.88). Apple applied free unsolicited apps for 3 months then put the **** on the customer to cancel the subscriptions never requested. Why? I have paid for Apple Arcade @ 6.99, Fitness+ @ 9.99 & News @ 12.99$ per month for 9 months & have never used the apps (totaling $269.73)! All totals exclude taxes! When I caught the error tonight I called. Apple first only agreed to refund approximately $70.00 for the apps, required proof of trade for the 12 Pro Max then agreed to refund the $161.88. Apple expects me to lay down and give them $200 for free for an un-used product! This is greedy & predatory. Its no better than a Pay Day Loan system. Apple appears to think their customers are ignorant! This is a tech company and they cant figure out how to improve that aspect of their app? I smell large chunk a of BULL! Its PURPOSEFUL and Apple is banking on consumers forgetting to cancel. Im sure APPLE has had thousands of focus meetings on how to ******* money from consumers legally! Why not set up your system to offer 3 months free then auto cancel as a cut does not approve the subscription? Customers would be prompted when access is denied. That is YOUR responsibility Apple, not your consumers. Youre a MULTI BILLION dollar company and shaking down middle class Americans! This $200, YOU owe me, does not hurt you and YOU will likely write it off on your taxes; where as for me, its gas, medication, grocery and bill money! Regardless of your stupid policy, you should offer leniency as you are capable of seeing the apps were never used! I am thoroughly disgusted & ashamed to acknowledge you treat loyal customers in this manner! I WILL FIGHT YOU TOOTH AND NAIL! I WANT EVERY SINGLE RED ***** OF MY MONEY BACK from you catfish scheme! Apple, youre giving weak character & thirsty vibes! DO BETTER!

Apple claims that hacking their phones without an iCloud password and/or other verifying information isnt possible, but that is not true. I noticed that my phone was hacked 6 months ago. Somehow, my information was compromised despite me being a very private person who takes their online business seriously. I repeatedly asked agents at Apple for help, and their solutions involved factory data resetting my phone or changing my ****** account. When I *did* change my iCloud for the 3rd time, I realized that the hackers were just going behind me, adding their devices to my old iCloud, and continuing to hack me that way. When I asked agents to help me log into and delete those old iClouds, they said that there was nothing they could do, and to factory data reset my phone again. I went to Spectrum for answers, and they said that my IMEI could be cloned and to replace my phone. When I asked Apple to replace my brand new phone under warranty because Spectrum advised that, they tried once again to tell me that it was impossible for my phone to be hacked, and they would not be replacing my phone *under warrwnty* because its not a hardware issue.Youre not as safe and private as you think you are with an Apple phone. Ive had this issue for months, and not one agent has been able to help me. They give me the same solution that doesnt work, or claim that theyre not cyber security experts while also telling me why Im wrong about their ********** brand new phone is basically useless, and their advice? Get another one. Absolutely not.
