I purchased a 2023 Hyundai Tucson on April 24, 2023. I have been having problems with their Radio, it automatically switches from English to an Asian Voice. I have been dealing with this issue with the ****************** since November 2023. As of date they have not found a solution to fix this problem. they have replaced the Radio several times, placed several Software Updates, and other parts to try and fix the problem. To no avail it has not resolved anything.I have been in contact with their ***************** their CEO, the Service Manager at Hyundai of Downtown, ********************************************************* this point I am requesting a full refund of my Down Payment of $4,000, and 8 payments of $460 to returned back to me. I am not accepting this vehicle back from the dealership.I consider this a Lemon at this point. I need your help in resolving this issue.

Hyundai motors cars are a Scam to poor people who cant afford to fight them in court. They dont stand behind their warranty on their engines failures. Even if the Hyundai dealership that repaired your car said its no fault to you or us, it the manufacturer. I bought my car new.

*** vehicles' alarms do not activate when someone breaks their windows. Additionally, the *** ******* app does not consistently notify owners when someone opens their car doors. There hasn't been much effort to change the public's perception that *** (and Hyundai) vehicles are no longer easy to steal. I believed I was safe with my new ***, but unfortunately, my vehicle will always be a target for thieves. Nowhere feels safe to park my car. I urge people to avoid ***, Hyundai, and Genesis vehicles.

I bought a Hyundai in October of 22. The vehicle has been back and forth to the dealership for recalls and issues almost the whole time. It has physically been in a Hyundai dealership 9 to 10 months out of the 16 months Ive owned it. There was a sunroof recall, engine recall, and now my car has been at the dealership since August 2023 waiting on a transmission. It is now Feb. **** and nothing. I tried to call Hyundai Motor Company to get some type of support and/or concession since Ive been paying my car note and insurance all this time without the use of my vehicle. My tags have expired and everything. The representative told me they would escalate my issue to a manager because they agreed my situation was horrible, but they hung up on me and never called back. Im very disappointed! I actually loved the car until I started having mechanical issues with it. This is ridiculous!

The worst company ever since they are not willing to help their Hyundai owners with manufacturer defects, I was going to buy another Hyundai, but I will NEVER EVER buy another Hyundai or any vehicle that has to do with them, they are the worst company ever, and to make matters worse, the dealership where I purchased the vehicle at, they have the worst employees, they are idiots and they are liars, DO NOT BUY A HYUNDAI OR ANY VEHICLE FROM THEM AND DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM ******************* HYUNDAI OR ********* **

Hyundai is so full of crap!I bought a 2017 Hyundai ******* limited almost 4 years ago. About a year ago I reached out to them about the paint peeling and they had the nerve to tell me that I have to buy an extended warranty for a issue that has clearly been going on for a long time now.Its an outrage that they allow this to happen and not value their customers. I would never recommend anyone to purchase anything from Hyundai

I brought a brand new 2016 Tucson with a 4 cylinder. This car is using oil but not because its burning it. The car and other with this motor are using oil due to a bad high pressure fuel pump. Its leaking fuel into the system and therefore making the oil thinning ( changing the viscosity of the oil). The cat converter had to be change last year due to the unit clogging up by the oil passing through the engine. The dealer knew that and since it was over the mileage for the warranty. They would not change it. I had to pay for it. The high pressure fuel pump has fail and they know this because they are failing in other cars. The local dealer didnt even checked the pressures. Its supposed to be around **** psi and they said I had to prove that I had changed the oil in my car which I do BUT this is not an oil change problem. This is a design problem. They have not offer to even look at the pump. If other people have this problem I like to see the complaints. This problem should not be allow to happen. I am adding oil every **** miles and yet they tell me to change the oil every **** miles. **** for! If Im adding 3 quarts to drive it **** miles. ** this a big waste of my hard earn money. Sine the car is paid for do they even car. This car was still under warranty or was it since they have done anything.

I purchased a used Tucson in September last year, just to find out a month later that this model along with many others has engine consumption problems. I paid for the vehicle in full at time of purchase. I was laid off the following week from my job, but at least i had my nice new car, or so i thought. I took it to the dealership over the course of the next 5 months at least 5 times so i could go through an evaluation process including measuring, cleaning, oil changes and in between each needed to drive **** miles, so it took some time.******(who is great by the way) at ****** Hyundai helped me through the whole process. Apparently they deal with 4-5 of these same cases each day. I was told by multiple of the mechanics that my engine was on the worse side of the spectrum. I was told that Hyundai would be contacted and i would be getting a new engine. When i do get the call back from ****** they "regret to inform me" that Hyundai will only cover a portion of the defective engine and that i would be on the hook for $3000 more in order to get the engine and have a car that performs its most basic function.I call customer care and they were friendly enough, but tell me that i have a case manager and only she can help me. I was supposed to get a call, but didn't so i reached out to the case manager to explain the situation. **********, my case manager, wasn't honest about what the process would be. She repeatedly told me that it was up to the dealership and that she would call them and see what she could do. I knew this wasn't true, and then confirmed with ****** as well.I waited the couple days and called her and she "regretted to inform me" that the dealership said that was the final decision. When i asked if i could speak to anyone else in these circumstances, she said that they do not have phones. We also have an Elantra. We are supposed to be a part of the Hyundai family, and that has gotten me one car and one enormous paper weight. Thanks 4 nothin

Absolutely Horrible. Not only are the engines in the cars they selling crappy, the fact they are only taking 75% of the responsibility after stating the engine IS burning oil. They want to make people pay 25% of their mistake. People buy these cheap cars because we don't have a lot of money, and not they want me to cover a portion of the cost of their mistake. I went through all the hoops they made me go through, and followed their orders, and they are still s******* me. And because I cannot afford it I am stuck with an engine that is unsafe to drive and could give out at any point. $1400 is a lot to someone in my situation, it is pennies to a corporation like Hyundai.. but instead of doing the right thing, they are standing by there pledge to sell us c***

Please dont fall for the 3 year 36k mile service scam. Hyundai will tell you that you can only get 4 oil changes on **** mile intervals. The problem is from the time I left the dealership the vehicle had a sticker asking to service every **** miles and now Hyundai says sorry we can get the 5th or 6th oil change since you are not driving normal miles. Who drives **** a year like they expect you to do and with the known Hyundai oil consumption engines who is going to wait until **** miles. I contacted Hyundai consumer affairs and this was sort of their response.
