My account was permanently banned for fraudulent activity. Having been with SurveyJunkie for years and never having an issue I have no idea how they came to that conclusion. Ive asked but no one will come forth with anything I did that was fraudulent because I clearly never did anything fraudulent. Im insulted that they are accusing me of it. This started when I checked with customer service about a ********************** that gave me a specific error message, I sent them that error message to customer service. They told me that error message said I was using a VPN which I do, but I replied to them, I cant even access the app when my VPN is on to take a survey, consequentlyI always turn it off before accessing the app. Thats the fraudulent activity, having a vpn ? *** had it for years and it was never an issue. Ive asked to have this escalated to upper management only to be ignored. They also refuse to allow me to redeem my points for all of my time spend to complete numerous surveys already completed. I started doing surveys to earn extra money in June 2024. I was never told I needed to verify my identity at any time during doing surveys provided to me. In January 2025 I decided to request payment on my rewards balance of ****** points earned. This represents $133.29 in actual money. I was then told I would need to verify my identity, which I have never had to do with other survey companies in the past. I attempted to follow their instructions but was not able to succeed in submitting a selfie video after I made a copy of the front and back of my AZ drivers license. I tried several times and eventually sent them an email stating this. I received an apologetic email in which they said I should try again since they made some sort of adjustment to my account. Nothing changed and I kept getting as error message Something went wrong. Please try again ******** I sent another email and they requested I sent a screen shot of that message, which I did.I received another email again apologizing for the problem and asking if I could go thru another browser using the link they provided. I have tried several times, using different browsers and received another error message error.permissions_unabailable.title.They suggested via yet another email that I try going thru my email address and password. At which point I never received the code to enable me to change my email password on my account with them. I did a lot of work in good faith that I would be paid for my work and time. I feel it is time to end the run-around and receive the $134.29 I am due for my time. I have received reimbursement from Survey Junkie in excess of $600 in 2024. Therefore, Survey Junkie must issue a Form 1099.I have opted out of receiving the Form 1099 electronically. I have requested to receive a hard copy of the form mailed to my home address.I have contacted Survey Junkie 6 times requesting to know when Form 1099 will be mailed. survey Junkie refuses to provide a mailing date. The site has become frustrating. I have been using this app/site for years but it is coming to the point where It is purposely taking information then immedeatly screening people out without survey availability. For the past month and a half,the site has been empty only offering one survey per every three hours and the one survey that appears leads you directly to an error page or takes your information and immediately screens you out. I sent emails regarding this matter and have been told to clear my cookies ,cache/internet connection, i followed instructions and nothing has changed. in fact it purposely broke my 7 day streak bonuses 3 TIMES IN A ROW! ALL WHEN I AM ON DAY 6!ABOUT TO COMPLETE THE STREAK.they automatically make the surveys disappear. so you wont complete your streak. It is the one conclusion I have arrived to unfortunately, because it is what I am experiencing consistently. I complete my surveys thoroughly and honestly and continue to encounter this issue. I ont know what to do and it is coming to the point where it is turning me away form using this. Surveys would only appear from 10 am to 11 am MAX then disappear for the rest of the week. I took many surveys and I accumulated $50 worth of gift cards. They claimed they would send me the card but never did. I sent multiple emails and did multiple chats with them and they have ignored me. They owe me $50. I have all of the proof.Business Response

I have been completing surveys with no issue for 2 years. Suddenly they are asking for me to send front and back of government issued identification in order to cash out my points. On Dec 17, I noticed my account had no ***********************, and there was a banner at top saying there was a problem with my account. Later that day, I received a reply, with Survey junkie saying my account has been permanently suspended because I was "tampering with links to bypass survey controls" (whatever that means). Which of course, I did not do (I have been a member for 4.5 years in good standing). I merely clicked on the links they provided, be it through the e-mails they send, their site, or their app. Therefore, they're either lying or they're the ones providing my surveys with tampered links. I of course pointed out to them that I did no such thing, and asked to explain what was going on. They replied back 2 days later (Dec 19), claiming I violated their ******************* and "no additional information can be provided on the matter." Why not? I have a right to know exactly what I allegedly did. How can they suspend me and not have information on it? Well its quite simple, really. They did this to kick me out to keep from having to pay me my redemptions. Clearly I've been redeeming too much from them. Now I cannot even redeem what I have rightfully, and legally, earned. Which is theft, plain and simple, and legally speaking. Not to mention, their wild, unfounded, and unsupported (by their own admittance) accusations are nothing but libel, defamation of character, character assassination, and misrepresentation of character. Survey Junkie must reinstate my account in full, credit me the ************************************************* their currently running boost program, and also compensate me for the days missed taking surveys, from their wrongful (self admittedly) suspension of my account.Business Response

I am filing this complaint due to being unable to resolve an issue with Survey Junky. Within the past week, I have spent hours every day giving opinions and personal information to Survey Junky and their affiliates in exchange for a price agreed upon before taking the surveys. Today alone Ive spent 30 minutes on a 30 minute survey answering many questions, giving a lot of personal information and watching videos for 65 cents and did not get credited the promised amount. Also, survey junky promised 500 bonus points for completing surveys for 7 days in a row which I did. It has been 2 days of requesting the promised points and I have been ignored and the points remain owed to me per the promotion they displayed to me daily. Survey Junkie is a safe and secure website, trusted by millions of members who take surveys and redeem on a daily basis. This is also highlighted by the fact that the member has already redeemed over $116 since joining Survey Junkie a month ago. Please note that though it can be disappointing, getting disqualified or terminated from surveys is a common occurrence and a part of survey taking throughout the survey industry. It is possible that during the survey, as the survey providers were gathering information, they determined the member was not the kind of participant they were looking for, so they terminated the survey. This can happen at any point in a survey, regardless of how much is completed. Please note that Survey Junkie has no say in members getting disqualified or terminated from a survey and it is up to the sole discretion of the survey providers. With that being said, we want to reiterate that we value the efforts of our members and we are committed to working with third-party survey providers to constantly improve the survey-taking experience for members. Regarding the 500 points for the promo, the member will be paid out the funds once the promo ends on December 24.
