      Don't trust when they tell you rent yourself when dealership loaners not available....3 weeks now and escalation agent ***** doesn't even bother to call and confirm details etc....this guy is a ghost....talk to cs supervisors not posible....will direct you to voicemail....which will promise to call back within 24 business hours....and they surprised about that....when trying to call back ....system will switch you between several options and finally will say to wait for agent....DON'T THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM......

      My daughter has a 2018 ********** EX with 56k mileage, she has ales followed her maintenance plan perfectly with oil changes, etc. 3 months ago she started experiencing the dreaded oil consumption issue. She tested it at a local garage and the local dealer. They both confirmed her consumption was 1 QT or more per **** miles driven. The local dealership first held her car for 3 weeks with no communication other than what my daughter initiated weekly and basically for no reason. Then she was handed over to *** corporate who kept telling her that her case was submitted to the *** regional manager who was not responsive to calls or emails (for 3 months) while being told they were looking into a good will warranty coverage due to fact she was under the mileage limit and only over the 60 months time period by a couple of months and had a excellent service history. Two months in, she finally was given a case number and manager who always promised to contact her back and didnt until my daughter called. Finally they denied her claim stating that they didnt have her service records which were emailed twice and she was outside of the warranty. They have a known problem, they lost their case before and they refuse to accept ownership of their problems. The 3 month delay isnt incompetence, its planned to wear you down. Disgusting behavior and indifference to the consumer.

      I own a 2017 *** ******* and now I am having to spend ***** on a new engine because of *** defective products. I was haivng an oil consumption issue and it affected my engine and now my car is shot. *** will not do anything about it and their is no recall on my specific car. I have seen many many complaints about the same issue my car is having yet *** will not fix this issue. I will never buy another *** and I will tell others to stay away from ***.

      I think *** i* tra*h officially. Ive been a member and buying *** * for 10 year* now the new ********** came out, and I had to have it.. Im in ********** *******. I got the car July and it* had con*tant i**ue* with low engine oil. They replace my ga*ket made me like a rat in an experiment drive around for 500 Mile* ju*t approve them wrong that there i* an extra i**ue. They probably need a new engine.. I am beyond ****** off and *** tell* me theyll decide if I de*erve a new car.. I *pent my hard earned money buying *omething for my*elf for to be broken. It* a $44,000 car Ill *pend by the time it* all done and nobody give* a **** about how I feel about the bull c*** they *old me and now I have to be inconvenienced going back-and-forth to the dealer in *ome ****** rental car* that are un*afe not a vehicle I bought and theyre definitely not the price that Im paying to drive the car that I bought, I think whoever *ee* thi* *hould make thing* right I de*erve a new vehicle. I dont de*erve *ome broken down c*** that youre gonna fix and ju*t get back to me. I want *omething new and off the line. .

      At *************** there was miscommunication about a car diagnostic and potential repair/engine replacement. After leaving my car there for 3 days, missing many appointments, including doctors and medical treatments, my understanding was that they (the dealership) was going to approach ************** about extending the car's engine warranty since I only have ****** miles on it and *** engines are notorious for burning oil (the reason I went there. According to the service rep, he only asked for help with a diagnostic charge and *** only agreed to reduce the likely ***** repair bill by 100.00.I expressed my deep disappointment in this. When I got my invoice back, they had changed my email address to suzanneisanuglylady@.... I am very distressed. I find it particularly abusive as a woman. I behaved respectfully and reasonably and do not deserve this treatment.

      Feb 2022 error in my monthly statement Jan ***** was $15285.92 changes to Feb 2022 to $20344.20 call customer service several times said that my account is correct. I wrote to Kia ******* a letter in March 2023 no response. In Aug 2023, I sent examples of the errors in my account got return signature. I checked my payment balance and I saw that they had removed three payments that I need confirmation number for Feb, March, April 2022. I wrote another letter to say that I do not like removing these payment without contacting me before doing this. I wrote to ****************** on 9/29/2023 about my problem no contact. What I want is that I need to call to someone. I wish I had never used Kia *******

      So, I was looking around online dealerships near me, I noticed a trend with *** dealers among some other places. I emailed ***.com to ask about one place that had crazy low prices as it seemed to good to be true. I never got a reply. Then I noticed on some sites another trend. One dealership inflates the sticker prices by like $4000, has no sticker prices to look at, and offers cars they don't actually have on the lots yet. Then after their full prices gives the ONLY THEM super special discount of $4000. Although I'm sure dealerships can make the price anything they want, this is basically false advertising to draw in customers who don't shop around and have seen sticker prices think they are getting some really great deal. Who knows how much of any actual manufacture discounts this negates. I've seen the same tactic on many *** dealers sites only It was not this much of a hike. I emailed ***.com and again no reply. So I guess *** is OK with any shady practices *** dealerships pull. Let alone all the complaints here I can understand why there is a 1 out of 5 score. Guess Ill go back to looking at Nissans.

      I bought a 2022 *** ** gt line straight out of the showroom, now the car doesnt run. *** has had the car over 30 days and they still dont know whats wrong with it. I have a full warranty. They havent offered a rental. They havent offered anything. All they tell me is we dont know whats wrong with it. NEVER buy a *** NEVER . This is the most unprofessional worthless company on planet earth. *** contacted a lawyer maybe he can make sense of this.

      Car is less than 10 years old and has ****** miles on it. Both catalytic converters went out within a months each other. *** wants me to pay almost $3000 to fix it. Every mechanic I spoke with said the cats should not have gone out. Not only am I stuck with making payments on the car but now I'm out of a car because I can't afford $3000 to fix it. Kias response to me was that's it's out of warranty. Sent a reply back for reconsideration and they never replied.

      DO NOT BUY FROM **** I bought a car back in December 2021, brand new car bought with 0 miles off the lot and a year later I started having issues the car started jolting in the middle of you driving and almost caused 2 car accident with my toddler in the car, even on the freeway it would randomly jolt and cause the car to shift different and not drive the same. And the car was at the shop with no estimate date to pick up for over a month or so!
