      Kia ******** service is TRASH! My brand new leases vehicle with ***** miles on it needs new tires and they refuse to pay for them! No warranty on the stock tires that THEY put on them and no abuse on my part, yet they still wont pay for them! After 5 months of their stupid review process!! Unbelievable! Ill never purchase a ****

      Terrible company. I called corporate to open a case and the person I spoke to couldnt care less. Bought a brand new 22 Sorento and started having transmission problems once the car hit 12k miles. *** error clears every time the car is restarted and the dealership says if theres no code they cant do anything. So now I have this issue almost every week with no resolution. *** owned several car brands and have never had a transmission/engine issue.

      If I could, I'd give them zero. Kia ******** support did nothing to help me. I asked to speak to a manager multiple times and every time I was transfered to the same guy who pretended not to hear me. Worst experience of my life after having an engine go out, and the replacement go out after 2 months. I'm never going back to **** nor any car brand connected to them. I will never suggest their cars. I'm in debt as a 26 year old an incredible amount after this. I hope someone tries to reach out to me after this God awful experience.

      *** is absolutely garbage.Bought a 2021 *** ******* from a dealership in ***** at 44k miles. I noticed a recall so I brought it to the closest *** to me. They inspected and said I was not affected by the recall then 3 weeks later my transmission started giving me issues, it wasnt shifting correctly. So I brought it back to the same dealership, ********** in Bossier. After waiting for 2 hours we were told they won't be able to diagnose it until tomorrow and they require a diagnosis to get approved for a loaner by ***. Okay, how long could a diagnosis take you may ask? Apparently 3 days (as of now). According to the liar of a service manager **** who told me to contact Enterprise or I could pick up my *** and drive it to another ***. I dont know why expected better because I had my last *** got inspected for an engine recall and weeks later it shut off in the middle of the road.because of the recall issue. You can call ************* for help if you have 3 hrs to sit on hold get hung up on and call right back. As of I this moment I don't know what happens when they answer I have not gotten that far yet. - Go buy a *******

      Impossible to reach "customer service". The anti theft "fix" is totally inadequate. Offering a steering wheel lock that is difficult use is not accecptable. I have a *** **** that is vulnerable to theft but there is no software fix offered. I will never buy a *** or ******* again and will advise everyone else I know to do the same. Would like to give it no stars if that were an option!

      Bought new in 2012. Two motors later engine seized again. How can they still be in business after all these bad reviews. Also all the information you see online regarding this company. They should be shut the h*** down

      Because of this anti-theft recall, insurance companies have refused to cover my car. The ones that would wanted to charge me $300 or more per month, which is significantly more than I have ever paid for insurance. I went to *** and asked them to honor my full amount owed on the vehicle so I could finance a new one, so I was not forced to drive around in an uninsured car. They would not cover the 5k in negative equity just so I could get something else. I was prepared to buy something new, but they still refused to help me out with their problem. I cannot afford insurance, and now I have lapsed and no one will cover me with this vehicle at all. *** has not done anything to rectify the situation, but I have contacted corporate. All I want is to buy a new car, but I cannot get financed with the negative equity. I am hoping *** contacts me soon. I will file a lawsuit if I end up having an accident without insurance, considering it is NOT my fault that no one would cover me.

      I wish I could Give *** half of Star.. I'm Disappointed with ***. I bought a car with them in 2018 and it was just broken into / stolen..because of that wonderful key security design.. My car has been sitting in the shop for 5 weeks.. parts are hard to get.. and my rental is at it's ***** so I have no car and can't get a extension on a rental... *** won't even give me a loaner car till they get parts in.. this has really inconvenience me and my family... Along with my car insurance being raised to a very higher price.. Thanks *** for hurting the people..

      *** of American is a very bad company to deal with anybody. This company is not credible. This is the worst type of business that anyone can have, they dont serve their customers with any satisfaction. Someone needs to get this business shut down for good and close to the public.

      This one star is too good of a review for Kia America. Do not buy a *** as the engines break down quickly. We had a car that only lasted to ****** miles. ***** was no help to resolve this manufacturer flaw. Kia America needs to reengineer their engines so this does not happen. They also need to learn customer care. ******* in customer care obviously knew and has been trained to finagle a way out of responsibility even with evidence that our vehicle was clearly properly maintained. The reality, this was obviously a flawed engine; A manufacturers defect! This also will be our last *** purchased by our immediate and much extended family. As a result their revenue will suffer if not already due to unhelpful resolve with manufacturer issues. Whatever you do please do NOT purchase a ***. The customer care is helpless and the vehicles are greatly lacking in dependability. You make think you are getting more bang for your buck, but in the end it will come back wreaking havoc and you will lose greatly as we did. Stay away from *** at all costs!!!
