      If your reading this review, please get as far away as possible from *** and if there are no other cars available for sale then walk. Believe me if you don't take my advice you'll be very very sorry. I have been without my car for 4 weeks. It is still be "diagnosed". I work an hour away and this company has absolutely no conscience or morals. I am paying for a car this month I haven't drove at all.

      Very poor customer service. I have been trying for over 2 months via numerous phone calls to get a refund for my gap insurance. I refinanced my car and am due this refund. I keep getting the run around and my patience has run out. Have been a loyal customer for years but this will be my last *** purchase

      I have a 2017 Kia ***** It has under 100, 000 miles that I bought brand new. Well several lights illuminated on my dashboard so I took it in for service at the *********, ** location and was told they could not find the issue but they could replace some electrical in the car in hopes to find the problem THEN. Of course, I couldn't afford the $1100 for repair that would not guarantee to fix my issue. After walking away paying a diagnostic fee and still with a car needing repairs I took the car to the auto center in ***********************, **. I was told at that appointment the cats ABS hydraulic system needed repair and the cost would be and upward of $2200+ because this was not covered under the car's warranty. Again, I had to pay a diagnostic fee and my car still does not drive properly, has issues accelerating, tops at a certain speed and kicks back and slows down. *** does want to repair the car but instead passing the bill on to me which I cannot afford. My next step is to report this to NHTSA. This is a well know issue as mentioned by *** employees and could be very dangerous while driving on fast moving highway.*******. C ******

      My car was broken into as an attempted theft. I haven't even made my first payment on it. *** refused to help or do anything, even on the website from the location I bought it from mentions that they will help you if you're a victim of theft. *** is a joke. I entered the lawsuit against them and I recommend others do as well. I will make sure I tell everyone I can to avoid buying a ***.

      I sold my ********* to carmax. They took a payment via auto draft from my account AFTER the vehicle was paid off. Then they told me it would be 30 days before they can refund me. After the 30 days I called and they had sent MY money to carmax. Carmax has not sent my check or refunded me. *** had NO REASON to send carmax money that they took from MY ACCOUNT! **************** is always a foreigner who would care less about you. I will NEVER buy another ****

      ALWAYS saying they never got payment even when we have proof where they took the money. Employees are dumb as h*** Bought my *************** January & was literally told that payment I wouldve made in February was for ******* and so forth. If I wouldnt have went to ************* directly when I bought the car, I would think its a scam. Something needs to be done about them theyre s******* people over BIG TIME. or they at least need to be looked into.

      Absolutely horrible company that shouldn't manufacturer any vehicles. I owe a **** I m very outrage by their actions. I've heard of so many types of *** having so many issues going on. Let me tell you the first is USB anti theft. *** BOYS AND *** GIRLS to watch videos of young ones stealing vehicles so easily. By using a cord to steal a car ! Also the engine of *** may not work properly . Telluride *** which the air bags on the side/window to not deploy . guess what manufacturing error. Something needs to be done . I 've been battle with *** for some time. I've been on the phone dealing with representatives. I m very upset with *** in general. I really upset on how this company . Cause at the end lives are more important and the safety in these vehicles need to be taking care of more seriously . I m saying this from the bottom of my heart . I had my brake line replace on my **** I m very upset . I m so disappointment in *** in general .

      *** I will *** you and make sure you will be taken to court my sister car was broken into and *** has not done nothing about this this is a whole scam yall personally got going on and I as an federal worker will make sure you go down hill and every other customer that has to deal with this I will make sure every Kia ********** in the ******************* is shut down no one is willing to help my sister get her car fixed

      I think *** motor company need to tell us why we as people getting pick up by the bank when there a three year car payment we have finish for that three years we shouldnt a other year or two payments we didnt agree to four or five years car loan they need to fix or some my mom and me we payed off I dont know why are they picking cars but the bbb need get involved them think you

      *** are the most stolen cars due to the ignition u can start with a usb cord. Every morning the first thing I do is press my car alarm to make sure its there. One dreadful morning it wasnt. People are replacing their *** emblems with different companies with similar looking vehicles to avoid them being stolen. What r u doing about this ******** People will be paying double the insurance rates because they own a ***. This is not fair to the average working class person. What the h*** r u doing about this?
