      In early October of 2022, the engine on our 2018 Kia **** blew due to a recall issue. Our vehicle is still under factory warranty, so we took it to the ********** for the issue to be resolved. The ********** said the engine would have to be replaced. We were initially told that it could *********** to 8 weeks for the new engine to arrive and that there were many others in line to have an engine put in before us. They have no loaner cars to provide for us or any other customer, even though it is in their in their buyers policy to do so. We can not get a rental under our warranty until the vehicle actually begins repairs. 6 to 8 weeks came and went and the ********** cannot even give us an estimate on when our engine is due to arrive. With corporate **** we have been passed around from one department to another. Everyone says the same thing. The engine has been ordered, we are at the top of the list of repairs, but theres no telling how long we will be waiting for the engine. They cant help us with a rental until the vehicle begins repairs. It has been very difficult and inconvenient getting transportation for myself and my children five days a week. Not having a second vehicle has put great strain on the only other vehicle we have, a 2019 Kia ******* and we are greatly concerned it will start malfunctioning soon as well. Our schedules dont always allow for us to use one vehicle, so my retired parents have been adding extra strain on their old van to ensure that my kids and I get to work and school.I cannot stress enough the dangers of getting involved with ***. Im a HS teacher and I actually have a former student who now works for *** and her exact words about *** when we discussed it were as follows, *** vehicles are the worst!! I work for a kia ********** over here in baytown and customers come and get their vehicles and dont make it off the lot before the transmission is already messed up after waiting for months just to get the car!

      If I could I would give them 0 stars!!! They are refusing to give me my title! They wont even give me a memorandum title like they were supposed to! The customer service is very rude.

      ****************** should no longer be sold in *****************. Our ***************************** July 2022 in ********, **. It was recovered it has been at ********************************* dealership in ************ ** since being driven there by us. It had 2 windows busted the steering column smashed. The dealership has ordered all parts and replaced all but 1 the ignition switch. Called ********************************* on a weekly basis since they have had the car. Being told my ****** in the service department on every call that there is no ETA on this ignition switch we have emailed KIA America INC on multiple ocassions and they state they have not time frame of when the part will be available. KIA American case #s ******** & ********. This KIA ****** has sat in the ********************************* dealership since July 2022 just deteriating. This car had the catalitic converter stolen off of the care while sitting in the dealership parking lot. It has been replaced now but still not Ignition Switch? It has been at ********************************* Dealership since July 2022 going on 6 months now. This car is loosing value and deteriating as it sits there. Anyone have any help they can provide us it would be greatly appreciated.

      Our *** ***** has been with DTLA *** for warrantied engine replacement since May 30, 2022. We have arduously had to communicate between ********* and DTLA *** for the last 7 months. There were no loaners the for first two months, so had to pay for a rental which cost us $2K of which we cannot get reimbursed until the car is repaired and we are satisfied with the repairs. Then it will take at least another 30 Days to be reimbursed. Now were have been notified that the new engine that we waited months for will not work. Now a new engine has to be ordered. Of course, no ETA on when the engine will arrive. This is completely ludicrous! Our only option now is to sue ***. Why does it have to come down to this?

      Kia ******** service is the worst. I took my 2017 Kia **** for state inspection to ************** in ******** ** and it was the worst experience. Long story short they did not tell me my engine was leaking and my engine plug was loose so it came out on the highway and all the oil leaked and my engine seized. They were extremely negligent and could've cost me my life. I tried to contact *** Consumer Affairs and they are extremely rude and disrespectful and have yet to help me and have not submitted claim to the ******** Regional Manager. I am definitely seeking legal council to bring down this dealership. It's extremely shameful that the Kia ***** is not trust worthy.

      This company customer service and their phone system is horrible. I call and the hold time is over 30 minutes to have the rep put me back on hold, then due to time on hold it disconnects the call. I have been waiting on a part for over an year to get a remote start installed on my 2022 soul. *** messed up when they did the tech package because they don't work with remote starts and they are now trying to fix the issue. **** upset with them.

      The other night I was driving through and my *** ***** broke down and was towed to *** *********** 7 hours from home and 8 hours from my destination, with two dogs in the car, husband deployed, no one close to pick up, in a 2019 *** ***** with 39k, a car that shouldnt have an issues making this trip as it has in the past. They informed on Nov 21 that they could look at the car until Dec 9. One service member said he could drop me off at a car rental, I asked to go to the airport car rental 10 min from the shop where I had a car lined up, since *** refused/didnt have a car for me even though they are advertising that if you are 150 miles from home they will provide you with a rental, lodging, meals, etc. *********** guy drops me off at a different car rental not that one I requested and leaves me there to find out they dont have a car. I then have to walk back to the deal-ship where my dogs are, to figure out how I am going to get home.I have to order an Uber because they are now close to go to the airport where I originally requested to go to pick up a car, now shelling out $350 for a car to go one way to get me to my destination. I have now call *** corporate office where I seeking assistance, they informed me that they wont be paying for my rental, for a car that is under warranty. That I have to wait until the car is diagnosed and returned before I can received any payment. I have already shelled out 350 for one car, I still have to get a second car home, then get another rental to tide me over until this car is fix which at this rate wont be until the after the next year. Figure out who I am getting a car that is 7 hours from my home once it is fixed.Honestly extremely disappointed with the customer service, false advertising of coverage if traveling more 150 miles away from home and treatment of a military service members family.I am now am told I will not receive any payments for my troubles until the car is returned.

      Horrible customer service. They don't take responsibility for any of the small locally owned dealerships. So they allow them to conduct business anyway they want under *** name. Will never buy another ***.
