1 starAVOID BUYING NEW KIAS LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! NEED A REPAIR? SORRY, NO PARTS MANUFACTURED YET!!!!! MAYBE NEXT YEAR!!!!! ( No kidding, no exaggeration or embellishments)Im the owner of a brand new *** that needs a part for repairs. My car has been sitting in the dealers parking lot for SIX weeks with absolutely no end in sight, and no one from *** down to the dealership really cares at all. Unfortunately *** hasnt manufactured the part, which has turned my car into a as$600 a month liability that I cant drive, with a part which has no scheduled manufacture date; rendering my car useless until *** decides to begin manufacturing parts to support the vehicles they sell. After spending hours on the phone today in an attempt to get that part, I was told the new 2025 models theyre busy rolling out to dealerships now also have NO parts available if any are needed for repairs after the vehicle is sold. My advice: buy a ***** or ******, they provide parts to support vehicle repairs, and will jump through hoops to provide top notch repair services. I sure wish I did. I regret buying that ***, It barely has 1000 miles on it and i havent seen it since September. Do yourself a favor, avoid any *** vehicles and stick with the better known brands that actually support their vehicles after theyve been sold and can provide parts for repairs. Buying this car was a HUGE mistake that Ill be regretting and paying for, for a long time. This flipping car has created havoc in my home life, my professional life, and nerves. Choose a better brand that actually can provide parts for vehicle repairs. I sure wish that i did!!!!!!!! If anyone has any helpful ideas for how I can get *** to release the part to me, Id appreciate your input. Thanks very much!!!Review fromCaroline C

1 starI loved my 2023 ******************** but unfortunately I got a lemon. I COMPLETELY understood that things happen and was more than patient and willing to work with *** on my lemon law claim (first opened back in 2023) after many failed attempts to fix the vehicle. At this point I've been strung along far too long and need an answer. I have a vehicle I that is untrustworthy and unsafe. For the past two months I've been told DAILY that they should know later today or tomorrow if my claim has been approved... and a supervisor cannot help escalate or get an answer any sooner. DO BETTER ***! Give a time frame that is at least close to true. I need a reliable and safe vehicle. I need to be able to visit my elderly mother out of state without having to rent a vehicle. I need an answer to my claim. I need this RESOLVED!! PLEASE HELP!! Claim #******** - ******** *****Review fromMichael W

1 starI am writing to express my disappointment, frustration and continued safety concerns as a first time *** owner. I purchased a 2021 Kia ******** in December 2022. Since purchasing the vehicle I have had nothing but reoccurring problems with my vehicle stalling. My vehicle has stalled on the highway, in a construction zone, off ramp, in town, and one time while turning left with traffic having to slam on their brakes. I have had my vehicle in for warranty repairs 5 times now with one visit being over two months and the latest being over one month. Have had corroded wires in backup wiring harness replaced, throttle body/throttle positioning sensor replaced, computer replaced/reset and the latest guesswork was replacing the entire wiring harness. I have little to no confidence that my vehicle will be safe to drive after the most recent repair. I obtained the initial owners repair history which found that she reported the vehicle was stalling at around twenty thousand miles. She got rid of the vehicle and now it is my burden. My family no longer feels safe riding in my vehicle and I frankly dont want them as a passenger. I have reached out to *** and filed claims with very little assistance. The resolution I am seeking is repurchase or replacement.Review fromGeorgia H

1 starI am writing to express my deep disappointment and frustration with my recent experience as a *** owner. The issues I have encountered have not only been inconvenient but have also raised serious concerns regarding the safety and reliability of your vehicles. I previously reported an issue with my vehicle in March, and I was assured that nothing was wrong. However, my engine has since failed, and I am now facing a repair cost of $7,000an expense that should be covered under a manufacturing warranty or recall, given the history and nature of the problem. This engine failure put my 10-year-old daughter and me at serious risk when the vehicle stopped unexpectedly in the middle of a busy intersection. If something had happened to my daughter, you would be receiving a detailed message from my lawyer instead of me. It is disheartening to see that, despite multiple complaints within the community, these issues remain unresolved. The widespread reports of faulty engines and other significant mechanical problems suggest that *** vehicles are not only unreliable but also unsafe for drivers and passengers alike. I urge you to take these complaints seriously, as the safety and well-being of your customers should be top priority. Additionally, as a single mother, full-time healthcare worker, and full-time medical student, being without a vehicle has severely impacted my livelihood. As a loyal *** customer for years, this experience has been the final straw. My family and I will no longer consider *** ********* nor will we invest another dime in your brand. I would not be surprised to see further legal action or even a shutdown in the near future if these issues remain unresolved.Review fromSh L

1 starIt has been over 2 months that a part has been on order for my *** ******** and no delivery date is available. The vehicle cannot be driven without this, thus forcing me to pay thousands of dollars in car rental fees with no assistance from ***. I was told it could possibly take a couple more months, meaning it will cost me thousands of dollars more. This is ***** fault, not mine, and *** should either provide a loaner vehicle or compensate me for the exorbitant expenses. They can afford it more than I can.Review fromChristine B

1 starIm going to try to stay within my charactersWe bought our 2019 *** ******** w approx 3* k miles in feb 2021.On December 23rd my care made a noise like the Serpentine belt was going bad.I took it to ************ told me it was engine failure.Called Raceway *** after not being able to get ahold of *** of *********** to get it towed ********* into Raceway 12/26 & they had our car for * months. They couldn't get the emissions codes to reset & told us to drive the car (wo inspection &emissions which were due in Feb) until the codes reset(it's illegal 2 have a car on the rd in ** W/ bad stickers.)They said they needed their courtesy car back to CLOSE the case.We didn't agree w/ this so they called the cops on us & if we didn't bring the car bk they would report it stolen & told the cops were had fake stickers from last year. They forgot to charge our AC which the principal fixed after emails however we also had fume issues. Our fuel line was mangled & Raceway forgot to put an engine bolt in the car (shown to us by our local mechanic when the fumes didn't dissipate with a new fuel cap,) & taken to *** of *********** (cr purchased there.) RACEWAY was the only 1 who worked on that line when the engine was replaced. They stated to get an ************** ******* was of no help. (Passed the **** back 2 the dealerships & stated to flatbed or drive the car bk to RW ***, leaking fuel.)Had the car back * a few weeks and the cr had a fuel pump replaced under extended warranty. 1 star*** is absolutely horrible as of late. I don't know if it's because of all the engine issues, recalls, stolen vehicles, or what. I've owned 4 ***s and this 4th has been my not so good luck charm. Having issues with the dealership so I contacted *** corporate. Their response was "dealerships are independently owned". Like really? They have your name on them, and they can do whatever they want? *** is a joke, cars don't last passed ****** miles due to issues with their engines or being stolen, or whatever else. Stay away from **** Get a bus pass before you buy a ***. ********Review fromJenni G

3 starsLeased 2022 *** K5 for 3 years. Absolutely loved the car...the way it drove, the way it looked and comfort. The customer service through the lease was Absolutely horrible. Dealership falsified rotation of tires and showed a charge that never happened when we showed them the abnormal tire wear. Went to buy a 2025 K5 and told the rebates posted online would not be available do to popularity of the car and wanted to give us a 7.9% interest rate on a new car loan with great credit. Beware of the dealerships!Review fromMary S

1 starAlthough my experience with the sales department was great. Im not happy at all with the service for warranty on parts. And this makes me regret my decision of deciding to do business with them. I will not recommend *** at all. I have been trying to get an approval on changing my window trims for over a year on my 2023 Telluride, the parts started pilling out and decolorized, its been already a year of constant follow *** and Im still not getting anything resolved. Several emails and calls to the service part department in the dealer and to the ************* Kia ********* and they keep bouncing the decision without giving the approval on something that should be under warranty for paint. I've visited already the dealer 3 times for this issue, for them to take pictures and submit my case. Also per recommendation of the dealer I've submitted the pictures thru *** corporate myself. And call them so many times, spent hours waiting on hold and people calling and escalating my case. Waiting 48 hours if response every few weeks and nothing. Its very frustrating. When I looked online there are many other customers experiencing this issue with the window trim black color, some have been lucky enough to work with other dealers that provided good service and find solutions quick, by getting the approvals from corporate for these parts (that again these parts are presenting this damages and should be replaced without needing to battle so hard). Unfortunately this hasn't been my case with Kia ** ****** Chapel FL, and also with *** customer care. I really hope someone can contact me with the solution soon
