      I am very disappointed, what happened to this dealership?? I was told one thing and what to do for a payment I could make without a trade. I am then told, that now I down payment and a trade oh and my payments are 200 dollars more? where is the communication here people!! talking with a supervisor does not solve anything and they won't help you come up a solution to get you into a car, it's him saying ""It's a matter of fact" and when did plates cost 400 dollars?

      Purchased a *** ********* from Car pro *** in ****************. My nightfall trim is chipping off and they refuse to fix it. The district part manager refused to fix the trim. Even though it should be under warranty. The district parts sales manager. Is claiming it happened by outside influence. Even though the trim is a known as faulty material. The worse company I have ever dealt with. Shame on them and their horrible customer service. Wont buy another *** for this reason.

      I bought my 2017 Kia ***** 5 brand new in 11/2017.. I need a new engine which they are declining under warranty since I was unaware of the update, they said they sent out to me to have done on my car. So here I am with a car with less than 108k miles on it that needs a new engine out of my pocket which they stated is going to be over 6K. I am better getting a new car and it WILL NOT be a ************ I took care of my car and did everything right to keep it up...THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY AND NOT THE CUSTOMERS AT ALL!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER TRUST *** PRODUCTS!!!!!!!!

      2023 Kia ********** 2500 miles begins to rattle. Headliner still not fixed after 8 attempts (horrible horrible rattle). The also had to replace the rear drive train at ***** miles and I didn't have the car for 57 days. Then the rear shocks failed. $60,000 dollar car, falling apart at 2500 miles. *** in BBB Arbitration for months. *** refuses to respond to BBB arbitrator. About to get a default judgement. Could have all been avoided with a competent factory repair mechanic....

      2012 *** ****** HYBRID. FOR THE 5 YEARS MY GASKET IS LEAKING .ITS SMOKING WHILE IM DRIVING ENGINE LIGHTS ON , WAS TOLD I HAVE TO PAY DISPATE THERE IS FREAKING RECALL ABOUT ENGINE..CALL *** CORPORATE OVER A YEAR AGO.TOLD ********************** DEPARTMENT MANAGER MY GASKET IS LEAKING BUT HE JUST BLOW ME OFF. NOW IM TAKING TO COURT

      I purchased a 2023 *** ******** and the strips on the roof have been coming off Since I purchased it . I cant even run it thru a car wash . I have complained to *** ********** since I purchased my car and they did nothing about it but tell me the part was on back order and never called me back . A year later its a recall and I have now been back and forth to the ********** with the new part being replaced only on one side when I have issues on both. After I got home from the replacement and noticed it coming off I went right back to the ********** to be told there is nothing they can do but reorder the part and keep replacing it but not to worry I have plenty of warranty so my options are to just keep coming back or reach out to *** for money toward a new vehicle! This info came from a fill in service manager named ***** in ****************************** who did not care at all with no customer service skills . What makes him think I paid 40k for a brand new car to spend my days off in a ********** replacing the same part over and over or that I would ever purchase a 3rd *** after this poor experience. . I have been back and forth to *** about 6 times over this issue and will have to go back again next week BUT not to worry if this one doesnt work according to ***** Ill just keep coming back because thats his solution due to my warranty still active .

This isn't just about a faulty car; it's about the ******* pursuit of customer satisfaction and corporate integrity. My journey is a ***** illustration of a process as stalled as my vehicle, calling for *** to step up and deliver on their promise.

      We will NEVER purchase another *** nor will we recommend anyone we know to purchase one. The vehicle was totaled. **************** turned out to be a nightmare. No one knew anything and no one would take the time to find out anything. After numerous phone calls to them, it still took over 3 months for them to process the insurance check, send the required documents to ***, process the *** payment, issue a refund to us for the overpayment and close our account.
