Call from a no-caller ID and immediately hang up to leave a voice mail saying that I have debt. There's no way to block the number because they hide the number, and there's no real person to talk to.I'm not old enough to have any debt, I keep track of all of my finances and regularly check my credit reports and I have no debt reported.I have not borrowed any money for anything, I pay for college on my own with the support of my parents.They have been calling me for years since I was in high school, and at the time I did not have a credit card or any loans.The voicemails are very vague and don't offer any information pertaining to me (ex., my name)I have not received any notices in the mail regarding any debt, I'm sure if I did have debt they would be knocking down my door for all the years they've been bothering me.Business Response

I keep getting phone calls each week from an Unknown number. They always ask for me to call them back due to debt collection. They never provide a callback number. From my understanding, I do NOT have any outstanding balance anywhere. They never provide me with any information of what outstanding balance I have.Business Response

Thank you for reaching back out to us. Our offices are open Monday Friday from 7:00 am 4:30 pm PT and are staffed during these hours.Occasionally call volume can become quite high in the mornings and could cause a delay being connected to a live representative.
I do see an incoming call on 05/15/23 from the provided number *************) but the call logs indicate that this incoming call was disconnected before being transferred to a representative. I do not see any other attempted incoming phone calls.
We did receive a dispute from you on 05/23/23 when you logged in online and submitted this information. Currently your acccount is on a dispute hold while the additional documentation is being requested from the provider.

Calls made Monday Friday between 7:00 am 4:30 pm PT will be answered, however depending on when you place your call hold times may be longer if representatives are assisting other customers.

I am 48 years old and have not rented a college textbook in almost 30 years. These people call multiple times daily and do not leave information on what the debt is? Multiple calls per day I cant even leave my phone on.Business Response

FCR Collection Services began calling DAILY for over a week. This was this first I had heard of this bill, and had received no other notification prior to their contact. **** said due to HIPPA laws they could not tell me what the charge of $20 was for, and referred me online to pay it.Business Response

FCR does not request additional information pertaining to what services were rendered, however we can request this information from the medical provider, or it can be accessed through your Riverside Medical patient portal.FCR adheres strictly to the minimum necessary requirement when communicating regarding a customers medical history and does not provide this information to representatives unless specifically requested by the consumer to do so.

FCR services has called me relentlessly multiple times a week, almost every day, for two years regarding a textbook I never returned. I never received anything in the mail from a textbook company, my college, or FCR services. So I refuse to take the calls or visit any website they tell me to in fear of being hacked because i dont know know why i am receiving these calls. I have blocked every single number they call me on yet now they call me from an unknown number which I cant block. These calls are getting out of control. I just want them to stop. For the last several months I have received msgs on my cell phone stating that theres been a collection placed and that you are trying to collect. The phone rings once and goes straight to voicemail. I went to *************************** (Address: **************************************************) on April 24,2020. **** was made available in their Patient Portal(MyChart) in June 2020. I made the payment of $558.10 in it's patients portal on June 23, 2020. I don't owe any other payments to *************************** of *******. But I keep on getting calls from FCR Services to make the payment for medical services I received at St. **** Hospital in 2020. I did send an email and talked via phone call to the disputing agent from FCR services that I don't owe them anything and I did make my payments though the Patient Portal and their claim of my debt is invalid. Even after that I kept receiving calls from them so I blocked their numbers, but now they started calling me from private number and I can't avoid those calls. I would like them to check back with the hospital if they need more proof of payments because I have provided all proof that I could gather from the patient portal and did make it available to them. But they still keep on bothering me with phone calls. I've attached a copy of email thread and the attachments of payment proof I had in that email.
