    I entered into a contract for solar panel installation with EnFin. The first half of the installation project was completed by the end of June 2023. I was told the 2nd half of the project would be completed by mid August 2023. I signed a finanacial contract with EnFin for the sum of approximately $23,000 (100% of the cost of the project) the first week of August 2023, assuming the project would be complete on time, by August 15, 2023. By ********* 2023 the project was officially abandoned by the installation contractor. I contracted with a different solar installation contractor to complete the installation. I paid $7650 out of pocket to the new solar installation contractor who completed the installation by February 2024. By November 2023, EnFin was invoicing me for payments on the contract which was not yet completed. From October till mid November 2023 I had sent numerous requests to EnFin to renegotiate the contract since the installation was not complete. EnFin refused and expected payment. I came out of pockect to pay to a new contractor to complete the installation. I paid the new contractor $7650 to complete the installation. The installation was completed by February 2024. EnFin refused to modify the contract by reducing the amount by $7650 and expected full payment on the $23,000 contract. EnFin has put a lein on my house and fraudulently expect full payment of $23,000. I contacted the **************** ************* that governs contractors and filed a complaint against the contractor that abandoned the solar installation project. That complaint has been resolved and the solar company that abandoned the installation has repaid me the $7650. Now I need to file a complaint against EnFin for their refusal to modify the financial contract and their insistance on me paying on a contract that was not fulfilled. EnFin has charged off the $23,000 and put a lein on my home. I have email proof of everything stated above.

    I got a call from EnFin. I returned their call. I spoke to an EnFin agent who said They could not assist me because they had turned my account over to a collection agency.

    Purchased solar through Encor solar. Project was never completed, company is now out of business. EnFin is the creditor, stopped paying because the project was never finished and company is out of business. Now loan is in collections because finance company could not complete and no company exists to finish. Loan is under my wifes name, ***** *******. Would really just like to have this removed from her credit, and possibly the money we did pay refunded but thats not high priority. They can have the panels back that were never hooked up and we just want it cleared from our credit.

    No one has reached out, and it has been sent to a collection agency (************************, phone ************, reference number ********). My wife has attempted to contact them about the issue, they have said they will get back with her but have not at this time. This whole process has been shady and the runaround given is frustrating.

    Good morning, thank you for reaching out! No, we have not received any updates and the new finance company still refuses to work with us saying its not their problem. This whole thing has felt like a huge scam. The project was never finished and the company went out of business, so I dont feel like we should be responsible to pay for a product that we have never received. Its just been a really huge frustrating situation. The new finance company even sent a guy out to lock out our solar but the system isnt even hooked up! He literally put a lock on the casing for the meter. There is no meter or any electrical whatsoever hooked up! The only thing they did was mount the solar panels to the roof. Nothing works AT ALL. At this point the finance company can have the equipment we do have and just take it off our credit. I thought solar was a great option but it has just been a great pain. Thank you so much for your follow up, if I could afford a lawyer right now I would be going a different route.

    I was contacted by enfin after a solar company talked me into getting panels Bright sun energy .panels were installed on my home and never turned on .Enfin is charging me on a loan for panels that are not activated I swear there all scamming together because there telling me they have no contact for the solar people but a name and some incorrect phone number but that they pad these people over ****** how is this possible

    January of 2024 solar were installed on my roof and wiring run, since then nothing. No one has called about finishing the job, no one has responded to my complaints. I have called the worthless company over and over and no one will help. Don't use the pos company. They won't help you.

    On 9/17/2024 I entered into escrow on my home. I contacted Enfin and gave them the realtor's and title company's info so they could start the assumption loan process. Both the buyer's agent and my agent (Seller) have reached out to them and have asked them to expedite the process so we can meet our close date of 10/25/2024, each time,e the individuals over the phone said they would push through the request but nothing has been done and all parties are on a tight timeline.Additionally, before going into Escrow I clarified the assumption process. After entering Escrow, Enfin told me that since I am in a promotional period I need to pay 30% of my loan balance once the home buyers get approved to finish the assumption process. I asked for clarification and to be directed where in my contract it states this requirement and customer service cannot give me an answer other than that's what are underwriting team has given us as a direction. They have stated there is no contact information for the Contract underwriting team/ Loan preparer team for me to get further information. I called on 09/25/24 and put in a request to speak to a supervisor and again get clarification on the above issues and never received a call, even though their policy is a supervisor contact between ***** hours.

    Multiple attempts of communication with Enfin's customer service department have gone nowhere. All escalation attempts that were verified by customer service representatives were never entered correctly, multiple attempts to speak to a supervisor have not been returned. At this point, I am requesting Enfin abide by the transfer process of 30 days that is specified in my loan. I still want clarification on the 30% of the loan I must pay due to being in a promotional period. There is no language in the contract about acceleration in the event of an assignment. Enfin is still not supporting its customers by answering important questions that have been requested to be answered since 09/17/24

    Was told I was approved Signed all paperwork. Then I start getting emails one at a time asking for ID Another asking for Social Security card Then theyre asking for title Another theyre asking for proof of income Another asking for tax bill then another asking for a mortgage statement. All these were individual emails and each time I provided the information and it was not sufficient for them.The last document requested was my mortgage statement. It came directly from the mortgage company They said it was not acceptable because my physical address was not on it My physical address was actually printed on the paper two times When I called to talk to them, I kept getting cut off when I would try to talk then it proceeded to hollering. Then I finally told them to cancel the process. If you need all those documents, they need to send a list of them before running your credit and causing a hard inquiry and telling your are approved

    Enfin secured a loan with My Solar Roof for solar panels to be installed at my location. More or less was promised the moon from My Solar Roof. Will have no utility bill for electricity, Installation will be a breeze, not have to worry about a thing. Not true! The Solar panels showed up unannounced, had to help unload them, the installers showed up unannounced, had to come home to see who they was, Myself had to dig the trench for the electrical Installation and cover it up. "was told it would be cheaper" Myself had to call utility company for inspection information. Had to be persistent with calling installers and My Solar Roof to receive any information about what is going on. Now want to cancel the loan and have them come get the equipment. They said cannot cancel anything since everything is installed. Was told from My Solar Roof salesman that at any time we want to cancel it is no big deal

    I have been in contact with this business for the past 2 weeks and filed complaints through there investigation department. They stated that it takes up to 30 days to review a complaint. I have spoken to Enfin, Home owner support and the Installers from My Roof Solar. All each of these businesses are associated with my solar panels. All are leading me in circles with the incorrect answers. All I want is for theses businesses to come get there equipment and the loan be refunded and stopped.

    8/2024 a man claiming to be the owner of "Enfin Solar" came to house and offered Solar panels. We moved forward and by 9/2024 the solar panels were install on my roof. I have been paying a monthly fee since 11/2024. To this day my solar panels yet have not been turn on.

    Hola estoy respinduendo porque  no eh tenido  la ayuda apropuada para mi problema en septiembre del ano     pasado me pusieron los solares y ahun no se han  prendido no es justo que yo este pagando  el prestamo y toda via  mi  factura te la *** ya enfin se comunico con migo y ellos no aceden a canselar  el proseso del prestamo  y dicen que no se pueden comunicar con migo y eso es falso  porque yo tengo pruebas que si he ablado con ellos  aho you ya quiero  areglar mi techo y no puedo porque  no se ah areglado nada   espero pofavor y me ayuden con este problem ya es un ano  y yo definitiva ment  quiero canselar todo ya es demasiado tiempo mucgas gracias  espero que se reabr este caso con ustedes gracias

    It started, when we were waiting on them to turn on are solar panels. And they never did got to it or gave us the run around. So we called ******* And they said the never gave them permission to put the solar panels on are roof. So now we are stuck. Where still paying the monthly payment, with no solar panels on. What can we do ? Where just loosing money on bought ends. On ****** and are Solar pane company. Can u please help us. ??

    They had said this many times before, and have done nothing about it. Its been so long that are solar panels have not been turn on. And we keep making payments on time. So now we have to bills to respond to, ****** and EnFin. With No help from are solar panels. The bill from ****** just keeps getting higher. Its not right. We need help on getting are solar panels turn on, do we just not pay the monthly payment ???

    I signed a agreement with EnFin with a solar company that happened to go out of business and never finished the job. I was supposed to get batteries with my system but have never received them. I have tried to contact them multiple times to see if we could get a different installer to bring us the batteries that we are paying for but I have not heard anything back from them. I am just trying to get the equipment that the loan is for and nobody is helping me.
