      My blinds are of the cheapest quality and they are hung like a 2 year old did it. I paid ****** (yes, thirteen thousand) for these and they are awful. They werent measured right, overhang my window panes, they are uneven at the bottoms and crooked. Another woodworking and window replacement company came out and touched one of them it tore they are so cheap. That company wants to purchase a brand new one for me out of good faith and good customer service and ********************** is refusing. What?! I cant get anyone to answer me and have been fighting this for months. And to top it off, they kept my credit card number on file and charged it months after without notification.

      We have two skylights with motorized shades. Both shades split and broke in July of 2023. Today is 2/28/24, and they finally repaired them. First, we had a guy come out and say he couldnt do anything, and then there was an infernal process to prove they were broken even after the guy documented it. I dealt with one quality person (male operator on the phone ) the entire experience, and he left the company in the middle of helping me. The woman who replaced him was ineffective and it took forever to get results. At another point, another repairman came out, and he realized he didnt have the correct parts. So the whole ordeal started again. At one point, I nearly had an independent repair service come out for this, but I stayed with 3 Day. It finally was finished today. And while the product is now new because of the warranty, I do have to question allowing installers to be covered in tattoos and wearing a questionable t-shirt. He did well with the repair and he was polite and efficient, but appearances do reflect on the company. But thats just a drop in bucket to the whole thing. This was just a series of incompetence and frustration. I work with selling products and providing a service to the public as a retail manager in a call center for a large company, and Id be embarrassed if I was involved in a situation like this. Dont bother to apologize. Ill never buy your product again, and Im hoping these replacements last a lot longer this time.

      I have been a loyal customer of ********************** for many years.My last order went VERY wrong, while the designer and installer did their job, the quality of the shades are horrific.I have top down bottom up shades, and paid quite a bit for every window. The adhesion on the bottom has completely fallen apart.The installer came back and reported this along with a recommendation to add a liner because the sunlight is so heavy in one room which is the partial problem with the adhesion. Id be more than happy to pay the difference to add liner to a remake of shades.3 day blinds will only repair them (not holding my breath), not remake them (although they are completely falling apart) and will NOT add liner. So I will continually have to go back to their customer service (which is not responsive and takes hours to get on the phone without a follow up after) to repair these shades.This is a horrible business and theyre crooks not providing the quality they market and ensure.Do not purchase from this organization, my experience has been nothing short of horrific.

      In October 2023 my husband and I ordered 2 sets of vertical blinds to be installed in our ******* condo. The representative came out and took the measurements and placed the order. Since we live in *************, we arranged to have the blinds installed the first week in January ****. The installer arrived on the appointed date in installed one set of blinds in a bedroom. When he went to install the second set, we discovered that the blinds had not been made correctly by the company. We had to call **************** and have them place a rush order for the correct blinds. The order was placed and we were assured that the blinds would be correct and ready for installation before the end of January. The second order came in and it was again made incorrectly. I spent a total of 6 hours on the **************** line with ********************** between January 4th and January 30th trying to get anyone to correct the problem and send us the correct product. On January 26th I had a telephone conversation with a ************* Team Lead Supervisor. She said she would call me back that same day. The company was very sorry for the inconvenience we were having and she would contact me about compensation after the blinds were delivered. She told me she was going to take care of the problem. She also emailed me to confirm our telephone conversation of January 26. I never heard from her again and when I called back was told she was in a meeting/ unavailable. Today is Feb. 20th ****. The blinds were finally installed today. I had to inconvenience my tenants and pay my property manager a fee to be there when they were installed.I would tell anyone who considers dealing with 3 Day Blinds to run away! They tell you anything to get you off the phone, and you can wait hours on the phone to reach anyone (except salesthey answer right away!). This was an extremely stressful experience. I know we will never any compensation from them. They will never reach out to us!

      Had blinds installed over a year ago. Waiting on my third replacement for ongoing issues with product. Today I spent 30 plus minutes tracking down my replacement that was never ordered. Sales consultant made promises that were not fulfilled. They had the nerve to talk about an additional cost for something promised by the sales consultant. In addition sales consultant cut my blinds months ago to avoid additional damage. How unprofessional for a very expensive product.

      We've had our blinds for just under 18 months before they broke, so right off the bat, their product is pretty unimpressive. Layer on top of that some truly awful customer service, I can't believe they're still in business.First, it took weeks to get maintenance scheduled. When the tech came out, he removed the blinds completely and then taped paper over our windows leaving huge gaps and providing no opportunity to raise/lower (pretty essential components of blinds). For context, these are in our master bedroom and critical for privacy and light. The paper left gaps and started to fall down after a few days. We were told 1-2 weeks for the repair, but that time came and went without hearing from anyone at 3 Day Blinds.We had to call them multiple times to get their attention once the 2-week window came and went. They finally scheduled a maintenance date and time, and then 10 minutes prior to the END of the window (literally 4:50 PM), the tech calls asking why I would want my broken blinds reinstalled - his best excuse was that he didn't have the "part" yet. Right. Another two weeks passed before we finally were able to have our repaired blinds reinstalled. And after all that, I'm still struggling to raise them! Were they even fixed?I've called and emailed multiple times and have yet to receive a response from their customer service team. I'm wondering if they even have one (though they are prompt in addressing complaints on their BBB page - so clearly they care about their public reputation). Products and services aren't always flawless, but being responsive and apologetic can go a long way to bridge that gap. They have actively ignored and avoided me, a paying customer. We are planning to move in the near future, and I guarantee we'll be in the market for new blinds sooner or later and they have totally squantered away an opportunity for continued business! So yes, an apology would be nice...but ultimately, it's too little, too late.

      3 months now with no idea when our blinds will be installed. Sales person promised installation in less than 3 weeks. Their contract leaves no recourse for nonperformance. I do not recommend this company

      Hi I first what to disclose that I have had four Installations completed by 3-day blinds and this is the first issue I have had with them. I contacted them 10 days ago about in issue with the motorized blind I was having. They think it *** be pairing issue with the remote control. The representative said I would be charged a fee of $89.00. fee for the service call. I was disappointed because this might be a defective motor that *** be under warranty, but I did let her charge my card. I called back after a few days when I didn't hear back from the installation company. ******* said the installer should call last Tuesday by the end of the day. I never received a call from the installers. Last Thursday I called 3 Day blinds back and complained about the $89.00 fee that was charged because I did not hear from the installers. She said we had to charge the fee even if no parts were ordered for them to come out. She did give me the phone # to the installers (****** Installations) I called them on Thursday and left a message and again today saying I was concerned that 3-Day Blinds has my deposit, and nobody is calling me for an appointment. This is so disappointing; we have been very good customers. If 3 Day Blinds has an issue with their installer then they need to address that, not take my money and then ignore the fact that they are not calling us back just to set up an appointment to fix our blinds.

      The worst experience ever. Dont use them. I ordered draperies 5/15/2023. They promise you the world, give discounts that don't really add up to the coupon percentage. How? They dont itemize their bills. I paid over half of the order to begin production with a 6 week finish time. 3 months later no product, but they helped themselves to the remainder of money due. ( contract reads upon completion). They said sign the order is completed, I refused and it was too late to stop payment. This is when everything went wrong. I asked for my money back and was told 3 day does not do money back or refunds. Wow! This was and still is unfair and sounds illegal. Employee reviews state , 3 day needs to be transparent and honest with customers. I felt dishonesty and they had everything in their favor.Theres more but I will caution and tell consumers its 1/17/2024..I finally got my drapes but one of the orders is still not complete as I requested. they want $1,000. More from me to do so. The customer service reps are all puppets. They avoid questions and requests that could incriminate them. Most of the reviews are negative. Its time they are held accountable. Any legal advice out there? Cost $50

      I am not happy with 3 day blinds.They do not deliver what they promise. Installation was a month later than promised. When they finally came out, installation was sloppy. Someone else came out again. Still not right. I invested a large sum of money in this project.I would never use them again nor do I recommend. I should have done the research before I used them!!!
