      The customer service is terrible and the quality of the blinds is terrible. My blinds were lost by the repair shop and 3 Day Blinds customer service refused to email me back after repeated attempts to get an answer on my blinds. I was given generic answers that provided no support. No one could bother to answer my questions until I threatened to contact the Better Business Bureau. Do not waste your money on this company. You are better off going to a big box retailer. I wish I could leave zero stars.

      **************** is horrible. Salesperson did not respond and didnt send samples that were supposed to be sent to me to finalize order. Once I paid I got no response back from salesperson or company The quality of product is extremely poor and the cost astronomical. Ordered soft Roman ****** and couldnt be.more disappointed. Reached out to company for a refund. Sent pictures and resolution representative agreed that product looked cheap and price was way to high Was told I could make another selection but havent received any correspondence or response in weeks. Supposed to get a refund for a HUB that I returned and still havent gotten it. Impossible to reach anyone by phone and wait time is ridiculous. I dont know how the are in business

      We are extremely disappointed with 3 Day Blinds. The design consultant came on 11/14/2023. Promised the rooms were going to darken completely with no light coming through. Installation came on 11/25/2023 and we were ****** off. Mrs. ************ (Design Consultant) lied to us that the blinds would blackout the rooms especially our babies rooms. She has no integrity but to trick her clients. **************** doesn't answer my phone calls or the design consultant. A lot of money was invested into this project that customer service should have the decency to answer the phone call and have a solution. I saw the complaints on Yelp and the Better Business Bureau. I should have done my homework before investing into this. There is no such thing has 3 Days. On the contract, they only give you three days to cancel but thats not after installation; its after you sign up with the design consultant. They came three times, bringing the wrong blinds, wrong measurements, etc. We are done waiting for a solution from manager involved in our case, next step is the news media. *Do not invest your money on 3 Day Blinds!*

      On September 22, I ordered from 3 Day Blinds 2 expensive shutters (total of $1575.63) As of today they have still not been shipped. The 800 number is never picked up and the salesperson *********************** never got back to me regarding the order. There isn't any consumer service number where to enquire. This is misleading business practice. If shipping takes that long inform the client in advance. I would like a full reimbursement, after all, there are many other blinds/shutter companies. Awful service.

      What a con job. They came out, we explicitly and repeatedly told them we want blinds that come from the bottom up, they measured and gave us our quote. Expensive but worth it to get what we wanted. THEY CHEATED US. They installed top down blinds and refuse to make it right. DO NOT US THIS COMPANY.

      My Roman ********************** came with the cords behind the blinds, so I must touch the blinds to hold them out so I can open and close them. Dont care how clean my hands are after handling the blinds twice a day they will get dirty, with no way of washing them. When you open the blinds, they dont fold up right. I must manually straighten them, which makes me touch them even more. I called the 800 number to complain, they asked for pictures. Their answer was that I had to hand dress them and they would not be sending any one out to look at them. What a waste of $4700.00 I wish I would have looked this company up on this site before I bought the **********************. This company is a rip off.

      I haven't even received my blinds yet and I can already tell you that this company isn't up to snuff. The design consultant came to my house--arriving late with many excuses. I tried to be very nice to her because she said she was having a bad day. She scheduled a measurement appointment for two days later. I waited an entire Saturday and no one showed to do the measurement. When I contacted the design consultant to find out what went wrong and when they might come, she said she would reschedule. I ended up calling customer service to get a new date. I will give them one more chance to come measure, then I will dispute the $3000 dollars I paid them with my credit card company. Service is horrible and dishonest.

      was told a week ago that 3 Day Blind will be contacting me on issues with 2 of 3 blinds purchased. Have not heard from them a week late on what will be happening to get issues right. the installer (RST) has the pictures of the blinds and said he was forwarding them to 3 Day Blinds to get the issue fixed. I still have the gaps in my vertical blinds and still waiting to hear what is going to happen to get this fixed. RST installed the blinds on November 13th, 2023.

      Ordered blinds for kitchen and family room and dining room. Poor communication from their customer. Service started right away. Claimed materials were on back order. Finally after six weeks. Blinds were delivered and installed. Valances began falling off after one week. Weeks of calling to get it resolved. Finally, the sales person returned and re-ordered all new blinds. The second set of blinds came in and were cut to the wrong size. this has been going on for five months. Still no resolution to this date. Company is trying to collect remaining balance. $4000 worth of Blinds and half of them dont even fit?

      We ordered 9 windows blinds, some with room darkening.One of the blinds was for a double window with room darkening. The blind quit working after a month of use. Itcan not be folded upwards. I sopke to the company, and they claimed the the blind is too long for a room darkening blind. They did not tell me that in advance.DONT ORDER DOUBLE WINDOWS BLINDS with room darkening.
