      Only 7 of 8 needed blinds were installed. Called customer care, said to call the design consultant. No response, its been over 24 hours. I emailed them and sent a text. Very frustrated and very disappointed. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!!

      Great on the sales and upfront work. Then ... One of the five blinds purchased just quit working. 3 Day vowed to expedite the repair, which required motorized components be replaced. HEY, it's only going to take 30 days to get the "expedited" parts to the installer and then get somebody out to make the repairs.Oh, and we're in ******* with a south facing window in the family room that's 8 feet wide and contributes greatly to heating up the home and making watching television annoying.So, we have a nice bed sheet over the window to help make entertaining a special thing.Evidently these people have no parts inventory handy or installers in number to support the clients that have spent $6000 on their products in the last two years!We've been stiffed!

      Horrible messed up from day one when didnt show up on a busy Sat for measurement the guy was hung over!! Didnt bother to call us and let us know he was sick then installed my blinds and they were not ordered the way we spent hours discussing ?? then they didnt MAKE IT RIGHT they didnt have the right brackets so another month of waiting then he installs them and still didnt use the right brackets and they are crooked and did Not install one rod the same as the others so the curtains stick on bracket! Two different end caps were used why I would I do that??? Over $18000.00 for this!!!???? Then customer service dont care!! Im furious!! Go somewhere else PLEASE

      TERRIBLE. Nothing happens within 3 days EXCEPT their cancellation policy. No blinds are made, or delivered in 3 days. You give them half the money and wait. And wait and wait and wait. No communication. When I checked the contract, the delivery date is 6 weeks from order date. I emailed customer service. Where are my **********************. It is not 3 days, its over 6 weeks and I would like to cancel. NO RESPONSE. Not even, "we have received your email and will get back to you" Nothing. Next thing you know, the installer calls: we have your shades. NOT INTERESTED! It took so long. No one cared or communicated anything to me. I haven't seen your product but I DON'T WANT IT. Finally, I get someone on the phone, spoke with supervisor. "There is nothing we can do and you owe us $2,000" Not interested in receiving anything from you now, and I don't want to pay you a cent for anything else. YOU SUCK! DO NOT ORDERR ANYTHING FORM THEM, and if you do, don't expect it in 3 days. They are BULL S*IT!

      We are extremely disappointed and unhappy with the customer care and service we've been receiving. September 6th will be 3 months since the day we placed our order and we are still without drapery in our master bedroom. It's difficult to sleep with all the light getting into the bedroom every single night that passes and there is no end in sight. Had we known it was going to take 3 months or longer, we would have never purchased with your company. My wife and I call every week to find out what's taking so long and we are always given the same answer about some part that's not in stock. Nobody ever calls back or updates us. We literally have no idea when this order will be fulfilled. Extremely sad and disappointed with the way 3 day blinds have been treating us after spending $4000. I was actually thinking of ordering more items but that's definitely not gonna happen now. Nobody at your company seems to care, only argues back and tells me to go read the contract and tough luck. Unbelievable disregard and no compassion for human beings whatsoever. Typical large corporation robots. Big mistake going with 3 day blinds. ZERO stars for customer satisfaction. We will never order from 3 day blinds again. What an absolute nightmare.

      I ordered blinds from 3 Day Blinds on May 6, 2022 for my Family room and Kitchen breakfast nook. The blinds were very poorly installed and the installer says he normally is the one to measure and install to be assured of a smooth and proper installation. Since he was not the one who measured and it was done incorrectly by a new sales **** he was not able to correct the problem. The valance in the ******** does not connect, is off centered and track is longer than the blind. Some of the slacks are twisted and the drawstring is difficult to pull open and close. I contacted 3 day blinds and was told to send pictures. I sent photos of everything. They called me after receiving the photos and said they would send ******************* out to correct the issue but he was unsuccessful. He said he would let the office know. It has been **************************************************************** I spoke with the manager ************* who assured me he would take of the problem , ***************************** another manager has been out to view the issue and agreed it was poor installation. My original sales **** *********************** is no longer employed by 3 Day Blinds. The company has been contacting me for their balance due and threatening to place this on my credit and has not yet even considered addressing the problems. I recently received a notification that they had placed this on my credit report. At this point this issue will have to be taken to another level.

      On June 2nd, salesperson came to my home and measured for four blinds. On July 5th, the blinds were delivered. Three out of four blinds were measured correctly, the fourth blind was too wide. The installer re-measured. On August 1st, the installer came again with the same result, the incorrect size. Called customer service, only to be hung up on after asking to speak with a manager. The sales rep was contacted who stated that perhaps his measuring instrument was faulty and that he would escalate the issue. August 16th, another try at completing my order. WRONG!!! The blind was too short width wise. At this point, after wasting hours waiting for the order to be completed and installing the one blind, i just want 3 Day Blind to pick up the existing blinds and issue me a credit for $800 so that I can do business with a reputable company. I offer this suggestion: Quality Control, how many errors are made by sales? what about production ( was the cut/measurement correct?, and last, the installer (got the right package/customer)? I just gave your company a very expensive fix for free. So, please pick up the blinds and refund my money.

      Terrible experience! Unprofessional company. I had 3dayblinds for my whole house with a contract close to 4K. I obviously had several other options but they convinced me with their experience, responsive and fast service. 1- It took them 18 plus weeks! to finish the job. If you really thinking they are fast (3day), it is a joke. 2- They totally forget to measure the biggest window in my guest room. They did not own it or better to say did not care. I wasted hours and hours of waiting over the phone with the customer care with no result. The guy who came in for initial measurement and contract apologized over an email and mentioned he would follow with the issue to fix it. He never responded his emails after.3- Poor quality job. One of the two huge ***** shades in the living room is now broken. Many shades wrinkled. I regret trusted them.

      This company has poor customer service and installation. They dont explain anything to you or go over the contract when you sign it, and then the quality of the product is not worth the cost. One of our shades was a weird shape, not a rectangle, and it didnt go to the end of the windowsill so light sleeps through, and also on the sides. Another shade was installed similarly, where it doesnt go past the sill and lets light in, and its pull has rubbed away our window trim. The blinds we got appear the same quality as *********** but are much more expensive. When customer service is contacted, they make it very clear they only care about your money and not your happiness with the product. Would recommend to steer clear of this company. Ill never use them again and am disappointed Im stuck with them right now.
