      We started dealing with 3 day blinds in Jan 2023, they mismeasured the window and when the third party installer came to install the blinds in March, they could not complete it due to incorrect measurements. Since then, we have been doing back and forth with their customer service and resolution specialist with one excuse after another. At some point they remade the cornice which was still wrong according to the third party installer. We were first told that the second remake would arrive in June which did not happen. The resolution specialist stopped responding and customer service now says that according to the third party installer, installation has been completed but the cord was the wrong color. We have never experienced such incompetence and unprofessionalism. Seven months after paying 50% of the cost, we have a partially installed blind with metal parts sticking out of the wood. Dealing with this joke of a company was a terrible mistake on our end.

      recently bought some roller shades at 3 day blinds and I had a bad experience. First I had an appointment with a designer named ***** and when I had my appointment and she called to confirm without my requesting it, she told me that she was going to send me someone who would talk Spanish. And I was referring to ***************************, another designer who didn't speak Spanish either, maybe she thought she spoke only because of her Latin appearance, which seems racist to me. and when ****** came he was very kind but the roller shades are not at all what I asked for which is a big disappointment because I am paying a lot of money for something that is not at all what I asked for and called and asked to speak with a manager to discuss to fix the situation but they have not returned my call nor have they answered the emails that I have sent them. I spoke with the bank that financed the project but until today I have not received a response from any of them which seems to me to be a fraud from both companies 3 day blind

      One of my blinds was mis-measured and left in my window looking horrible. I've been calling customer care for several days and promised a call back from a customer care to discuss my options and no one has contacted me - I'm usually told this person is at lunch. On top of this my design consultant lied to me saying they offer exchanges and they don't. He blamed a recent acquisition by *************************** changed their policies, but HR acquired them YEARS ago. I'm very disappointed with this whole situation - especially after the thousands I've paid.

      On May 17, 2023 I met with a 3 Day Blinds sales person, *********************, in our home and ordered 3 blinds. These were scheduled to be installed on June 7, 2023. On June 7 I was notified that the installed, Rayline, was unable to locate the blinds in their warehouse. First swing and a miss.I called and spoke with 3 Day Blinds representatives on 14 occasions.I left a message with ********************* on June 12 at **** hours. I still have not received a return call. I also spoke with ******* representatives on numerous occasions.As a result of these above calls, the blinds were finally re-ordered and scheduled to be installed on June 30, 2023. The blinds for the breakfast nook and kitchen arrived and were installed. The installer informed me that 2 faux wood blinds for the kitchen were shipped, but nothing for the primary bedroom was received. Second swing and a miss.Again, the vertical blinds for the primary bedroom were re-ordered and shipped directly to me to avoid scheduling conflicts with the installer. On July 7, 2023 I received a shipment from 3 Day Blinds. This shipment included a duplicate order of blinds for the breakfast nook AND NO BLINDS FOR THE PRIMARY BEDROOM.Third swing and a miss.During a lengthy phone call with a 3 Day Blinds representative on July 18 I was informed that she could not re-order, yet once again, until she determined why the primary bedroom blinds did not arrive in the first order of June 7. I then informed her that I no longer wished to do business with 3 Day blinds I then filed a dispute in the amount of $578.33 with ***************** the initial payment method.**************** issued a credit. On July 25 as I was paying my **************** bill I noted a new charge from 3 Day Blinds in the amount of $578.33 from July 19. I never authorized this new charge and have not received any merchandise associated with this new charge. **************** has initiated a fraud investigation associated with this charge.

      Expensive but willing to pay for quality. Was told the blinds would be installed inside the window and they were installed on the outside. Not just on the outside but on my vintage molding! I have contacted the company, customer service, the designer & no one is doing anything. There is no such thing as 3 day.

      The dual day and night shade is a piece of junk. The cord started fraying in 1 spoke on day 3 of use, and now on day 33 since installation it has started fraying on the cord on the other side of the shade. 3 Day blinds will not accept return of the product, nor has it made any attempt to replace now 2 damaged cords. Buyer be ware.

      The motorized blinds I purchased less than a year ago continues to have problems. After reporting the issue (blind gets stuck when raised to top), a technician came to make adjustments. However, the problem continued. When I asked for an exchange, I was told 'No'. My advice, think twice before doing business with 3-Day Blinds. Their return/exchange policy is outdated.

      Terrible business. they are incredibly push but do not honor warranties. Did not offer repair and said nothing can be done and turns out even shade had mismatched part and wont replace. I will never use them again.

      This company bought Next Day Blinds but doesnt honor Next Day Blinds warranty. I have a blind from Next Day Blinds that needs to be replaced and 3 Day Blinds wont replace it. That means that I will have buy a new blind and it definitely wont be from 3 Day Blinds. I want them to replace the blind. This isnt fair.

      I reached out to 3day blinds in October 2022. The design consultant was nice but not knowledgeable about how to shade sliding doors. I placed an order for 2 sliders and 2 windows. I was not advised that shades of this type do not fit or operate correctly on sliding doors. After several months I was told the product had arrived in their warehouse and would be contacted by their install **** to schedule a time to install. No one came to install. I called their install department and was told that the entire shipment was run over and the product had been damaged beyond repair. No one called to advise me about the damaged shipment and no installation. I finally contacted the design consultant and was told by her that a new order had been placed. The new order arrived 4 weeks later and the installer the following week. The shades were installed. The installer was surprised to learn that we were putting this particular of shade on the sliders. Talk about a lack of confidence. From day one the strings were tangling operating shades and were unable to untangle this mess. Called our design consultant and they scheduled a maintenance visit. This appointment was set for 2 weeks out. The maintenance technician arrived and checked things out and made a few adjustments. The shades on the sliders continued to have tangle problems and difficulty pulling up and down. Called again for a maintenance call. And once again they came out, this time they cut the strings and felt confident that this would be the answer. The shade strings continued to tangle and have issues. Called Design Consultant once again and she scheduled another maintenance visit. We finally got an appointment a few weeks out. The same tech came who cut the strings and said there was nothing he could do. He agreed with me that these shades were not meant for sliders. And the bedroom shades are buckling at the bottom. My conclusion is that they are a terrible company, lack of quality and service. Run for the hills.
