      I will never use this company again. I ordered mini blinds. The installers came here 4 times and each time they had cut the blinds too short. I finally had had enough and asked for a refund. This was ***** and this order was done in January. I was called by ********** and told the refund would be ****** and I was only refunded $317. I have called weekly to asking about the remaining $107. I have not gotten a reply. This is bad business as far as I am concerned. The woman who sold me the blinds was really nice and did her part. It all fell apart after that.

      It is almost resolved, hopefully. It was an accounting error. I am still waiting for the refund. ******** said she would send an email w everything we spoke about the other day, but I have not received it yet.

      I wish I read these horror stories before hiring this company. I ordered shades and once the installer got there, I was informed that one was missing. I told the installer not to install, wait a moment while I call the company to see why one is missing. The installer then informs me that I need to hurry, as he has appointments to get to. I then politely told him to excuse himself from my home since he was in such a hurry. I then called the company, who apologized and told me they would overnight me temporary blinds and order the missing blind (which is a main floor shade.) They informed me that I couldn't get a refund and that they would call me back to update my order status later that day. I also called my salesman, and he also told me he would call me back later that day. Neither called and nothing was sent to me. Then Monday came, I'm furious at this point. I called the Company again who claimed they hadn't ordered the missing shade yet as they needed to speak to the original designer. I informed them that I set up an appointment with *********** because I need window covers before May 15th as I have guests coming in that day. They don't care at all. I could tell. I believe they will try to charge me for the missing shade, as the designer put the order in wrong and I'm not paying them one more *****. I will have to take this huge loss as they informed me no refunds. I just built my house and to spend thousands on shades that I wont receive is heartbreaking, as my money was already compromised. I literally hired them for convenience and it has been nothing but unprofessional and a headache. I learned my ******* I should have read the reviews first. My money is gone and I have to **** it up. I'm debating on filing a small claim.

      This company has the worst customer service team I've experienced. It took 6 months to get one blind fixed and required starting multiple customer service email discussions to even get a case number to track the progress of our order. The company had to send a representative to our location to assess the necessary part since the wrong part had been ordered twice. After this visit, we never received the correct part or any further contact from their customer care team. ********************** months later I re-started the repair process and their customer care representative said the inspector claimed the blinds weren't from 3 Day Blinds and told me to make sure I had the right manufacturer. This is absurd because I've only purchased blinds from this business and had several email chains discussing the repair. I replied with photo evidence of the 3 Day Blinds logo on each of our 14 blinds. After this we were finally called by a representative from corporate who was rather rude and very unhelpful. I've never dealt with such a rude and unhelpful customer care team. The quality of the ********************** is not worth dealing with their customer service.

      We had an extremely disappointing experience with 3 Day Blinds. We ordered shutters on January 20th, 2023, put down 50%, and was told by our representative it would be the end of April or beginning of May for installation. I called last week (April 18th) to inquire about the status and was told the order was cancelled. Long story short, 3 Day Blinds did absolutely NOTHING to help rectify their huge mistake. We are still waiting for our deposit that was credited 7 days ago. 3 Day Blinds has ZERO customer service, NO accountability, and literally no communication among various levels/departments in their company. Sobe aware if you place an order. Impossible company to deal withstrongly encourage you to look elsewhere.

      Order number CAS- ******* W6G5 I have to move it into my brand new home. I received many business cards at my door for people that do blinds and shutters. I have dealt with three day blinds for more than 25 years. I have always been extremely happy so I would go to no one else but them, what a huge mistake!! I paid to $15,000 cash for my shutters and shades. The shutters were wonderful. The shades were horrible as I could see outside on the side of shades as well as my neighbors could see inside of my bedroom, etc. I have made more than 20 calls to three day blinds could never get to corporate office has spoke with two supervisors, ******* and *******, ******* has actually made me wait on the line for 40 minutes. ******* is ******** supervisor. They did send someone here that said, I should go to ********** and buy a piece of plastic and put on the side of my window. That would look absolutely horrible. Then they sent another guy here who never pulled out his measuring stick. He measured by eye and told me hes been doing this work since he was 12 years old And I should order another pattern. It took my husband and myself more than an hour and a half to pick out this pattern which I did by shades coverings for my lamps to match I asked how much did I pay for the shades they said $7500 And they will give me $500 I know for a fact had I used a credit card I would never have been treated this way I feel as if I am being bullied. I asked them to please take these shades give me my full refund or $2000 , they totally refused now they wont even talk to me. I totally cannot believe the harsh treatment and disrespect I have received from this company they take this as a joke. I am so hurt and disappointed with this company. I never thought I would have to go through so much as far as I am concerned, its as if they took the cash and ran . This is very heartbreaking. Thank you.

      Would rate zero if I could. The sales person who came out to measure my windows was professional. The day of the installation he sent me text messages hitting on me. ****** he's looking for friends with benefits because his wife and him are no longer intimate because of her medical problems. On top of this he measured wrong an ordered the wrong window covering for 2 of my windows. The installer, Well Done Installation was extremely professional. I did report this and had the problem fixed. I just hope this salesman is no longer working there. He saw I was a single woman and was extremely inappropriate and way out of line. I do have the text messages to prove it. His first name is *****. I just want to make sure he doesn't do this to another woman. It was shocking to me and the fact that hes married, his wife is ill , and hes hitting on customers shows what low life he is. Makes me sick this man was in my home.

      Absolutely do not buy shades from this company! We purchased a new home in the Summer of 2020 and needed shades for the entire home. We spent over $13k with this company and have had nothing but issues. We ordered additional roller shades in the Fall of 2021. It took well OVER A YEAR of them sending out shades and they had numerous issues. Eventually, we were fed up with the failed attempts to correct the issues (shade material too short, shade measured too tight to fit, shade material frayed, shade not measured properly, shade material the wrong color, shade material the wrong patter, etc.), and we demanded a take down and refund. During the dozen or so attempts over the course of a year and a half, the installer damaged our home by dropping one of the shades and trying to push an improperly measured shade into place. As a result, we have damage to our flooring, and frame around our sliding glass door. After FOUR follow up attempts (after submitting the formal damage complaint to the company), we still do NOT have a remedy for the damage to our home. We seriously regret purchasing from this company.

      Horrible, never installed blinds that were paid for in advance -- had to go through numerous calls and emails seeking a resolution -- finally had to do a charge back to get back our $$$ for blinds paid for and never delivered or installed. These fools are still trying to get the money back for an item they never even installed or delivered, looney. Absolute mess of a company; incompetent, zero CS or help, they are useless on the phone -- STAY AWAY from these people!

      I will never use 3 Day Blinds again. What a fiasco this has been for 2 wood shutters. We ordered them almost 4 months ago. It took over 3 months just to make them. I recommend using a local company that has a store front.

      Stay away from them! The worst window treatment company in the country! The worst customer service, workmanship and installation ever! Ever hear of one window blind being replaced five times because it was crooked and uneven? Ever hear of one vertical being installed correctly and the other one installed backwards? Ever hear of damaged headers? Ever hear of valances being the wrong size? Ever hear of plantation shutters being crooked and they couldnt do anything about it? Ever hear of horizontal blinds being uneven? I had to hire another blind company to correct some of their installation errors and get reimbursed!
