***** from RST brought the window blind that was too long and had to be cut back from the factory this morning. I observed him remove the blind fully packaged in plastic from his van. After removing the plastic wrap the blind was dirty and torn on the edges. So, here we are again with an inferior blind without satisfaction. ***** remeasured window and door for replacement blinds. Now, again I have to wait another 4 weeks to get the blinds I ordered 0/15/2023. I have not heard back from you about my request for $200 compensation for previous problems, and now am requesting $300 in compensation for all the issues encountered thus far.Sent certified letter with return receipt. Got no response back. Called this morning to corporate and was put on hold forever. Finally after waiting on hold for 20 min. I hung up.3 Day Blinds

On March 6th we had a sales rep come to our home so we could decide on shades for our back sliding door. We went with the motorized sheer roller shades. The sales rep took a deposit of $1,200.61. We were told that the remainder amount would be taken once the blinds were installed, but they charged our card for the remainder amount of $1,153.51 before the completion of installation on March 17th. They gave us a window for installation of 1pm-5pm on March 21st. Our installer showed up at 7:30pm. Our installer was a good guy and did everything he could to make sure we were satisfied. When he left our shades just stopped working. We literally got to enjoy our shades for maybe 2 minutes before they got stuck and wouldnt go down. The installer came back to check the blinds out and decided that it was an issue with the motor. It is now March 28th and weve been without a back door shade for over a week. Mind you we have small children and no privacy at night because The installer disposed our old blinds that were on our back door window. We reached out to customer service to see if we could get some sort of compensation for the inconvenience considering we paid full price for shades that we do not have. They told us that they werent able to compensate us. Our new motor is expected to show up in the warehouse this week. Once the new motor shows up at the warehouse then we will have to schedule another appointment for another installer to come out and install the shades. This is unacceptable and inconvenient considering we dont have any shade on our back window, which exposes our living area where we spend most of our time. Our sales rep was able to get us a temporary shade, but we have yet to receive that as well. This has been a horrible experience and I would never recommend 3 Day Blinds to anyone. We barely received an apology for any of the inconvenience. When you are spending a certain amount of money you expect great service.3 Day Blinds

We purchased roller shades for the entire house on Aug 2022. To make things easy we ordered the same color roller shades and requested they all be installed with the cord on the right side. The consultant said he could put a note to install the cord on the left or right for each room so it makes sense. I told him there is no need, let's keep things simple. Same color roller shades and install cord on the right side for all the rooms. Fast forward we are now in Mar 2023. The installers came 5 times, either brought wrong color roller shades or inverted sides or simply forgot to bring the roller shades. I am not sure if all the locations are like the one in *******, **. I do not recommend 3 Day Blinds. STAY AWAY!!!3 Day Blinds

After the purchase of our blinds for our new home and the time came for the installation there was a item defect and 2 valance that were order incorrectly. So items re order and another date to installed, they replace the roll up blind on the right window in the living room and to the installer and mine surprise they sent the exact incorrect valances again. Now i could not have the installer order the correct ones which he told me (we needed ****** Cornice valances (2) of them. So on the 14th they sent out the same sale rep he re measure and told me he would be giving a call didnt happen. case # *******-Y6N3.i have call and ask to speak to a manager and they listen and assured us that they would get back to us within 48 hours didnt happen. Again I call and ask to speak to a regional or district manager and a manager took down my case number and assured me that some one would reack out to us by the end of the day. Didn't happen. I called again today 3/23/23 and ask to speak to a regional or district manager and waiting to hear from someone. I have never experiences something like this , they got our money and are very poor at following up and customer services.3 Day Blinds

I have had a terrible experience from start to currently. I purchased 3 set roller shade for my 3 panel slider in Aug. My sales rep was ok, since I had to call her mult x just to place the order. When it was installed, there were uneven gaps, fabric already fraying, and overall appearance was less than desirable. Also, installer told my husband that charger could only be for exactly so many hours- too little or too much and it would blow up?! Our sales rep was contacted immediately. She basically said nothing she could do but place a ticket. I heard nothing and started emailing cust serv. Heard nothing. Luckily, I financed with ********, so sent a certified letter with my complaints. Amazingly, a week or two later, I finally heard from their customer service. Cust svc manager from 3 days blinds, reached out to me, practically chastising me for sending emails. Eventually, another sales rep came out. We picked out a different fabric, different kind of installation. She even told me that 3 days blinds had their own installers wasn't hiring third party to do so. Same installer came, very short with answers and some attitude. He stated that our walls were uneven and there was nothing he could do about it. Two panels were not flush, so he put a s**** threw the plastic bracket! Before I could test to see if the first panel rolled down well, he was gone! Only to find that panel was crooked! Called customer service, spoke with them over an hour, scheduled inspection by the installation manager, only to have same installer come out again!! Called to cancel the entire order, sent emails, sent pics. ************ case manager doesn't return emails, or calls. The only response from customer service are people trying to schedule reinstallation, which I don't want. ******** calls every couple of weeks to ask if 3DB has reached out and I tell them same thing. They tell me too late to cancel!! AND, one of the panels fell out of bracket on floor, glad my kids weren't under it.3 Day Blinds

We purchased 3 window shades from 3 Day Blinds back in June, 2006. They have been beautiful and continued to work flawlessly until one little part on one broke this year. Thinking that 17 years was pretty good anyway, but we wanted to try to repair it. We contacted them for a replacement part. Since there were none, they agreed to a full and FREE replacement of the entire shade!! Thanks goes to their warranty service department and especially the local representative who came out to evaluate our situation and make a recommendation for the replacement shade. They even had a professional installer come out and install the new shade. We have never had a lifetime warranty honored so professionally at any time before!3 Day Blinds

I bought (~$3500) from 3 Day Blinds (3DB) four big shades (outdoor) for my screen porch and one small shade for my side garage door on mid August, 2022, but they were not installed until November, 2022. I found later that the shades were installed without hold down brackets required for these big size outdoor shades, since 3DB overlooked ordering these parts when they ordered the shades. So 3DB only shipped the shades to installer without the hold down brackets. This faulty initial installation of the shades without the hold down brackets caused that the shades banged over the porch frame making noise whenever it was windy. Since then, I rolled the shades up and called the 3DB customer care about the issue. They said these shades needed the hold down brackets, which was clearly mentioned in the contract as well. Just 3DB forgot to order these necessary parts when they did the shades. 3DB ordered the hold down brackets later after my call. The hold down brackets were not installed until January 13, 2023 due to delay of parts. When finally the installer came out to put the hold down brackets, he found that the bottoms of two shades were partially torn apparently caused by the banging. He reported the damages to 3DB customer care and also I did to take care of the issue. Thought that 3DB should pay for the damage for its mistake not ordering the hold down brackets necessary for the shades in the beginning. However, 3DB refused to repair or replace the damages by saying that this was caused by wind. I made phone calls and wrote emails to 3DB customer care regarding the issue, but the same response avoiding its responsibility. Finally, I wrote another email to 3DB customer care, copying ********************** CEO. This time, the company responded right away and replaced the two shades damaged within a relatively short time. After all, I am a happy customer and really appreciate the company's CEO who took care of one customer seriously.3 Day Blinds

Worst customer service. Made wrong size did not install as said and took me emailing constantly to get anything done. Now they blocked me on fb so I cannot write any reviews. The shades do not close evenly. Some have trouble going up. I would never recommend them.3 Day Blinds

My order was placed on 10/13/22, installation for my bypass shutters was scheduled for ******** Day of installation the order was 10 inches over all the way around, and they said he was an experienced installer (he can't measure accurately I discovered). No communication from my saleslady ***** Statis since that day. My complaint was escalated to a Director, *********************. He assured me my corrected order would be received within 2 weeks once the corrected measurements received. It has been nearly 2 months since my original installation, my order still hasn't arrived. If I don't email or text 3 Day they do not reach out. I have repeatedly requested for a refund, they tell me my product is in production and they will talk about a discount once the installation is complete. Big deal!!! They took their money and I have yet to be satisfied. The excuse given for not having my order to date is they have no control over the factory. This may be accurate to a point, but why make promises they cannot keep, its always someone else's fault. ********************* Resolution Specialist has been assigned to help me, but she only responses when I initiate an email. The only satisfaction received to date to have the cardboard boxes removed that the installer ***************** conveniently tucked behind my garbage bins. My last communication with both **** and ********** again requested a refund. My patience is worn out, this is pitiful customer service.3 Day Blinds
