      This business is the worst that I have ever dealt with. We ordered shutters back in September and the salesman said that they would be installed by Christmas. Well it is now March and we have sheets over our windows and still no shutters. They measured wrong (twice) ordered the wrong shutters (twice). The salesman that was sooooo nice before we signed now he doesnt return our calls. It is amazing how no one can resolve our issue of getting us the shutters that we ordered over 6 months ago

      I installed 3 day blinds in my second home. The first home install was not great, but the issues were corrected.THIS INSTALL WAS A DISASTER. DAMAGED FABRIC, UNPROFESSIONAL INSTALL.I DISPUTED THE CHARGES ON MY CC IMMEDIATELY.

      I.ove the faux blinds. The installer ***** is great! Very knowledgeable very good at what he does. I would give him an 11 if it was a choice. Excellent! I highly recommend. I'm from **.

      In February 2022, a salesperson came to my home to show us shades. I placed an order for motorized shades for my patio door. Unlike the name implies, it took 2 weeks for a remeasure (to verify the salesperson's measurements) and in late March the shades were installed. I conversed with the installer about the upkeep and operation of the shades. He insured me of the quality and operation of the shades. Saturday, October 29th, our blinds failed to "go up". The entire entrance/exit was blocked. I immediately called 3-Day Blinds to inform them. The **************** personnel transferred me several times and then assured me someone would get back to me Monday. I also reached out to the salesperson, who said she'd call us back....but never did. Monday, when I didn't receive a callback, I called and was told the Service Guys did not work on Monday. The battery was dead and the Installer had failed to leave a charger at the time of installation! The back entrance to our home was obstructed/remained blocked for a 4-month period! **************** was negligent, unconcerned, and unhelpful. After 10 calls to 3 Day Blinds (**********, **. Location) I was sent the incorrect charger twice. It required 16 calls to 3 Day Blinds from October to January before the correct charger was sent to us on January 23, 2023. My family's well-being was put at risk for months because a major entrance/exit was blocked. No compensation was offered. 3-Day Blinds' failure to perform is unacceptable. It was a reckless disregard for safety. I advise everyone to purchase from a ************************ that stands behind its products and respects its customers. I advise everyone not to purchase from 3-Day Blinds.

      The sales and installation process is great. However, after the sale is complete you cease to exist.I spent $20k on all automated blinds in my house and when things break, as they always do, you CANNOT get a hold of anyone. I spent 6 months just trying to get a support call to my house. Then, they visited three times and never fixed the blinds or wrote an update. They just kept sending someone to the house and that person said their manager would need to contact me.3 more months later, no contact, and no working blinds. This really ***** because I paid for blackout blinds in my newborn's room and toddler's room. They honestly DO NOT CARE ONCE YOU PURCHASE.

      When I purchased blinds from 3 Day Blinds, I was told there was a lifetime guarantee on the mechanisms. Today when I called to have the blind looked at because of a squeaking noise, I was told it would cost me $89 for the installer to come out to look at it. When you pay a decent amount of money for blinds and then have to pay more when they are supposed to be covered, it is very disturbing since that is not mentioned when you purchase the item! Won't be ordering anything from them again, I just had someone come out yesterday to give me a quote but their estimate will be going in the garbage after finding out what I did today!

      Ordered drapes from them in October of 2022, they were installed the week before Christmas. The drapes are to long, I contacted them right away, also sent pictures. Representative said they would have the installers come out and remeasure and return to be shortened, installers have not returned my calls. Sent 3day blinds an e-mail today asking to either have them fixed or return my money for the drapes.

      Back in October 2022, we requested a scheduled reinstall of our blinds after installing new windows. Keep in mind you are required to pre-pay $90 to even get a time on the schedule. After 6 weeks, we finally heard from the subcontractor (after they told HQ they were leaving voicemails and sending texts - they were not). In December, an installer came out without any of the needed parts and guided we would need to schedule a remeasure appointment and order proper brackets. Otherwise, it seemed he was going to just try to force the old brackets in and ruin the window frames. I was given the subcontractor office number and his personal cell and neither number has ever picked up a call. I have made at least 5 calls to HQ talking to reps who are sending this to the escalation department and nothing has happened. Im confused how 3Day Blinds is operating at all in ******* as this is their only subcontractor in ******* who will not only not answer customer calls, but also doesnt answer the calls of HQ employees.We spent $1200 on these blinds and I feel as if 3Day Blinds has now ripped us off that money since they will not provide materials or service - no matter how many times I call. Incredibly unprofessional business being ran with a lot of people giving me BS answers just to get me off the phone.Do not order blinds from this company.

      1- ordered in August 2022 2- 3 day blinds lost my blinds 2 times. 3- installed improperly - damaged my woodworking 4- motorized blind sent back - installer said it was defective.5- motorized blind left with me - said the plug in remote was defective.3 day blinds promotional materials indicate - "We install" The 4 times you came to my home, the installers were sub- contracted from out of State and not knowledgably with the Wi-fi remote set up. As of January 3rd, 2023 - my blinds are still not completely installed. I should have spent a little more and bought my blinds from another source.

      I wish I would have read these complaints before I went with 3 day Blind. Seems like some common things going on here. I ordered blinds for 2 windows and a blind for a sliding glass door. One the day of installation, the installer arrived without 2 blinds for the windows. He said he forgot them at the warehouse. I called to voice my displeasure and was finally able to get an installer out the next day. However this took several phone calls to accomplish. However when the installer put the blind on the patio door it was crooked and dragged on the floor when you opened it. I was very upset by then. I did not want this person doing anything else to my house. I contacted 3 Day and got a total run around. Since the installer put that he installed the blind properly, the rep I spoke with said it was my fault for not letting him correct it. Well if he installed it properly there should have been nothing to correct. When the installer came out the next day to install the 2 blinds the original installer forgot, I asked him to look at the patio door blind. He had to take the entire blind down and reinstall it because it was not installed properly. The patio door blind now looks great. So the original installer lied that it was properly installed. And the rep I spoke with at 3 Day Blind did not believe me that is was improperly installed and didn't want to hear anything I said. I tried to contact the salesman who sold me the blinds and as of this date, I have yet to get a phone call back from him. 3 day Blind just wants to sell you a product and promise you the moon and never hear from you again. Not a reputable company at all. Please read all these complaints and do not do business with this company.
