      I ordered ***** shades for my 2 windows and 1 door. This was 7 weeks ago. They gave me a hard time for the installation date. When I could not accommodate them on the day they wanted, they charged me the balance of the cost without installing them. The day we did agree on turned out to not be convenient for them and they called begging to change it. The installers are independent contractors, not employees of 3 day. They refused to listen to what I said about scheduling and called me when I was out of town then not picking up the phone when I called them back. These shades are not cheap. I will now have to go to my credit card company and file for return of my money for undelivered items that were paid in full. I am writing this while waiting on line for them to answer, 20 minutes waiting and then they transferred me to another department. Back on hold. 3 Day Blinds, never again!

      We signed a contract #****** with 3 Day Blinds (3DB), and the funds were all withdrawn (to the tune of $8k) prior to the date of installation, Nov. 21st, 2022. I have read a lot of unfortunate stories about 3DB here, and i was hoping that our experience would be different. alas, it was not much different. while the installation crew were very efficient, there were a number of installation issues that breached the contract signed. our contract clearly states that *********** blinds were to be installed "outside mount" with "INSERTED VANE VALANCE (CURVED)" along with "Valance / Cornice Returns, Size 4 1/8". However, the crew decided to install the type "Exposed Straight Cut-Edge" and without the returns, and which look very cheap - these are serious contract violations. we were expecting a lot more, for the $8000 we paid 3DB. we contacted 3DB customer service a few days letter (and well within the 30-day period within which the customer is supposed to contact the company concerning installation issues), and sent them all the pictures. they were not in disagreement, and politely created a work order under invoice #*******. we were told to allow 2-3 business days for installation to re-schedule, in order to correct the errors. however, nothing happened, even after many weeks, and our emails to customer service are now all ignored. we were hoping that we would not have to get on BBB.org or yelp.com, and complain, like everyone else, and we told them that - and we patiently awaited a response from 3DB. but 3DB left us no other options we are sorry to say. We are just looking for what the contract promised, nothing more, nothing less

      I ordered blinds for a total of four rooms back July 2022. Honestly three of the rooms were installed and look great! The reason for the low rating is because of everything I'm going through to get the last bedroom done. First blind I ordered was the wrong size (made to large for window). I wasn't too unhappy about it not fitting because it was a different style than the others that I ordered and I decided I liked the others better and change my order. It took over 2 months for them to contact me for a delivery (by text). I excepted their delivery time (by text) and took the day off of work to be here for delivery. They didn't show up and I recieved no phone call to explain why ***** showed up!!! I called and it another month to get a (text) with a delivery window and I had to take off work again!!! The blinds were installed and one of them had the pull strings on the wrong side. A replacement order was placed and now I've informed that it will take about 2 months for the replacement!!!

      I purchased woven blinds on October 21, 2022. I gave over $800 deposit and as of 12/13/22 still have no window blinds/treatment. Estimated install was November 17-December 1st. I've called the customer service number several times only to be told they are in production.I asked for my money back only to be told NO I signed a contract! I did sign a contract....the contract stated you pay for a product and receive our product! I trusted this company! They pride themselves on 100% customer satisfaction! It's been nothing but the worst customer satisfaction and so much angst!!! More work than it's worth. I am a consumer. I purchase a lot so I know great customer satisfaction! **************************** is a disgrace! Never again! Do not purchase from this company! They are the worst!

      So disgusted with our 3 day blinds experience. We spent close to $20k with them about 9 months ago to get blinds, drapes and *****s for our entire home. The initial sales/design person was great to work with and helpful in nailing down color choices. It was all downhill from there unfortunately. The technical measurement people came for a follow-up visit and changed the measurements and placement of so many of the window coverings that almost all of them were wrong on arrival. The installer that came next was very nice, but somewhere between his measurements, report and 3 day blinds, screwed up reorder after reorder after installation visit after reorder. Fast forward 9 months later and we're STILL waiting for most of our windows to be corrected and done properly. A 3 day blinds supervisor and I agreed on a plan of attack 2 months ago -- to have a much more experienced installer come out, take detailed measurements and specifications of each and every window that needs replacing or fixing and then advance a single work order to get this done for good. Since then, they have COMPLETELY DROPPED THE ***** I got one voicemail from that supervisor a few weeks after that visit. I've now called her back repeatedly and it goes straight to voicemail each and every time. From a product quality standpoint, we've already had issues: a bracket broke and a ***** ***** fell down. Another ***** ***** won't say level. Most of the ***** *****s we ordered look pretty lame when rolled up from the bottom. They promised to get this right repeatedly and also promised a "major refund" that they would "wait until everything's resolved" to implement, which feels more and more like empty promises. So -- hours and hours and hours wasted and still hoping for a positive resolution here, but it's fool me once, twice, 3x, 10x. Do yourself a favor -- for custom window coverings, go for quality of company and service and avoid these guys at all costs.

      Fast forward OVER A WHOLE YEAR and the same thing keeps happening, with 1 step forward and 2 steps back. The installers aren't professional, the products aren't quality and the supervisors don't return calls or follow-up with their commitments. We've now been told multiple times that they expanded too fast coming out of the pandemic.

      I place my order November 16th, I was promised I would get my blinds the 1st week of December , way Before Christmas, it is now December 8th, I have been trying to reach this company for days , weeks , 3 hour whole times cannot continue to hold. The only ones that answer are the agents if you want to make an appointment. I spoke to the lady who makes appointments and was complaining I cannot hold for 3 hours she hung up on me. I was given a promise word-of-mouth from the sales rep ****** he told me I would have my blind's way before Christmas and by the 1st week of December I reached out to him he said sorry there's nothing he can do. This company is totally a scam, I told them I want to cancel my order and contract, they said it is too late , Only too late because you can't get through to anyone ! They Breached their contract/ promise . I also reached out to the financial company ******** they filed a complaint.

      Purchased very expensive blinds from this company and established post purchase remorse after I discovered I was severely overcharged for the blinds I purchased. My neighbor bought the identical blinds online and for a fraction of the cost. I spent ~$3,000 for three windows and my neighbor covered every window in their home for ~$1,000. My dissatisfaction really soared when three out of three blinds that I purchased arrived inoperable and installation could not be completed. I attempted to cancel the order after receiving very expensive damaged blinds and three blinds denied the credit.

      Absolutely ************************** I paid a small fortune for 6 motorized shades in new home. When the installer came the first time, some of the shades were incorrectly measured and had to be reordered. Now they had to come back and finish the install at a time I wasn't at the house. It seemed to be fine and the installer sent me photos and face timed me to show the shades. When I next came back to the house there were issues with shades going up and down. I sort of fixed it but still had a service call for me next visit. We also saw the valances were bowing and needed to be replaced. Four weeks later I cant get through to anyone. The sales woman was quick to take the order and very friendly. After she totally ghosts me, wont respond to any emails and then days or weeks later says sorry I was in appointments. Really?? The installer gives me his number and never responds to texts or phone calls. What is with that? My husband is a crazy busy physician and calls EVERYONE back and returns emails. How do you continue to operate like this? I wish I knew how bad they were before I got these blinds. Cant ever get in touch with corporate office either. Meanwhile I find out after a month, the new valances were never ordered. So frustrating.

      AVOID WASTING YOUR MONEY WITH 3 DAY BLINDS. *******************,CEO - is this what you and over 900 employees want to represent? I had 9 motorized ***** shades installed 9/2/22. Six were defective: cut incorrectly or had grease stains. Those 6 were replaced 10/4/22; long wait for an expedited order. Of those 6 replacements, 1 was not cut correctly and neither was the next replacement. Still waiting for its replacement which was scheduled for 11/3/22, but the installer called past time to arrive and said he could come at 7pm. I asked to be rescheduled; still waiting for confirmation. Another shade of the 6 replaced came very wrinkled. The installer used my steamer to work out the folds from bad packaging. Another shade that had been replaced was reported as cut sideways, photo submitted, and theres been no follow up. As of 11/7/22, one motor doesnt work, another motor will not hold charge (its a replaced blind) and the bank of 3 windows will not operate synchronized. These blinds will not move without a motor and that feature added $300 to the price. **************** is non existent. Its nearly impossible to speak to someone and get them to follow through. They sub-contract installation and that company will only communicate by text. But, they are the only outlet for customer service or quality control. ********************** is happy to sell products, but non of their catchy taglines are truthful. Theres no one locally to even look at the finished mess they leave in your home. I have asked to have the shades removed and reimbursed for my current investment. ******** @3 Day Blinds says that cant be done. I emailed all issues on 11/7/22 to ******* @3 Day Blinds and have not received any contact. So as it is, day 67, I have malfunctioning shades, no follow up from 3 Day Blinds, and no indication each replacement will be an improvement. I want them removed immediately. I want to be reimbursed. Giving them one star is beyond gracious.

      My experience doesn't even deserve a single star. This has been the worse customer experience of my life! I have had an order to install wood shutters since March 2022. Nine months later I still do not have them, nor have I received a call from 3 Day Blinds as to the reason for the delay. I have called numerous times with many promises of a call back but I have not received a call back except for one. That was more than two months ago. In the meantime, this company has been holding my deposit; there has been not a single apology or attempt to make this right. When I have contacted them I found out that their installer no longer works for them; that they had not done anything with my order, that I would never have heard from them if I had not called! This is no way to run a business. I will never work with them again nor do I recommend that anyone do as well. Right now I just want my money back.
