i had a previous hearing aid with this company that was wonderful. I wish I had read these reviews before I was so stupid as to possibly throw away 1/2 months income because I got sick & was unable to return the hearing aids w/in the allotted 45 days. I ordered Nano hearing aids direct from the company. I had to exchange them multiple times for another pair because they either whistled or didn't work at all. Company insisted I send them back for a new pair. By the time I received the second pair the refund time frame expired. When I shipped the fourth pair back because they weren't working at all, they claimed I broke them and they needed ***** for repair to ship them back to me. In the end, I have no refund and no product because I wouldn't pay the repair for the Hearing aids that were sent to me broken from the company. Put in a dispute with the credit card company and was denied because **** sent a photo of a pair of broken hearing aids claiming I broke them. Beware, do not order. NANO Hearing products are worth about $25.00 and expect *** last ~ 1 month. I bought a set, had to return in less than 30 days as they stopped working. Receive a new set and again am issue. The left one fell apart and then the right on stopped working in less than a month. Called **** and gave me a return RMA # and **** account to use to return. No response from Nani so I called and told me the warranty covered 1st set sent and not the 2nsd set so would not replace. I said sent them back to me and they refused. **** Hearing aids are a complete joke and frauds !!! My neighbor bought them for $300 , she sent them back correctly with the right box, tracking number provided & they are refusing to return her money to her even though she's told them many times her Dr. **** they will not work for her. Worst experience Ive ever had. The hearing aids did not suit me at all. I returned them after three days for a full refund. Three months later Im still fighting with them. I had to resort to my credit card company and put in a dispute. Its been a nightmare and has caused me so much stress and anxiety for a senior citizen. We pulled up your record with us which shows that the hearing aids were received at the company warehouse on 5/4/2023 and that your refund request was already in queue with our Refunds team, however on 5/25/2023 we can see that you disputed the charges with Shopify Payments. As a result, we are required to halt all refund attempts. So, until the dispute is dropped or resolved, we have paused any efforts on our end to complete the refund process.We would like to resolve this issue as soon as possible, but in order for us to proceed with the refund, we will need to wait for an update from Shopify because the chargeback is still active on our end. We also confirmed that we haven't received any emails, phone calls, or other correspondence from Shopify indicating that the chargeback case has been dropped or resolved. You should notify your bank that the chargeback submitted on 5/25/2023 is still active in our system. Tried first pair; returned; second pair sent; 45-day return was not applicable as advertisedonly 10 days, but not explained. Dont try for 45 days and then call; contact customer service WITHIN the first 45 days of the first pair; then WITHIN 10 days of second pair. Just lost $367.82 plus return shipping of $8.25. Nano hearing aid company is a rip off. Do not order anything from them. They don't respond to any questions or help in any way. Helped my dad order from them for my step mom. Do not buy anything from NANO hearing aids because they are a total headache to deal with! My mother tried to return her hearing aids and they gave us the complete run around and they just kept trying to sell ** another hearing aid and wouldnt take no for an answer.
