On 4/17/23 they had an HP computer monitor on sale for $28.99. When I added it to my cart on line the price jumped to $79.99. After almost a month of doing what e-commerce told me to do. their escalation department said that they will not honor the sale price since they can not prove who in their company posted the price. I provided them with the requested screen shots of the prices and the still will not honor them. They offered me a a $20 discount to make the issue go away.Initial Complaint

A system error caused my account to be charged twice on a loan I took out. I received a refund, but a a second system error now says that the extra emount I payed is now due, which is incorrect. Now I am charged a late fee, and this will Also effect my credit. I have made every payment on time. I continue to call, having to explain the situation every time. I have been told I will be called on days and do not receive their calls. A supervisor, after investigating, agreed that this was a system error and was not my fault and still said that they might not resolve the issue. A few times my calls have been dropped by both supervisors and representatives though I communicate in a professional tone at all times. Account #********Initial Complaint

Reached out to the company in March, was told they will waive the late fee when I made the paymen. Then today I was told ibwas 25 days late and had another late fee. After there rep advised me he took care of the account. Now the account was place on hold. Now I just need them to waive the late fess as promised last month! I returned a monitor and their warehouse received it on the 27th of Feb & have yet to receive a refund after these past 3 weeks. I gave it a full week and started contacting their e-commerce team in which they kept informing me that the refund is in process and I should have it by Friday of that week. Some more days go by and after calling them a few times each agent kept giving me a different date which I knew at that point, they dont know anything. I finally got ahold of a supervisor who has been very hard working and kind but apparently Curacao gives 0 power to their support team. He reached out to the backend team several times with them only responding once saying that its in process and expect it in 24/72 hrs. & no contact to him or me after that. This shouldnt take long or be a huge headache! The only reason I shop at this place is because my business requires items from *********** have items in stock that other retailers are back ordered on. Called warranty and put in a claim for a broken oculus controller, was told it qualifies and they will have me mail the unit for repair or replacement. I was sold a defective item, I called several times to get the item picked back up since it was so heavy and was too big for my car, no appointment could be made. I rented a uhaul and took the item to the las vegas mall location and was given so much trouble to return the item. I had been contacting the ****# since day 2 of having the item after trying to put the item together and was unsuccessful. I left the item at the store with my credit card and no longer have procession of the item and still having the item listed on my credit report and still having to pay for the item. All Curacao tells me I need to contact the manufacturer to get the item repaired or replaced but when I contact the Company they refer me back saying I need to contact the company I originally bought the scooter from that they only warranty items bought off there website. I had already ordered another one off Amazon for my son's birthday since it was a disappointment when we opened this one for Curacao so there is no need I need it repaired.
