    3/17 Rec'd an email with a huge increase to start in 30 days. Called in asking for options as the increase is too expensive for my budget. The *** stated he was not allowed to discuss price with me. He was only able to tell me that my option would be to move from my current Core plan to the Lite plan. That would be the ONLY OPTION. He failed to tell me about the Core plan for $29 that is currently being featured on your website. I can handle that increase. One can only assume I am being scammed. SOLUTION: Provide me with the option to stay on the Core plan for the price that is currently being featured on your website which is $29. Image attached.

    They have been holding $4150 since Feb 24th for violating their terms for payments. They claim I am not allowed to fund raise through the donations page so I took down the page like they asked. Then they changed their focus to the event we were promoting and selling tickets to and said that we are not allowed to sell tickets so they closed my payment account and said once they close it they will either refund the money or send it to me. They did neither. They closed my account and then started telling me 60 days, 90 days that they will be holding these funds. For what? Why are they changing the timeline? They closed the payment account after my first offense, which is ok with me as long as they either refund the money to the original payment method or just push it through to my bank. But they are doing neither. They want to hold $4,000 for 90 days for what??

    We use Wix.com for our website platform. Made sales of 5k, Wix is withholding per compliance. We have provided all information requested and its been over three weeks of waiting. There are numerous accounts of this happening to others (see reddit) and that *** holds the money to gain interest. Please assist with our sales being withheld and shut down this fraudulent racket. Thanks!

    I dissolved my business 2 months after signing up with *** in 2024, I also checked DO NOT RENEW when I signed up with them. On 12/23/24 they took $19.35 from my account and again on 1/6/25 they took another $368.88 both without authorization. My bank temporarily refunded my account but then reversed payment due to non-refund to them by ***. I have emails from *** stating that contract is terminated because of charge back yet they are keeping the money and giving me as well as my bank the runaround.

    I used Wix to create a business / portfolio site. I realized on March 11, 2025 that I was being double billed going through documents. I looked and realized that I had two premium business plans - both under the same name, domain, etc. One (billed 1/1/2025) is fully functional and published. The second (billed 12/12/24) is empty and has zero work done on it. I had no idea there were two business plans assigned to me. It is evident there is an error since one is fully functional and the other is completely empty.Thus far Wix is refusing to do anything at all. They let me cancel the empty one - which is meaningless, since there's nothing there, and they will not offer a refund of any kind because I didn't cancel it within fourteen days of their billing. At the very least I would expect a prorated refund. From a morally decent company I would expect a full refund.

    Hi,On January 3 WIX auto deducted yearly domain subscription ($20.80) and on January WIX auto deducted yearly premium plan subscription ($374.10) from my credit card. After I realized it, I cancelled both of my domain and premium account subscriptions on Jan 8 2025. And emailed them to refund my money. However in their reply, they said that they cannot refund the money since it was auto renewed. I am not using their services for the last 2 years. And after realizing the auto deduction from my credit card, I cancelled it. I do not want to pay for another year for a service that I don't use. I just want them to refund my money. My account id is ************************ And the money was deducted from my credit card ending 3234.I have also attached the invoices.Thanks

    I was charged on February 17, 2025 for the amount of $576.00 for premium subscription renewal.I attempted to cancel and be refunded on March 4, 2025 as per live chat records with wix.com.I was told I could not cancel as it was more than 14 days past the cancellation ***** ******* HOWEVER, in the *** the *** guidelines which are typically governed by state laws and the Consumer Contracts Regulations state the following:"For online services, the 14-day cooling-off period begins the day after you agree to the service contract. If you cancel within this ******* you are entitled to a full refund of any upfront payments you made."Since I contacted wix.com to cancel the renewal service on March 4, 2025, the 14th day after February 18, 2025 (the day after I agreed to the new service contract consummated by payment of $576.00), I was indeed within the ***** period for cancellation and full refund of $576.00, according to the aforementioned *** guidelines governed by state laws and the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

    Signed up with the website in 2020 for for a nonprofit organization. Was active for approximately two years. Then an activated in approximately 2022 have not received a bill from them in 3 years. Fast-forward three years . November Third 3 *****..com ran yearly subscription payment unauthorized as we have not use this website in 5 years. This is alarming. We had to change our card information, As they are keeping payment information on file for inactive accounts that we did not renew buyer beware we are seeking a refund for this fraudulent charge.     I have been unable to access my *** account despite providing my license and completing multiple inquires for further information. I reached out after being charged for an unknown fee of $29.25 on January 31, then again after my annual renewal fee of $204.00 was deducted from my account on Feb 13. Because there is no phone support offered by this company all of my communications were via email which became hard to track, cumbersome, and frustrating. Despite being ping ponged around and receiving multiple emails from different liasons for the company I was finally told there was nothing they could do to shut down the site, refund my money, or rectify my concerns.What I want is:1. The site removed **************************** 2. A full refund of $233.25 Please advise.
