I have been unable to access my *** account despite providing my license and completing multiple inquires for further information. I reached out after being charged for an unknown fee of $29.25 on January 31, then again after my annual renewal fee of $204.00 was deducted from my account on Feb 13. Because there is no phone support offered by this company all of my communications were via email which became hard to track, cumbersome, and frustrating. Despite being ping ponged around and receiving multiple emails from different liasons for the company I was finally told there was nothing they could do to shut down the site, refund my money, or rectify my concerns.What I want is:1. No, I searched, and there is no invoice from Wix. Only from ******. This is what I received from ******: The ****** agent also said that this was put on recurring payment on that same date and time, while I had been teaching in class!

********** claims that I "took too long" to challenge a charge by ***, a DYI Website.I was charged $384.00 on March 2, 2023 plus $24.85 on February 13 to my ***** credit card on March 2. I cancelled my *** account and was initially credited for booth charges. Afterwards ***** put the charges back on my credit card. When challenged ***** said they would "take care of the charges". Later statements still showed the charges and again I was told they "take care of the charges". This cycle occurred 3 times until I was told by ***** to write a letter about these charges. I was then told by ***** that "I took too long".I have written Five Letters Disputing these charges and ***** continues to attempt to collect from me. They have also added Fees, Late Charges, etc.. and now claim I owe $670.02.I was then told by ***** (verbally) that I had a contract with *** and the charges were from Autopay. I did not have or use Autopay for anything and when I asked for prove I have received nothing from ***** or WIX. I feel that *** has manipulated their evidence (if they have any) and are basically mining **************** continues to harass me for the amount and now are offering $301.51 by 3/13/2025 as a resolution. I refuse to pay this amount because I feel ***** is either mining money as well or are too lazy to deal with WIX.Because of the above my credit score dropped from 800+ to 740-.Initial Complaint

I used *** to build a business account. this business is no longer active as several years. I have reached out each year to deactivate my account and stop auto renewal, and still continue to be charged a premium (non refundable, according the company) subscription. This is close to $500. On Monday February 3rd - Wix placed my account under compliance review with Wix Payments, freezing my access to funding received by customers; Wix immediately asked for proof of ID, business organization, etc which were provided upon initial set up to even collect payments in the first place; this was still on file but I resubmitted the information. On Thursday, *** asked to provide proof services were being rendered which we did. All of this information is being conveyed through the Wix website via chat, so this was easily verifiable as well.While I get the need for compliance audits, and have worked in the payment processing industry for over a decade; what is very abnormal is freezing of funding without a quick review and resolution process.I'm filing this complaint, as I have been given no clear expectation on when the review has been completed and we've had to shutter business until we can confirm. We purchased ****** workspace for our business as part of a package through Wix.com for our business. Recently we apparently ran out of space on our ****** workspace and Wix.com suspended all our emails. This has blocked us from recieving communications from our clients, as well as stopped us from being able to do payroll and collect payments. Our business will need to shut down if we are unable to gain access to our emails. The issue is, Wix.com doesn't have a phone number to call them, and their CHAT Bot keeps telling us to log in to our account. opened Wix account for a new business, set up bank account. my first sale was on December 10th. Customer made purchase through my business website which I'm utilizing Wix... I never received my payout. called Wix 3 times, over one hour conversation each time. all 3 times they said "we have no supervisor, we will escalate your case and get back to you" It is almost 2 months later and I still haven't received my payment. at one time, they have you charge $1 on your credit card and claim you'll get it back. they fail to tell you, not all of your $1.00 will get back to your account. They hold back $0.33. imagine doing this with all of their customers without notifying.. how much they hold back for a test search to ensure money will make it to your account. holding info and money back.Initial Complaint

When I was in school in 2024, my school teacher asked us to register for this website to do homework and told us that this website was completely free and free of charge. I graduated last year, but on February 4, 2025 and January 16, 2025, I was automatically deducted $432 and $19.35 by this wix company respectively. I don't know why this company can easily scratch my account funds without my knowledge. I need to complain that this company automatically turned on my automatic payment function and stole my money at will.
