    Wrongful Termination of My Amazon KDP Account Without Justification I am filing this complaint against Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) because my account was wrongful terminated, and they refused to provide clear evidence or a fair resolution.I have been a dedicated KDP author for six years, following Amazons policies and guidelines. However, my account was suddenly terminated on the grounds that it was linked to a previously terminated account. This is completely falseI have never owned or operated any other *** ********** Attempts to Resolve the Issue:I appealed multiple times, requesting Amazon to provide evidence of this alleged connection. Each response was vague, automated, and ************* account was previously reinstated, proving that the initial termination was a mistake.     March 2024, I published my first book with Amazon/KDP. October 2024, I cancelled a Prime membership. After cancellation, I learned that my *** account was also closed and my book is no longer available for purchasing on ***. They closed my account. I have made many attempts to let them know that my account was closed in error and my book should be available for purchasing but I cannot reach anyone except Amazon customer service. They say that they have nothing to do with *** and repeatedly give me the same link to leave messages for ***. I have been trying to reach them since November 2024 but to no avail. They seem to be a ghost subsidiary of Amazon with no way for anyone to reach them. Can you please help me to reach this subsidiary and get my book online for purchasing?

    I have an older Amazon KDP account that I need to log in to. I have forgotten the password, tried the password reset options to no avail. The security question requires the expiration date of a credit card that I no longer have. There is no way around this and no other way to unlock my account.I have called customer service and was informed that ********************** KDP has no live agents to assist....so...what? Am I just locked out of my account forever?

    Purchase Date: November 19, 2024 Service/Product Purchased: Starter Author Launchpad Amount Paid: $1947 USD Reference/Invoice Number: Invoice No. ********* and Invoice No. ********* I was looking to publish my first book and needed help with editing and formatting. I was very specific and told them it was going to be my first book and needed a lot of guidance publishing through Amazon KDP and potentially other platforms. I was given different packages that I can choose from and I was assured that they could help me with everything. I was also assured that there's 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed or my money back - "Additionally there is a money back guarantee as well, so in case of any dissatisfaction, you will not lose anything." The first book that I wanted to publish was a holiday book - Christmas themed. I told the project manager that I wanted it to be publish before the holidays. Again, I was guaranteed this would happen. I constantly had to follow up with where we were at with the process, requested for the final draft multiple times. I was told I would be given a call, but never in the time or day I was promised. The process overall was terrible. It's way passed the holidays and I never got to properly publish the book. I requested my money back through email and text multiple times and I haven't received any resolution or a response. I can be called at ************** for more details.
