Amazon KDP blocked my account claiming fraudulent use of reviews. I explained many times that my books received reviews because I have a substantial list of readers and also my own ******** group of readers. Despite several requests they closed an account that had been active for several years causing me considerable harm by no longer being able to access the work done from 2018 to the present.Initial Complaint

On October 31, 2024 i uploaded a paperback book to be published through Kdp.Amazon. Recently i noticed that i can no longer sign into my account with the email address a registered with. For the past week I have been trying to seek help with logging into my account with all my personal identification attached to it. The response that i am receiving back is basically saying i need to sign in with the email address i signed up with. I really believe my account has been hacked as I see a **************** Card attached to my wallet, I do not own an **************** Card. I also see someone else page attached to my page when i go to my personal link. I have not receive any type of meaningful assistance to resolve this issue. I been treated as though i am trying to get access to someone else business account when in fact the account belongs to me. I need your help regarding an issue with my Amazon KDP account. It was recently terminated without any prior warning or clear explanation. The reason cited was a violation of their Terms and Conditions, but I believe this is a mistake. Ive always ensured my books comply with Amazons guidelines. One of my best-selling books suffered from a printing error caused by Amazon, which led to negative reviews and impacted its rank and sales. Despite this, I didnt raise the issue, understanding mistakes can happen. To include they allowed hacking and reviews to be posted from unknown who never bought the books to insult name call and my disability.I was a best selling author then now authors are being ignored not getting noticed amazon employees are promoting other publishing authors over amazon authors saying we would be put first. we are in kdp direct and never seen a dime for sharing in this program. Now this account is closed, and my earnings have been withheld. *** invested significant time, money, and effort into my books, and I need support to resolve this unfair situation. I have been working on publishing my book with this company! But its been the worst experience of my life! They kept not doing what I was telling them! In January, I published a book, "The Ten Minute Bible", with Amazon **************. They were difficult to work with. They kept asking me for more money for press releases, social media publicity, a website, etc. I sent them $300 more to do this, but they failed to do anything. They have not fulfilled their promises. I cannot get in touch with anyone there: my project manager, the supervisor, additional people who were supposed to help. They will not return my text messages, phone calls, or e-mails. I would like my money back or for them to fulfill their promises. I want others to know this is a company that is dishonest.
