    I have a new *** account and I uploaded a book to come out in January. I have had an Amazon Prime account for over 10 years. When I tried to order an advance copy of my book after uploading it the *** said they were offering me prime for a fee. I already have prime. I learned on ****** that all I need to do is log into my KDP account with my ********************** prime login and they would be linked. I did that but now I am locked out of my KDP with existing books already uploaded. I've spent 3 hours, talked to numerous bots, 3 real people at Amazon and they keep sending me to a page on *** that has no help and no human available to talk. I was given a number guaranteed to have a person to help me but it was the legal department of Amazon.. and surprise there was no human being to talk to on that line--- just three options for law enforcement, lawyers or something else that didn't apply.

    At the start of 2024, I entered an agreement with Amazon KDP Publishers to assist with marketing, cover design, artwork, keyword strategies, and a long list other services for my book trilogy. They pitched their services well, even boasting a 150% refund policy for Amazon keyword marketing. I trusted them with $4,000 of my retirement savings to help produce childrens books, but they completely failed at every stage.I ended up writing, editing, designing, illustrating, and producing all the audiobooks and the trilogy myself. Despite multiple requests, they refused to provide any documentation of their supposed marketing efforts. Once it became clear I was onto their deceptive practices, they stopped returning my calls and disappeared. **** **** and ***** *****, both involved in this fraudulent scheme, falsely claimed they were an Amazon company. The only thing they actually accomplished was the layout for my books, which took several attempts and nearly eight months.They also tried to gain control of my website under the pretense of offering comprehensive development services, which I refused. After contacting Amazon, I learned they had no knowledge of these individuals, yet they still falsely claim **** ***** is their owner as of today, October 10th, 2024.These individuals are slick con artists and blatant criminals, ripping off authors across *******. Ive since come across other complaints detailing similar experiences. Many people are too embarrassed to admit theyve been scammed, which is how these fraudsters continue operating.I need my $4,000 back to market my book. They wont return my calls, provide any proof of their work, and continue to deceive people, especially those now trying to enter the world of AI-generated books. This is a deliberate scam, and they know exactly what theyre doing. They need to be stopped.

    I am a Published Author, and I published my books with *** in 2016. I lost my ID credit cards a couple of years ago and had to replace everything as well as create new emails.     On Friday, September 6th, I received an email from Amazon informing me that my KDP account had been terminated due to a title they deemed to have misleading content, which they believe could mislead or defraud customers. However, the ********************** team has not provided clear details about the specific issue, and I am uncertain of the exact mistake I may have made. While I understand their concern and am willing to remove the title in question from sale, I believe the decision to terminate my entire account is disproportionate.     Hello,I would like to file a complaint about the lack of appropriate contact from KDP support.On June 5th, my book "Learn the Alphabet: ..." was blocked. I requested an explanation and unblocking, but I received a response stating that the book might be disappointing to customers. Despite my follow-up and request for reconsideration, the decision to block the book was upheld.Next, my book "Animal Dot to Dot for Kids," which I had published after only adjusting the keywords, was also blocked on June 8th. I requested an explanation, but I received the same response as for the previous book. All subsequent attempts to publish were also automatically blocked.I managed to contact KDP support, where I was asked to prove that I have the rights to publish the books "Learn the Alphabet: a **************** and "Animals Dot to Dot for Kids." I sent documentation from Canva and Creative Fabrica, which included the illustrations used on the cover that I modified according to the license. Despite this, on July 6th, I was informed that the provided documentation was insufficient. On July 8th, I sent license keys and a link to a page where everything can be verified.On July 16th, I was informed that more time was needed for analysis, which I understood. However, on July 30th, I only received information regarding the book "...ABC," which was also blocked on July 22nd, stating that the decision to block it had been upheld. I have not received any information regarding the other books or the possibility of further publication.Despite multiple attempts to contact Amazon via email, chat, and phone, I still have not received any information, which makes it difficult for me to understand what mistakes I may have made and prevents me from continuing my publishing activities.I need Amazon to provide a specific reason for the block, as well as to unblock my account so that I can continue publishing on the Amazon platform.

    Good morning, Let me introduce myself, I'm ************************* and I'm a self-publisher (I publish books and eBooks under a pseudonym and collect royalties mainly in the American market "amazon.com" and Canadian "amazon.ca") that I sell through Amazon KDP (Kindle Direct Publishing). Unfortunately a few days ago Amazon KDP sent me an email accusing me of having another KDP account in the past that they had closed (on KDP it is forbidden to have multiple accounts associated with the same person) and consequently they permanently closed my account, thus losing hundreds of books published in almost 5 years and obviously not even paying me the royalties to which I am entitled for the last 2 months (Amazon KDP pays every 60 days). Amazon KDP does not want to provide me with any additional information, so I have been accused of having done something that I am not responsible for, they do not want to provide me with evidence of this and I should accept that my account that generates over $23,000 every month is closed and that they do not even pay me for the last 2 months. I wanted to understand if it was possible (and possibly the times and costs) to do something and somehow recover the closed account or at least recover the payment of the missing royalties to which I am entitled (about $******). Surely the Amazon KDP automatic system did some checks and it turned out that my kdp account and some of my personal information were WRONGLY associated with other KDP accounts closed in the past.This is totally unfair, also the Amazon KDP support is not answering me anymore.I want my KDP account to be reactivated and consequently I will also receive the royalties that I have already generated and that Amazon KDP is unfairly withholding (about ****** which are exactly the last two months).The email associated with my KDP account is ***********************************************

    On January 8, 2024 I googled "self publishing on Amazon" and began looking at the resulting web pages. As I was browsing Amazondirectpublishing.com I was sent a message which led to a call from one of the employees. We discussed my intentions and came to an agreement. A contract was drawn up and I began payment.As the months passed they edited and published my book on Amazon - only one of the five platforms promised in the contract.Now I can't get in contact with them, and I'm not receiving the royalties from my book sales on Amazon.They haven't fulfilled even half of their obligations per the contract over these 6 months.

    I opened a Kindle direct publishing account. I posted a few books for sale. Low content notebooks. within a couple months my account was closed and I was accused of trying "to manipulate their services". and not to contact them again. This was completely unfair and unjustified. I didnt do anything to manipulate their services. When I contacted them for more clarification I was sent this email Hello, As previously stated, we detected activities in your account trying to manipulate our services, which is a violation of our Terms and Conditions.     On August 2023 I paid $3,488 for sales on a guaranteed email they would refund my money if I don't get the sales as promised. I have threatened numerous times to have my money refunded. I have emails and texts saying they would refund. It has been a month and no refund. This is a fraud!

    On April 30, 2024, my Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP) account was unexpectedly closed. Since the closure, I have not received any outstanding royalties owed to me.
