    I have cancelled my membership with dollar shave club and they keep charging me. There is no customer service to call and the automated chat doesn't help. I cannot log into my account either. It says it's not recognizing. I have moved out of state and can't change and address or try and cancel for the 10th time They keep charging me a monthly fee though!

    Good store for many years. Now I am not receiving my order (tracking number doesn't even work), and they will not respond to my emails.

    Used to be a fantastic company easy to change subscription, easy to contact customer service. I sent an email before my box was to be shipped in May. No response and it is now the middle of June. I reached out again via email and got a canned response that there service email volume is too high and not to email anymore so that all customers get a reply. The new website does not work. You can sign into your account a ******* but nothing else. No cancel button. I want to cancel my subscription after many years. This is horrible customer service and the products have been on the decline for years. If I do not get a response to my cancel request I will be contacting my card company to stop recurring payments. Horrible company now.

    I have used them for years. They recently and without my knowledge or consent changed their razor and blades. The new blades are TERRIBLE--the worse I have ever used. Trying to terminate your contract with them is even worse. A once excellent service has now fallen into mass marketing with virtually no customer service and a very inferior product.

    We've sent many emails out over the last 4-5 months letting Members know we were discontinuing the Heritage blades on 2/6 and switching everyone to the Club Series after that date. Which is why you got those blades in your last order.Sorry to hear they aren't working out for you.     They locked me out of my account so I can't login to stop my subscription after they changed me to even worse razors that fell apart the first time I tried to use it. Their website says they sent some email to create a new account login which I've searched every folder and found nothing. If you call them a phone service only says to email them. Tried live chat and it just wants your email. I will have to fight the charges on my credit card I guess since nobody works at this place! Don't use this company, Absolutely no customer service after they cause a problem.

    They have made it absolutely impossible to cancel orders. I have had an order set to recurring and have been trying to cancel it for YEARS. I even reached out to them via email multiple times and have not received a response. Never order from them because they purposely make it difficult to stop recurring orders.No ethics.

    There is no way to cancel my account. I log in and can't open my account. I tried their chat and get no answers. For weeks, I have repeatedly emailed them to cancel my account and all you receive is a generic email in response and they never do reply back. The ***** number is automated and instructs you to email them...it's a constant loop of no answers or response. I will never buy another product from them again. I had my bank put a stop payment for Dollar Shave Club so I won't receive anymore shipments. I also just tried their phone number listed on this page and it's no longer in service!! Poor, horrible customer sevice.

    They activated my old account sending me some random email about a 4 month subscription and I haven't used their blades in a year. I cancelled because they never sent me the second order and when I tried them at ******* they didn't get the close shave the old model use to, so I never went back. I don't know how they have my paypal info, but when i tried to log in to the account on their site to turn it back off and delete it all over again before they charge, their site claims the same exact email they sent me this on isn't part of their system. I'm on the phone with paypal seeing if I can put a block on that company since I never plan to do business with them before all this scam vibe I got today.

    You do still have an account under the email you wrote this review with, however, the recurring box is empty and nothing has been billed or shipped out since 2021. We've removed the PayPal from that account today.

    The blades and razors both have deteriorated to where they are horrible. Flimsy and dull - and the blades snap off during shaving.I have been a customer for many, many years and this product is horrible now.
