META Case #**************** I am writing to inform you of a troubling situation involving one of your platforms business-facing services. For over seven months, my client ******** **** ****, a U.S.-based professional horse trainer and owner of The ***** **** Ranch has been unable to access his Facebook business page due to an unresolved and incorrect backend linkage made by Meta.Despite numerous support tickets, Meta has:Wrongly linked his business page access to an unknown Instagram account *********** that does not belong to him.Ignored clear evidence that his real Instagram account (@jeroleallobo) is fully functional, active, and secure.Sent multiple generic, robotic replies without investigating the issue or escalating it to someone capable of correcting the internal mislink.The result? Hello, Your rules and regulations are not equal to everyone on facebook , here is the best example, Same information have been entered in both pages for two different purposes, But my page posts is blocked for no reason by Facebook . This very unfair and you are braking human rights. You should report this to the highest management as soon as possible to let my pages and profile back to work.! If not I will organize a campaign against this unfair treatment of facebook in **********!I need to complain about unfair situation on Facebook, One of my page was suspended for no reason by Facebook, I had paid to boost one my post of facebook page, But after some times facebook blocked that specific post and they didnt refund my money.! They had mentioned my post goes against community standards But I saw many posts like mine , one of the posts I saw attached with below screenshots.! Why facebook let one page to not post a same post and another page to allow posting same post ? Why my page is only restricted for fake reasons. I am filing this complaint against ******************* (Instagram) regarding the unfair disabling of my Instagram account, Morbid Kuriosity, which I have been operating for several years, painstakingly building it to over 474 thousand followers. This account represents my work as a published author, graphic designer, and content creator, focusing on educational content about dark history and unsolved ************ account was disabled due to three intellectual property claims. One which was accidental, and the latest, for which I have purchased the rights to. However, one of the individuals who made a claim in March, ***** *******, issued a formal retraction. The retraction number is ****************, which was submitted to **** in May 2025. Despite this, **** has not honored the retraction or reinstated my account. They reached to **** twice to reinstate the content, and I have followed up numerous ******** is now June 27, 2025; over three months since the retraction was filed. I have followed every step of ****'s appeals and retraction process in good faith. ***** ******* himself confirmed that the retraction was successfully submitted, yet Meta has failed to act. On May 11, 2025, my Facebook account (username: damianling) was permanently banned without warning or explanation beyond a vague reference to CSE contentan extremely serious and false accusation. Ive used Facebook for nearly 18 years, mostly sharing family updates, school and sporting events, and volunteer activities involving my children (ages 9 and 14). I have never knowingly posted, shared, or commented on anything that would violate Facebooks community ************ specific content was flagged, and my appeals received only automated responses. I attempted to download my data using ****s tools, but the file excluded my actual posts, photos, messages, and other contentdenying me access to my own personal data.I am now locked out of linked **** services, including Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp, despite having no issues on those platforms. This has affected my ability to communicate with community groups, schools, and my family, including my children.Thousands of other users globally have reported similar false bans in recent weeks. I am submitting this complaint regarding the wrongful disabling of my Instagram and Facebook accounts by **************************** Instagram handle is @2_Preztigiouz.On June 14, 2025, I submitted an in-app appeal after receiving notice that both accounts were suspended for allegedly violating community standards. However, I was not provided specific details about the alleged violation.I received a confirmation that reviews typically take just over a day, yet no update has been provided despite it now being over two weeks.I also sent multiple emails to ********************* and attempted through Facebooks help portals and none received any response.The only recourse offered is automated: I cannot talk to a real person or escalate the issue meaningfully.I believe this practice is deceptive and misleading because Metas support systems give the impression of transparency and accountability via appeal forms and help pages, but in reality, no human support is provided and no justification for suspensions is offered. Since early 2024, Meta (Instagram) has wrongfully suspended three separate accounts I created: @********* (suspended around February 2024), @kunai4k (suspended around mid-2024), and @kunai_hd, which was suspended just two weeks ago in June 2025. All three accounts were registered using the same email address: ******************** each case, I followed Instagrams official appeal process through the ************ However, I received only automated responses, vague denials, and no specific explanation or human review. I was never informed of any policy violations or given the opportunity to correct any alleged issue.This repeated pattern has caused ongoing stress and made it impossible for me to maintain a consistent online presence. I believe Meta is applying enforcement unfairly and without transparency, and I am not the only user affected by this kind of treatment.I am requesting that all three accounts be reviewed by a human representative and either reinstated or accompanied by a clear, written explanation for the suspensions. My Facebook account (******************************************************) has been wrongfully disabled and then reinstated multiple times over the past several weeks. Every time I appeal, Meta restores the account, but shortly after, it gets disabled again with no explanation and no new violations.This has now happened repeatedly, disrupting both my personal and business activities. I believe this is due to an error in Metas AI-driven automated review system that keeps falsely flagging my account.Despite contacting Meta Support several times, Ive only received generic, scripted replies. No one has provided a case ID, permanent resolution, or true human review of my account. I was banned from marketplace for no reason close to a year ago. I had a bunch of fake 1 star reviews because a lot of buyers didn't like that I wouldn't be low balled or negotiate prices with them. When someone reviews someone, the system should only let someone be reviewed, IF they made a purchase, otherwise, reputations can get damaged like mine was off of people who never bought anything from me. I have made several purchases and sales through marketplace and have done nothing to deserve a ban.All of the listings that I had up should be reactivated and my account should be reinstated and back to normal as if nothing ever happened in the first place.
