      Poor to impossible customer service, no ability to resolve issues, lack of caring by a representative when you can get in touch with them, also they hold your cash money once you sell your stocks and try to close your account, this costs you money from loss of potential investments return, and they get free use of your cash interest free! They don't charge you fees to transfer money to your Robinhood account, but chare you 1.75% to send it back to your bank.Being fair they have perks, the app is user friendly, easy to learn, if it weren't for being locked out of my account from my laptop and being unable to resolve the issue, and forced to just use my phone, I might have kept the account, but then the other things I mentioned I would say USE ******* ******!

      I opened an account here for my jobs I have in online marketing, website optimization, helping merchants sell products, with 4 companies. I was told before I setup my account that I could use the crypto account for doing this. I get paid in crypto, not USD. I have had nothing but problems here now after making several sends and deposits to my crypto account. They have restricted my account to where I cannot use any of the funds I have in here. Can't cash out my funds to make a profit. So far I have lost close to ***** because of these restricts.They want me to verify my bank account again with a bank statement and debit card now, and I did when signing up. I also verified debit card when I made a deposit here.Now they keep sending me emails, to click on the warning link after login to upload my documents, doesn't work or do anything. This has been going on for almost 3 weeks

      They will not allow me to delete my account. They will not allow me to withdraw from my account. Their customer service literally said "I am not going to help you and doubt any other agents will care why". Bad bad company pretending to help people

      I changed my phone number and email. When I have tried to get into my account, I am blocked. I have been told to take a picture of the front of my ID and the back as well as a selfie. I have done this several times only to be sent the same automated reply to do it again which I do but still cannot get into my account. It has been 2 or 3 months of doing this. I am tired of doing this same thing repeatedly with no results.

      Im livid with Robinhood. Back in May 8th 2024 I bought a motorcycle carrier and magnets from Harbor Freight for a total of ******. That same day I returned the motorcycle carrier for a total return of ******. The return never went back into my account. I filed a dispute with Robinhood. I gave them copies of the receipts showing that the refund was processed by the merchant and they denied my dispute. This Company stole ****** from me whats to keep them from stealing your thousands. This entire dispute process was an absolute mess as well. Its all done through an email system that is so impersonal that any issue that is beyond straight forward is impossible to explain to a real person. I want my freaking money back.

      Ive used the Robinhood app for 8 years. It was a great service. However now they lock users ability to buy crypto. There are many people affected but not all. It seems unfair as this is not uniform for all users. *** reached out to support many times. ************** can take up to a week. The response is always the same, basically they arent going to look into it and the decision is final. They refer to the user agreement. Ive looked at that agreement many times and there is nothing against buying and selling / sending receiving crypto in a normal fashion.They have received a ***** Notice from the SEC. Im not at all satisfied with the decline of this company and I would encourage investors to look elsewhere.

      You can't deactivate a Robinhood account without bringing your balance to 0, you can't bring your balance to 0 and there is no way contacting the help center.********************************************************************************************************************
