Robinhood's customer service is a joke. They have no phone number to call for investors of thousands of dollars. If a trade is bad and they don't execute as ordered, Robinhood will always blame the stock market and not their platform. They decide how many shares get sold/bought, they do not buy/sell according to the order placed by a trader. They also refuse to call when a customer is mad and requests a phone call. They close out "chat" boxes before the chat is completed by the customer, THEY decide when they'll be done working on your problem. They also do not execute wire transfers according to their timeline posted on the website. They do not give proper instructions for how to correctly initiate a wire transfer. They do not specify how it must be done, then once you do it they do not e-mail you to let you know if a mistake (that they didn't disclose) has been made. You are expected to be psychic on Robinhood as a customer. They withhold your ******************'t execute trades as ordered, and have a minimal customer service system where you could wait hours or days for a response.... IF they choose to give you one. People can have hundreds of thousands of dollars on the line, and Robinhood has no one to call if something goes wrong. That is just too risky for a trader and investor.

They should be simply put out of business for malpractices. Robinhood tried for 8 months to keep my money ($63k ) by locking my account and allowing fraudulent transactions from my line led bank account. I had to do a lot of research to find a recovery firm named chainabuse who helped me recover my account and funds. Process took 2 weeks with proper documentation presented by me to aid investigation. Glad I got my money back and got out of this company for good. Never again ! Chainabuse @ duck c o m is where I reached for help . Surely did a recommendable recovery job for me .

Fraudulent Activity On June 4th was notified via email that my stock transfers were scheduled to cash out.I did not authorize this yet I reviewed a policy that if there no transactions, robinhood had authority to transfer stocks to cash acct. So wasn't alarmed until On June 6th the $ went into an unauthorized acct. I chatted online at 230am and spoke to someone at 830am on the 7th. Was told this would be reviewed after submitting info. I submitted (3 different times) I spoke to 3 different people none that could help. The last rep was from the fraud **** and stated someone would call back. Never did. Never explained to me why they would not refund my $1400.00 just told be Robinhood would not refund it. I am furious!!!! HORRIBLE customer service!! THIS COMPANY IS THE ***** & IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!!Date of experience: June 04, 2024

I found it easy to set up my Robinhood account and invest some money there. Now I want to withdraw that money, and what do you know? The website is designed to avoid providing information about how to go about that and make one run around in circles. The seem to have no live help, and help articles often describe a procedure that doesn't square with what one actually sees on the screen. Supposedly my checking account was not "linked" with Robinhood, so I went through the process to link it, only to be told that it is already linked. I still can wrest any of my money away from this awful company.

worst customer service ever. They take your money and hold it at will. They do not release funds after full verification. Something is up with this company. I dont think anybody actually knows who is in charge.

Their customer service or lack of is nonexistent. Absolutely horrible. I complied with all of their wishes and requests of documents and they are still hoarding MY money. Or should I say an interest free loan that I guess theyve decided. What a disappointment because I did hear some things about their customer service before joining and have been let down!

Because of that I had to wait an additional 3 weeks to receive my benefits. I was asked to leave my home because I haven't been able to make a payment. No warning, no heads up. Mistreating a disabled veteran, customer service sent me to h*** And they have on real live agents. Just robots. **** military veteran. I hate you and your scamming Canadian Ponzi scheme
