Robinhood continues to charge my account day after day after a day. Incurring expenses on my banking account, I've tried to reach out to them to numerous occasions and to unavail, there's no way to talk to a human being or send an email. And I don't like dealing with companies that deal with my money who don't want to talk to me

My experience with Robinhood has been nothing short of a nightmare due to their handling of unauthorized transactions on my account. This ordeal has not only led to a significant financial loss but has also opened my eyes to the serious flaws in their customer support and security measures. On March 27, 2024, I spotted some suspicious activity on my account and immediately contacted Robinhood to report it. Despite providing all the necessary information right away, their response was disappointingly slow and inadequate. The unauthorized transactions continued even after my report, which tells you a lot about their urgency and security protocols. To make matters worse, Robinhood incorrectly recorded my initial report date as March 28, 2024, instead of March 27. This error in the timeline was crucial because it misrepresented the sequence of events and suggested a delayed response to my complaint. I made multiple attempts to correct this and provided ample evidence, including emails and transaction records, but the issue was largely overlooked. The actions Robinhood did take, like placing temporary restrictions on my account, were too little, too late. They did nothing to stop the financial bleed early on when it most mattered. After numerous follow-**** the solutions they offered didnt come close to fixing the heart of the issue or compensating for my losses, which amounted to over $8,300.Throughout this process, I felt a ***** lack of accountability from Robinhood. They seemed more focused on general responses than actually addressing the specific failures in their system that led to my financial loss. The whole experience has left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a customer.Due to the severe mishandling of my situation and the significant financial impact it has had, I am actively exploring all possible actions to recover my funds, including potential legal steps. DONT TRUST THEM

Please not partner with this institution ever. They have paused my funds and I am unable to pay rent. I live in an Airbnb until I can find a real apartment and so I do not have tenant rights. They tell me my funds are available May 3rd but I am getting kicked out May 2nd. They have refused to return the *** to my other account where I can link the information and pay that way and I won't have to move out within ***************************************************************** the worst mental head space and I am not sure if I will be able to make it until tomorrow. I am now on the wait list for section 8 housing and that can take months... all because Robinhood didn't want to reverse the transaction and actually help. Thank you for making me homeless.

This company has not resolve my issue. I request to close my account as it is restricted. I sent my drivers license, social security card, marriage certificate. I never change my name to the hyphenated name on my social as it only has my maiden name. My drivers license reflect both and so do the marriage certificate for maiden and who I married last name. Ive been trying to close this account for over 2 years now. They will not close this restricted account. I want it close. Not sure whats the issue but I want no part of this company. This is ridiculous and stressful.

This is nothing short of attempted theft. They have suddenly restricted my account and give no reasons. That is because they do not have any valid reason; I have done absolutely nothing wrong. Their app/site says you can send an unlimited amount into Robinhood. Yet you can only withdraw up to $1000/per day. Very glad I did not invest more with Robinhood because good luck transferring out!!! You can't. They won't let you. I already determined they were suspicious and wanted to get my crypto investments OUT, but on my final attempt, I am unable to get my remaining and last less than 1K out. Surprise, surprise. Really no surprise there- in reading through all the other terrible complaints and reviews. This is nothing short of criminals disguised as a business. Ill-intent for sure, harm to customers, and their "support" is just drawn-out generic chat bots who never help your specific situation. I WILL get the remainder of my funds out- and I refuse to be scammed by this illegal activity. Save yourself the grief and headache- DO NOT engage in business with these crooks. This is NOT how a business is run. The SEC for sure needs to get on them. A Class Action Lawsuit would be a good idea. Robinhood simply ignores, stalls, and steals. If I do not get proper justice (my funds returned to me in a timely manner) they will be hearing from my lawyer. This is APPALLING behavior- and they will inevitably not have a bright future stealing from their customers. Word always gets out. DO THE RIGHT THING Robinhood and actually assist and resolve customers' issues which YOU caused in the first place. I have done absolutely nothing wrong for my account to be suddenly restricted. You have no right to hold or try to keep peoples' hard-earned funds. Shame on you all. Asking for some bad karma for sure, I wouldn't wish that upon anyone.... you are certainly racking up a very bad karma upon yourselves. It is despicable. Turn it around- and do the right thing like you would wish for your own.

Similar to many other peoples experiences, getting in touch with support to close my account has been a nightmare. I had to close my account due to a new work position and it has taken over two weeks for me to sell my stocks, transfer the earnings and to go through deactivation. They also dont mention that once you deactivate, you cant chat with support. You have to go through lots of hoops to even get an account closure letter with your account numbers in them. Three call backs later and its still not resolved. Steer clear.

I would leave no stars if possible. I was unsure of the process for Robinhood and when I entered my email I cannot delete the attempted account set up. I just wanted information. I called the # in their website under contact us. but it is a recording only and hangs up on you. In order to speak with anyone you have to provide your ss#. To me this sounds wrong.

Terrible customer service. It's almost impossible to talk to a human. When I did I could barely understand him and he said he cannot do anything on the phone and would send me an email. He then hung up on me.
