      I can't get my $!!!! This company is a complete sham. They claim my $ was transferred, my bank has no record whatsoever of the transaction. I've tried calling their phone number, the recording says use the online site and disconnects you. They do not respond to my requests for information through their site.

      I have been trying to close my husbands account for 3 months and all I get are automated replies. I have emailed countless times and have not gotten anywhere. I have threatened my lawyer and that didn't work. The fact that there is no way to talk to an actual person is ridiculous. I have to settle my husbands estate and they are holding my up. Terrible customer service and very frustrating.

      Ive been with Robinhood for 3 years. They locked my account and are preventing me from accessing my funds. I didnt do anything wrong. Ive reached out to customer service 10 times. And they keep dismissing me. Id like to file criminal charges.

      They STOLE my money and deactivated my account. They were supposed to send a check. 3 to 5 weeks its been 12 weeks. Its theft. I disputed an $1800 ******* charge that was not me. They said it was suspicious and closed my account. ********************** said wait one day and contact us if you do not receive the check. The next day came and they deactivated the account so NO WAY TO SPEAK TO THEM.

      Everything everyone has posted here below has happened to me!! DO NOT ENGAGE YOUR $ with these ppl! Has has my money as hostage for almost 2 months. We are speaking to an attorney now. Terrible what they are doing!!!

      Truly awful. They will hold your money hostage. I cannot believe what a terrible experience I have had with this company. I will be reporting them to the Consumer Financial *****************. Their business practices are certainly unethical and probably illegal.

      User-friendly and convenient became a nightmare due to RH being hacker-friendly. I've never shared my password or log-in info and use 15+ other financial services on the same phone -some for 10+ years- and none have ever been compromised. So why Robinhood? Inside job? Someone with partial access (***** IP address; I live in NY) keeps requesting a password change, unable to get past 2 factor authentication. YET this forces me to change my Password a 5th time 1 year. No phone lines & poor customee service magnifies my fears that one day my money will be gone IF I don't transfer my money to a safer financial institution after I CANCEL! The problem I have is the market is so down I stand to lose a lot of money leaving now. I would have to sell several stocks at a huge loss just to move forward with that plan. So I'm stuck in a life lose situation though I have decided I no longer want to invest using their platform.

      DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH ROBINHOOD!! Someone on the inside returned my IM request for a call they committed to fix the error and in turn they sold ALL my stocks cleared out my accounts and transferred it out via Bitcoin. Please report them to SEC lets close these thieves down!

      Robinhood should be shut down and investigated by the federal government. I am going to the *** to make a report on them. I have waited for 8 months for a **** for 2022 and 23. You wait on hours and hold you still get no response. Say email you, they'll get into it, you'll never hear back. They are the most corrupt investment company I've ever dealt with. Stay away from them
