      Transfering into ******************* takes forever. And EVERYTIME I have done it they double withdrew and overdrafted my bank account. Also withdrawing money is impossible. Avoid this company at all costs.

      The application is not good when you can not remember the email and things that you sighed up with. Then they make a fake account for the person to log into bc I know they're was money in my account.

      Utterly Disappointed with Robinhood **************** After Account Hack On January 9th, I discovered that my Robinhood account had been compromised. In a state of urgency, I contacted Robinhood's customer support to report the hack and to halt all unauthorized transactions. The hacker had executed considerable sales of my shares and had transferred my funds to their account, in addition to withdrawing large sums from my savings account.Initially, the customer service representative assured me that they would address the unauthorized transactions and that my funds would be restored. Regrettably, this assurance was short-lived. On January 16th, I received an email from Robinhood stating their inability to reverse the unauthorized transactions.To my dismay, despite several attempts to reach out to their support team for a resolution, my efforts were met with an unyielding silence. The lack of response and assistance from Robinhood was not only frustrating but also in ***** contrast to their initial promise of support.It's incredibly disheartening to not only face financial loss due to a security breach but also to encounter a subsequent lack of accountability and proper customer service from **********************. The assurance of protection and support in situations of account compromise is fundamental, and it's apparent that Robinhood has failed to uphold their responsibility in this aspect.I am left with a profound sense of frustration and injustice, as Robinhood has denied responsibility for the incident. This experience has severely tarnished my trust in Robinhood and has led me to question the integrity of their operations.I write this review not only as a warning to others about the potential risks of using Robinhood but also as a call to the company to drastically improve their customer service and security measures.Case ID: ********

      Would never recommend this company to anyone. Impossible to transfer funds out, but **** continue to transfer funds in using expired debit card no problem. When told I needed to update debit card for instant transfers out of Robinhood, weeks went by and I waited on hold some times up to 5 hours each time. You can use their chat support but will wait 6+ hours only to have someone finally respond in the middle of the night and say you are not responding, please try again later when you have time. It became impossible for anyone to link my debit card and/or my bank account for some reason and had multiple reps escalate it to their back office to be told no one could identify any issues. Received emails daily asking for more information to verify accounts and each time I call back the clock starts over and will be another ***** hours. Tonight I had a rep by the name of ****** who told me 3-5 business days when I was told 2 days ago 24 hours and yesterday 48 hours. Every time I speak to someone they say, I cant speak for the other reps but this is what it is. ****** was a total B - said I called in enough and she had other customers to help. Said I could withdraw the cash but wouldnt tell me how. Then ended the chat before I could respond. Totally unprofessional. Waited on hold for 5+ hours on several occasions (sounds like this is normal based on other reviews), and then when I finally get someone on the line they tell me they are putting me on a brief hold and I was mysteriously disconnected, or they need to transfer me, and then the call quality is so bad the rep keeps saying I cant hear you, call back when you have service but seemed to have perfect service before being transferred but the rep hung up anyway - and back to the 5+ hour hold time I go. Empty promises of call backs by every rep I spoke to.

      They denied me account access And refused to work with me to restore access. They sent me multiple emails with links which could not be opened. I have been arguing with them for a month now with no actions taken by them

      This company should be out of business. If I could give them 0 stars I would. No one can give you any information about what is going on with your account if there was some fraudulent activity. You get transferred a million times for the last person to tell you NOTHING. They don't know what's going on but "rest assured SOMEONE will call you" not sure who or when but rest assured! I have been dealing with the same issue for 4 months and still no resolution because no one has any answers.

      Ive been trying to delete this app for over a year they gave me a free stock that is restricted and I cant deactivate my account because of it. I also like to make a note that robinhood is the reason my main email is on the dark web. *** spent 3 hrs trying to contact them and Im holding my phone and said I missed a call from them. I just want to leave robinhood and cant. I hate it here

      I keep receiving physical mail from this business addressed to a recipient who does not reside at my residence. I have sent mail back numerous times, but it keeps coming. Their website offers no mechanism for non-customers to contact them. If you want to email or chat them you need an account - I do not want to create an account. If you call the number on the website the automated message refers you back to their website.

      I have experienced terrible customer service as reported by many other people. I initially deposited funds early November of this year. I realized I needed the money for other expenses, so I requested my funds to be transferred to my debit card. After repeated attempts (all failed), I was finally informed that the debit card transfer is not working and they would correct it soon! Then I decided to transfer to my checking account which also proved to be a disaster. Every time I sent my bank statement (either in a PDF or picture format), I received various errors, name on the bank statement is not the same as my name on the Robinhood account (it is the same), statement is not from a bank (which it is), bank account number is not viewable. I have given up sending them anything at this point. I have resigned myself to thinking my original investment will never be recovered, I would have been better off playing the lottery or going to a casino! Totally frustrated with my experience with this company!

      I joined the platform to trade options, specifically Iron Condor option strategies. My first trade near the expiration time, while the stock was perfectly positioned in price, their risk algorhythm decided two legs of the trade were at risk and closed them. This broke the strategy and actually put me in more risk. The explanation I was given was non-sensical as they were saying the option could have exercised and I'd owe half a million dollars when that isn't how that trading strategy works. There is a limited risk if it's left whole and not closed by the company. I should have believed the internet when everyone said not to use the platform but I was bullheaded. DO NOT USE ROBINHOOD FOR ANYTHING. Let them go out of business for their shady and probably illegal practices.
