      I'm disabled on a fix income, I've been with Robinhood a couple of years doing occasional small investments. Lately I was encourage to invest in crypto to earn a little more money. This is new to me so I'm in the learning stages. I purchased a little ETH and wanted to transfer it to a different wallet, in that process I probably erred and was blocked by Robinhood for suspected suspicious activity. My account has been restricted for over a week expecting a call from Robinhood which I never got. I'm unable to communicate or perform any activity until I received that call. This is very poor business practice and customer service. From the reviews I'm seeing a lot of people have experience similar situations. What are my alternatives? I am thinking of filing complaints to the AG and may consult an Attorney for more advice.

      Robinhood closed my account and kept my 1600 & has not reached out to me at all its had been over 5 months

      I wish I could give them ZERO STARS. Dont buy crypto from them, they will take your money but as soon as you try to send the crypto elsewhere or sell it they will restrict your account saying there suspicious activity. It have been WEEKS that my account has been restricted and they dont have a telephone number you can call. When you request a callback no one will return your call. Robinhood should not be in the fintech industry. They are shady and not to be trusted.

      My account has been put on restriction since 12/19/2024,and Im not able to access funds/positions since then. I dont know why to this day (12/29/2024) the reason why theyre doing this, even after I provided them with Government issued ID and a copy of my of bank statement, and also beneficiary info. Robinhood just kept on claiming that theyre going to call you with a specified number..Ive researched Robinhood history online and found very unsatisfatory results and led me to believe how insensitve this platfom to their customer; very poor customer service.without realizing the unpridictable emergencies people might encounter. This a really bad business practice. I dont know why this is allowed. I demand this restriction/issue resolve promptly.

      I am new to Crypto Investing I sent money to Robinhood to purchase Bitcoin.. a few days later I moved part of that investment to *********************, trying to expand my knowledge. Robinhood immediately locked down my account for suspicious activity. I assure you I had no bad intentions. I tried the chat help line with no answer. I tried calling and sat on hold for up to 1 hour on 2 occasions. I sent them the money by debit card and also furnished a Routing # to my bank. It took apx. 1 to 2 minutes To send the money. When I finally contacted robinhood, they said they were reviewing my account. After several days of waiting I received notice they were locking down and closing my account and they would be sending me a check by mail in 2 to 3 weeks which I feel is ridicules. They received my money in seconds electronically, it should be returned the same way. ****** *.

      The customer service is the worst I have ever seen in my 53 year old life. When they say they will be with you shortly, shortly will turn into days and then weeks. I dont understand how a person can have over $1,100 in there spending account and have a deficit! Dont plan on fixing it because you are restricted until eternity! If you have crypto dont leave it in there in hopes to transfer it because if you dont have a cold wallet to put it in, it will disappear into thin air! Try to get an explanation and you will wait. You are at their mercy and they have none. Dont use this investment company! Its the worst I have ever seen!

      I have been using Robinhood actively for 2 years now & out no where they restricted my account & is It is extremely frustrating and unacceptable that Robinhood has restricted my account without providing any valid justification. Despite repeated attempts to resolve the issue, I have not received any clear explanation, nor have I been given the courtesy of a timely resolution. To make matters worse, the final date for addressing my concerns keeps being delayed without reason, and I am unable to get any response to my emails or callbacks. This apparent restriction has caused me significant ***************************** burden, especially before the holidays. This lack of communication and accountability is deeply unprofessional and reflects poorly on your platform. I insist that you address this issue immediately and provide a clear timeline for resolution.

      Robinhood support is the worst support system Ive ever used. Ive explained my account has been compromised and I need to talk to a person immediately. According to their support Im in line to talk to a representative and that was early this morning and its now 4:45PM. Ive been a Robinhood customer since 2021 and never had any issues until recently. All I want to do now is get my money out of Robinhood and close my account before the fraud person gets my money.

      I have an account . I tried to withdrawal and they restricted my account and now locked me out. I sent all my info over a month now and no reply.
