      Robinhood is the worst experience I have ever had!!!!!!!!!! I had the same experience at ***** *. They locked my account from the very beginning and contacting was h*** on earth! I sat on hold day 1 for 6 hours only to have the call drop. Day 2 I sat on hold again for 6.5 hours only to have the call drop. Day 3 the day before Thanksgiving I sat on hold for 8 hours and finally spoke with someone who verified my identity. My account was still restricted and I received a banner that said they were closing my account do to activity, which there was none because my account was restricted the entire time. I emailed requesting to know when I could get my funds back of course no response. Finally 3.5 weeks in my I check my account and $3000 is missing and in transaction details it shows refunded to my linked card, but guess what no money in my bank account and no record of the refund with my bank! I still can not get the rest of my funds and now my account is deactivated! RUN, RUN, RUN!!!!!!! This h*** scape should be shut down and those of us who have been scammed should start a class action law suit! BIGGEST SCAM OUT THERE!

      I can't get hold of them. Sent a message according to their web. Waited 1 hour, went shopping, 4 hours later they never answered. You cannot call them, there are no options. I want to close my account, but no one is home. What kind of business is this? Please BBB help me

      Their latest scam is monitoring ******** pages of other ***** companies and calling you pretending to be them. I figured it out pretty fast but they did get an account for $50 before I could freeze my debit cards. I lucky froze my debit cards and requested new ones. Will be filing with the ***. And the card transaction clearly states Robinhood Securities ************.

      These company is criminal. Holding almost $ 7K and locked my account. I can't even get my money back. Please help. No way to get support. Multiple emails with no response or callback. I summit them what they ask as ID copy, face selfie left, right and front and latest my bank account statements and after that still dismissed my restrictions without any return my call them more than 30 times with no return my phone call and keep on switching my appointment date 3-5 days everyday I call till now no answer, no call back which I can not withdraw my money to my bank and even freezes my account for no buying stocks and crypto. Trading platform can not trade and can not with draw money and do nothing to customer seem so funny. You shall let me close my account which I want my money back. They are playing with our money. We need a way to get some government involved to manage these thieves.

      Robinhood has been a complete scam for me thus far. They locked me out of my account and there is no way to contact them while they are holding thousands of my dollars. I've requested a call back on their app now at least 3 x over the past 2 weeks and when I do get a call back, it's simply an "on-hold' message. I've waited each time over 2 hours and nothing happens. Next I sent an email to support which suggested I either call a different number using the Case ID I was sent. However, when I enter the case ID, the message states that the Case ID "is not recognized". and states I should use the app to request a call back. What kind of fiduciary can deal with this much money yet have absolutely no means of contacting their security department or any human personnel ???? As of 3 weeks after trying to contact support, I've only received robotic calls or emails and I still have no ability to unlock my account.

      These people are absolute criminals and a class action lawsuit needs to be brought against them - please contact me at ***** A T **************** if you would like to possibly join a class action lawsuit against them - their behavior is inexcusable. I have been fighting with them for over a week to get my money out of there- no call, back, no ability to start a support chat. This is acceptable behavior? No way.

      They are holding onto my cash, individual account. I gave them all the information they wanted from me and they will not release over $400.00 of my money. It's been months now.

      Their customer support is unhelpful. They've mistakenly categorized my ****** purchase as a business transaction and are refusing to award any points. If you're not going to give points, just be upfront about it instead of wasting my time. I honestly dont know why Im still with them. Im even a Gold Card member and have a stock account with them. Practices like this will eventually come back to haunt themkarma always finds a way.

      ******** services is rather poor and their AI online help system is even worse. The system cxls open files without resolution. Then you are required to renter your request for help only to be cxld again and again This has been going on for over a week. I would have used a different service if I knew the poor services and lack of any real customer service. I will never recommend this firm. I only wish that I read reviews on BBB website before moving any funds to robinhood. Once I resolve access to my funds, I fully intended to follow others and leave for another firm. I have read that there is a classaction potentially starting which I look to join.
