      These people have treated my very badly. I got scammed, I lost money, and they made ME jump through hoops resubmitting all my ID info and even bank records!!! And then mere weeks after doing all this, they restricted my account again! I talked to them, and now they want me to resubmit all that info all over again. This is unconscionable, indicative of incredible ineptitude, certainly not decent 'customer' service. I think they should be investigated.

      I received a promotional email indicating that Id get a $20 bonus if I deposited $50 or more by a deadline as a Gold member. I subscribed to Gold and made the deposit within the timeframe given. The terms said I would receive my reward by a certain date but no reward came. After ********************************************************************* fact it appears my case was simply closed.I wonder if send these promos out because they are desperate for cash on hand or something.I feel cheated by ************************** Im trying to deactivate my account and I thought that would be easy but they want me to connect with customer service to do so. So much time wasted. Im going with another service with better ethical standards.

      The customer service is like being lost in the wood screaming for help. For a week I have been trying to talk to someone. The one time they replied to my e-mial they talked about updating my e-mail and was not related to my issue in any way. If you join Robinhood, you are on your own when there is an issue.

      I asked the customer no service team to help me restore my account, after I locked my account after an identity theft , after 4 hours waiting on the phone , they told me for my security I have to go through the app, but the app will NOT allow me to login . I lost most of my assets with Robinhood as a result of identity theft due to their incompetence and negligence.. and now wont even help me restore my account

      Worst customer support ever. And they have literally robbed me of $19,000. It disappeared overnight. Now it says Im negative in my account. And Ive been on with support for 2 hours because no one there knows why it happened. Not to be trusted.

      I called customer service to withdraw my money and close my account and was put on hold for 50 minutes the first ***** and then immediately put on hold for 4 hours waiting to be helped by another ***** before I finally needed to hang up ! Poor customer service!

      Title: Unresolved Crypto Transaction Issue - $30,000 at StakeI had an unfortunate experience with Robinhood concerning a $30,000 transaction that I was supposed to receive. By mistake, I sent the funds to an Ethereum Classic wallet instead of an Ethereum wallet. This was a simple error, but Robinhood has not provided a solution.Despite multiple calls and explaining the situation several times, I keep getting the same response that nothing can be done. Robinhood supports both Ethereum and Ethereum Classic, and other platforms have been able to resolve similar issues. In fact, my husband had a similar problem, and it was resolved quickly by another platform.The customer service team has been extremely unhelpful and difficult to understand. They repeat the same script without offering any real assistance or care for the situation. This is a significant amount of money, and I expected more effort in resolving this issue.I am deeply dissatisfied with how Robinhood has handled this, and I urge them to reconsider their approach and take action to resolve this matter.

      I opened accounts for my twins as their graduation gift and bought $8k for each in total 16k worth of stocks/cryptos in 2022 - and 4 weeks back my kids got emails saying all their stocks/cryptos were sold without them requesting it. Immediately they called customer service( which of course is a pain with robinhood ) and put a hold on their account to withdraw money. And later after 10days or so we withdraw money. But till date they could not tell us why and who sold kids assets. worst customer service and very bad financial service.

      I am writing this review to warn anyone considering using Robinhood: Think twice! They are a company that does not prioritize customer service or understanding.

      I recently attempted to access my account after being released from prison. My only valid form of ID is a state-issued prison ID, which Robinhood refused to accept. Despite my ability to provide specific details proving my identity and access to the email used for account creation, they insisted on a traditional state ID. This left me unable to access my own funds and potentially earn money I would have otherwise.

      Robinhood’s strict policies and unwillingness to consider alternative forms of ID demonstrate a lack of empathy and concern for customers, especially those in vulnerable situations. I feel completely disregarded as a paying customer.

      I will be switching to a more reliable and understanding platform as soon as I obtain a standard state-issued ID. I urge everyone to avoid Robinhood and choose a financial service that values its customers and their unique circumstances.

      I have been trying to deactivate from this company for a very long time. The company will not help me and they keep saying that they closed my case before it was resolved. This is the second time it happened.
      They also said they took money out of my account and I am unable to access my account to see what they are doing.
