      This place can be good. I suppose if you put in a ton of money but for the most part I would advise people to stay away from them. You will never be able to get all your money out especially if you do the stock lending. I got my account down to zero. They made me hold on and hold on and hold on for an interest payment which I kept telling them was only going to be $0.01 but they wouldn't let me go regardless. It finally came through the one ***** and I still couldn't deactivate my account cuz they wanted me to transfer my $.01 out. Which I could not do because they want to charge me $1.75 to do it. Just so that you can hang on with one ***** in your account. Desperate? I would say so. Yes they are absolutely desperate. Don't use them!Scam!!

      Robinhood credit card scammed me out of the promised rewards. They offer an incredible 3 % cash back on their **** card, but their fine print states they can deny cash back for any reason they feel like it and dont have to explain why. I made a $ ****** purchase at ****** and they denied the points without stating why. that's almost 400$ in points. They are really just scammers. They really dont want you to use the card for the cash back, its just a tool to get you to bring more assets to them. Just a bad way to do business.

      I attempted to open an account over a year ago and gave up. ******* just got bought or merged and it was taking weeks to get their deposit so I could verify the 2 difference withdrawn amounts. I never did and went with a different company. Now they are sending letters to an old address saying I have an account with them. If this is true then the company verified the rest of the process illegally. I have emailed them 2 times as of now stating my legal name doesn't even match my old name. To delete the account or stop sending letters to that address. I email replies that half read what I tell them and after asking for my name they stop responding. I tried calling every number they have and it goes to an automated machine that doesnt let you talk to a human. I done everything I can to talk to these people and they are not willing to answer simple questions or try to help.

      My phone was lost, and therefore I could not access the app. Any attempts to login to a normal computer required using the app to verify or using my phone to access my account. It has been over 6 days now and any email reply from them simply copies the same useless instructions of using the app. I cannot access my account and they are unwilling to help. Please assist or advise.

      Bounced around for over a few hours only to not be able to get my email verified. I cannot move my crypto. Customer ***** Unable to follow simple instructions of what I want. I have the question....are you close to shutting down?? I have seen others complaints about their services. If u cannot give access to my crypto, how can I get it off your stupid exchange??

      No customer service. Every help article says to go to the app or access from your account on the web. I can not access the account and there is no other option for customer service. I will now seek legal advice/representation to recover my investments and any losses while locked out. ***** this company, not worth the risk of losing due to poor customer support.

      This is the most dishonest company I ever came across. It is impossible to get my cash out. **************** lies, cheats, delays, fails to respond, and has no direct way to contact them. Just horrible.

      Someone stole my debit card number and purchased $1000 worth of something (crypto?) from Robinhood without my knowledge. I did not catch them in time to prevent the fraudulent withdrawals but I immediately filed a dispute so I hope it is being handled. But there is no way to contact Robinhood to tell them that someone stole money from me to buy their c*** and that I want my money back. I'm starting to understand why there are so many angry people making reports, and I wonder why the BBB gives them an A- rating when it deserves an F. I will be making other complaints with other agencies and legal offices if I don't get my money back real quick.

      Sold my BTC on ********** sold for $500-600 dollars cheaper then what ive sold it for so i didnt barley make anything. Not only do they make you pay the buying fee but also the selling *********** scam you why you try to sell it to make money

      Robinhood Securities is to be avoided!! I received a letter from them that I had unclaimed property with them and that I had to contact them by a certain date or the property would be turned over to the custody of the State of Alabama. I contacted them and received emails that I could not receive the property because I could still invest with them?? I cannot invest with them because I am unable to access my account, and they say my account has yet to be approved. This has been the case for over a year!!
