      ******** transactions isn't working. The representative told me that it has been escalated to the engineering team. They told me they couldn't issue me a credit, for me having to wait for the issue to be fixed.

      I could go on for hours but instead Ill do my best to summarize the issue. Intuit has acknowledged that we are due a refund and has promised month after month to make it happen. Some of the erroneous credit card charges have been refunded and an apology given with an assurance that Intuit will stop charging the credit card every month. This has been ongoing for well over 8 months. Last month on the 26th they once again fraudulently charged the credit card. This was on 3-26-25 we, once again, called them and asked for a refund, however this time none was issued. We were told to expect a callback within 24 hours which never happened. Today, once again, 4-26-25 the company credit card was fraudulently charged. Intuit knows full well this is fraudulent and there are extensive notes under our account indicating that this is absolute fact. The most recent case number is ***********. Our account number is under the name ***************************. Not sure if these complaints are made public but I can tell you without hesitation not to ever give out your credit card to these thieves.

      I have used turbo tax Intuit for my 2024 tax return and they keep trying to charge me twice for there service fee. I have asked them numerous times in emails and phone calls to stay out of my personal bank account but they wont causing me insufficient funding fees

      I was charged $137.51 for Trubo Tax Live for live help from a tax advisor to help file my 2024 taxes after my e-file submission was rejected for missing a 1095A. I was unsure about how to properly file that since I never paid for health insurance (I was on my parents), when i spoke to the agent they advised me that I didnt need the form and to try to file without it and that if the app didnt let me to file by mail. I was skeptical about this and ended up hiring an outside tax consultant who advised me that the advise the Turbo Tax was very incorrect. She said I did need to include some information and allocate it somehow to show that I had insurance but didnt pay myself. I contacted turbo tax and advised them that their tax advisor lied to me and gave me false advise and that I wanted a refund or partial refund because I never filed and I wasnt even given tax advise. I would under stand if I was charged for tax advise if the lady had actually given me advise and helped me file. They refused saying the live help is not refundable. Turbo tax is obviously not hiring/training adequate tax advisors to provide the tax help they are promising consumers. And when those consumers are forced to look for help elsewhere turbo tax gets to keep whatever theyve taken seeming without remorse. The resolutions agent I spoke with was not apologetic and did not reassure me the issue was being resolved internally. He just said too bad that is our policy and those are the terms you agreed to by paying.

      On 4/9 I for the first time filed taxes on my own, usually we have them prepared. We own a LLC that we have not generated any income. I believed I needed to file taxes to be compliant. I paid for live agent help because *** never done business tax before and to explain my situation. The expert help told me I was late filing and needed to file asap and needed to file for an extension as well both NY and federal. I quickly finished then filed. It cost me $497 to file a return that had no income. I later spoke to my husband, he looked up online that we dont need to file for LLC if no generated income. I called back 4/11 and spoke ***** a cpa, said we are right that we should have been advised we didnt need to file. I requested for a manager call back. No call ever received. I requested for a refunded. I received an email that my request my denied. I feel my refund is necessary as I was coaxed into the urgency of filing since it was late and I also was given incorrect paid for advice. I feel scammed and taken advantage of.

      I filed my 2023 federal tax return using TurboTax on October 15, 2024. I paid all TurboTax fees upfront and did not select the option to have the fees deducted from my refund.The *** confirmed to me that they issued a refund of approximately $2,783 on October 25, 2024, and deposited it with ********************************************************'s financial partner. However, I never received these funds, and the *** has confirmed that the issue lies with TurboTax or its partners.I have contacted TurboTax, Intuit, and Cross River Bank multiple times since December 2024, including again on April 15, 2025, and have not received any resolution or even a clear explanation of where my money is. All parties keep redirecting me, and no one has taken *****************'s been over 6 months since the *** issued my refund, and I still have not received my money. I am requesting that Intuit/TurboTax immediately investigate and release my federal refund or explain why it has been withheld.

      Everything about Intuit is predatory. They seek to take advantage of customers wherever they can. I pay for ******************** Self-Employed + TurboTax, so I am supposed to be able to file my federal return at no extra charge through TurboTax because I already paid a subscription fee for it. I just spent 2 hours with customer support. Specifically, ******* W, ****** M, Alricka D, and ***** *. None of whom even remotely understood my problem and did nothing to help. The level of dissatisfaction I have with your support team is incredibly high. Your software is flawed or set up to be specifically predatory because you opt people into levels of your software they don't want or need automatically. I should not have to pay for my federal return because I already pay for the QuickBooks + Self-employed subscription. Yet when I export my tax info over to TurboTax tax it automatically opts me into a level of assisted sole proprietor that I did not select or opt into myself. My guess is to scam people into paying extra at the end of their tax prep because they are over it and just want to be done. They are now charging me $328 to file my taxes, even though I communicated at length that I did not sign up for this level of service. Here's the best part: the same thing happened last year, and after days and days of going back and forth between QuickBooks support and TurboTax support, they finally waived the fees because they say it was a software glitch. This year, they did nothing to help. The level of incompetence on their customer service team is astounding.

      I have filed my Income taxes with Turbotax the last 10 yrs and the last 2 yrs of me fighting a DHS case to get my children back Turbotax/Intuits Bank has been holding my Refund and telling me they don't have it.       I am rejecting this response because: I have received and attached multiple proofs of my refund being sent by TurboTax, at this time TurboTax has made my TurboTax Intuit Account inaccessible to provide more proof of my Refund being sent. I have done business with TurboTax for 10 yrs and have not had an issue until my children's DHS case went public over the last 2 yrs. I have had issues with their banks giving me my money/refund.       I have been overcharged for a tax preparation service that I would like to be refunded. I have the documents that says in their user agreement that the processing fee is $0.00 and a receipt that says I should have been charged $143. However I was charged $183.       I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution has failed to mention the thoroughly poor treatment they inflicted upon me. They missed the appointment we scheduled by 45 minutes and the next representative that actually called two days later was so confrontational that we had a yelling match at the end of which ended with me having to prove the validity of the screenshot I provided on this case. After proving that yes indeed my service agreement states I should not have been charged, only then did the representative change her tone and started to be civil but did not apologize for the horrendous treatment she and her associates gave me. Up until then she was talking to me like I was feeble minded and treating me like I was trying to act "like a *****" and trying to get an undeserved refund. I have just been trying to get my own money back. And now I have to wait 4-8 weeks to get a paper check in the mail. I should not have even had to go through all this to get my own money. I should have been able to get it back on the first refund request I submitted though their online forms. They need to change their process and treatment of their long time customers. This is not how to do business with anyone. This is not how to treat any human being.

      I filed my taxes with Turbotax and was shocked by how much they said I owed. Regardless, I paid it. I received a letter two days ago from the *** with a check - for a substantial sum. They miscalculated the amount that was due by a five digit error! According to their website, they offer a guarantee, but I have never, ever encountered such a dumpster fire of a website before from a customer service perspective. There is NO WAY you can get ahold of ANYONE to file this guarantee. There is no email, no online form, just a shameful lack of customer service. I would l like a full refund of my tax preparation fees - as I am due - and an explanation as to why it is impossible to contact them. I have documentation from the *** to prove their math was wrong. I have also had the delight of sitting on hold with intuit for over two hours - and then they disconnected - so that's not happening again. As per my previous crystal clear three communications, there is NO MEANS of contacting your team regarding this issue whatsoever. The fact that you don't have email - in 2025- is ubsurd. I have asked you for an online contact form, and that has not been supplied either. Clearly you are on a mission to make contacting your "customer service" department (which at this point we don't know if they actually exist) impossible for customers. I have disputed this with my credit card but this is helpful to show how many times I tried to reach out with the simplest of questions and your persistent refusal to assist with such a simple request.
