  Cash app suspended my card after I received a transaction from a friend who wanted to help me pay one of my bills when I was in a bind at the time.I send all the documents of my identity that cash app requested and they still refuse to give me access to my own money on my cash app card because all because I have a shelter address that's on my license, they wanna discriminate against me because I was homeless at the time.

  Unfortunately same as others on here. I reported a purchase that I never received the product. I filed the complaint on the phone with an agent who fraudulently put down answers I did not give. Then I filed it on their app and was denied in *********************************************** less than a day? I requested to speak to a manager, apparently there is none. They give excuses and lies and automated emails and nothing more.

  Zero stars . This will be my second review on BBB about this company . They have denied my dispute for the 3rd time without explanation. It states based on the information available to us, our investigation has led us to determine that the merchant fulfilled their obligations for the goods/services associated with this transaction. I never got a response from the merchant regarding shipping or tracking . The item was never shipped which i have proof of . And the only way to dispute it is through cashapp since the merchant isnt responding . Now they keep disputing it without an explanation. Nobody can tell me what information they are looking at to determine otherwise when I have clear evidence my order hasnt even been thought about since the money was received . Im so over it , I dont even wanna use or trust cashapp anymore . This is ridiculous. Ive sent in 5 disputes about the same thing and everytime it gets denied without explanation.

  I sent Cash to a Cash tag thats no longer in use and the Cash tag recipient and I both tried to retrieve my money. I filed a complaint and was told the said recipient has to call customer service and regain access to the cash tag but every time he called after hours on the phone was told they cant help him due to security reasons. What security reasons? I sent money to a cash tag that is no longer in use and I would like my money back! The recipient and I have been trying to get my money back since April 2025 . I still havent received it. Its over 1 hundred $.

  Stole my $ and trying to cover it up by removing from my history timeline but proof of payments made and received are on my statements. Be ware of your transactions. My statements don't lie but a human can.

  I was frauded by a so called company called Versatile through a link supposedly created through POSHMARK to receive funds for my items. They wanted me to verify my account before I could receive the money, I decided to use CASHAPP not my bank account ( thank GOD) and instead of putting a hold on it tjeu took $426 including a $8.37 international fee! I blocked the company, filed a dispute with both Poshmark and CashApp, Cashapp notified me that after there so called investigation that it was no error in the transaction, but says for $8.37 yet $426 was taken! Once they closed the case they unblocked the buisness which allowed them under another to take more money from me, a much smaller amount $21.25 which had $.084 international fee but still I did not make a purchase. Bottom line they did absolutely nothing to protect me or my funds so I am done with CashApp and as for the international thieves like the lady above me said "Vengeance is the Lord's....he will repay

  Cash app lied about putting my refund back into my account Call the *************** number and talk with someone in customer service he is going to tell me to look at my statement and it will be on their well, what a big surprise it was not on their now I have to wait for someone to call me back. What a big rip-off I never see that money again and no will ever call me back it has been about 3 weeks

  I asked for a refund for goods that were not as advertised. I paid $499 for a peptide that made me so sick I nearly went to the *** My refund was denied. The denial email told me to reach out to support for the reason, which I did. Support directed me to reply to the email, which bounced. Then support escalated the matter and I received an email stating there had been no dispute filed. I replied with a screenshot of the first email. The next morning I work up to another email stating they were closing my case because it had been over 3 days without hearing from me. These people are absolute liars and do not care that you have proof that they are lying. I want my money back!

  Worst customer service scam operation be careful when you borrow money from cash app loan program my limit was $200 where I can borrow I paid $195 still say I owe $110 that was May 6th of 2025 then when I looked at my app all of a sudden my limit was $300 to make it look good on them kept emailing them to find out what was going on never got a response look at my transactions on cash app sorry the only credit me $85 worth of payments that's where the discrepancy came in try to get it corrected finally after 10 days I got an email from them saying they could not raise the limit I could borrow which had nothing to do with my complaint this is May 13th still haven't heard nothing supposed to make payments this Friday May 16th on $$110 they say I own them I'm going to bank tomorrow to see if I can stop cash up from going in my account cuz I plan not to pay them a complete fraud I'm reporting them to the better Business bureau
