      Cash app is a Fraud !! They tried telling me that my cash app account was overdrawn yet no transaction showed in the app when you call them on the phone all they tell you is it will be referred to a specialist and you'll receive an email the email still does not say how I was overdrawn it's nothing but fraud

      If I could give them a negative zero, I would. They are crooked thieves. A friend of mine was scammed by someone and she was told to send $2500.00 to a trusted source and that happened to be me. When I saw it, I had no idea what was going on. She called me and asked me to send it back to her. A few moments later, another amount came in for $2299.00, she asked me to send it back. Later that day, the scammers called me to get additional information and I disconnected the call and blocked them. All of this happened on September 10th. Now, today, September 21st, I get a message from CashApp saying that she filed a dispute with her bank (which she told me that she did) and they are taking the money from my account. I tried for over two hours to get this resolved with them and they are saying that their policy is to take it from me. The money that my fried sent to me NEVER entered my bank account at all and now I am the innocent bystander in this situation, I get screwed. I would advise no one to use them. Once this has been resolved, I will never use them again and I am uninstalling their app. They are some crooked folks who have no concept on how to treat a customer.

      I have been trying to dispute any and all Amazon charges on my cash app account and cash app wont help me. I tried to dispute a purchase that occurred on accident, my wallet on my phone accidentally made the purchase and I never received the refund from the retailer so I asked cash all to bell me and nothing. I believe they are in involved in the fraud with Amazon.

      THIS COMPANY IS A HORRIBLE REPRESENTATION OF CUSTOMER SERVICE CUSTOMER SUPPORT OR ANYTHING ELSE FOR THE CONSUMER!!! THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM DOES ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO TRY TO RESOLVE ANY OF THE SLIGHTEST ISSUES FROM THEFT AND SCAMS TO ACCIDENTAL TRANSACTIONS ETC. THEY REFUSE TO LET ME SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR AND THEN AFTER 18 MINUTES ON HOLD THEY SAID THEIR SUPERVISOR WILL REACH OUT VIA EMAIL ITS BEEN 4;DAYS AND NOTHING!! THEY DO NOTHING TO RESOLVE ANY OF THEE SLIGHTEST ISSUES!! THESE "PEOPLE" NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN FOR RACKETEERING AND EMBEZZLEMENT!!! ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING AND DISGRACEFUL DISPLAY OF MODERN DAY STRONG ARMED ROBBERY!! HORRIBLE COMPANY!!

      I have tried for 2 months to get a refund. Support tells me that they paid a cashtag that is completely different than the one I sent it to and I have the web receipt to prove it. I told them sent screenshot and Customer support response was to take it up with recipient but they have no record of it because it was paid to the wrong cashtag. What part of that do they not get? I can't even begin to understand how they can get away with giving my money to somebody I didn't send it to and not take responsibility for it. That in my book is theft.

      What a garbage company, they never resolve a single issue by phone, chat, or (the worst) by email. Two months of bs responses about it being better handled by email. Than I finally get an email back months later saying they are reactivating my account and that they cannot demonstrate that I violated their terms of service. Its been almost another two months and my account is still inactive. When I call or chat with support they tell me yes, they generated the email and they dont know why its still closed. If you cant show me that I violated your terms of service than open my account like you said you would.

      The worst customer service and communication Ive ever experienced. For two months I was able to scan my paychecks for deposit and my funds were released the next business day. Last week I scanned my paycheck and it was held. Three different chat advocates assured me that my funds would be released yesterday 9/19 at 12:10pm CST. Well no money and not a single response since Sunday. Cant get anyone on the phone or through chat. And my paycheck still isnt available. I will never use this garbage service again.

      Theyre customer service is the absolute worst! Someone got 660 dollars from my bank account, they wouldnt believe me. They told me a manager would call me back and I never got one. This app is full of fraud and should be removed from use for everyone! I asked multiple times in the app, by phone and on ******** messenger for a manager and they wouldnt do it! I closed my account once I got my bank to figure out these charges are all fraud. Cash app needs to be shutdown for good!

      CASH APP NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN!!Cash App still hasnt reactivated my account after it was closed falsely by them due to my transactions. This has been since July and no was a told a team would email me. Also I had $200 stolen from me back in March and had the claim and banking error proof and they denied it. There advocates are terrible and use the same scripts repeatedly. When you use their chat they act as if the message history is not there and want to ask the same questions regarding your issue. Then no team emails you back. They are terrible and see they have another lawsuit against them.
