      Had $99.32 removed from my checking account from someone using CASH APP . My banking establishment tried resolving the matter with them but CASH APP wouldn't talk to them because it wasn't they're account. I contacted them and they said they could not help me because I was not a member of CASH APP. I have name of person and withdrawal codes , but I have to be a member of them for their help.

      CASH APP ARE CROOKS,ROGUES,THIEVES ,LIARS!!! They lied to me about there services i use them for a payment of an item,they policy you must ***** item first the buyer must get it first in delivery.Cash App says you must use one day shipping and i used two days,the item was delivered they held my payment til then,i wrote,called and screenshot copies of delivered item and they wont return my calls or emails so theyre big huge LIARS AND CROOKS!! DONT USE THEM BEWARE!!

      They are crooked, they captured $3,000 from a scam from my account, and they said they were sending it back to my bank. They told me that for 2 weeks. Now I get a notification that my claim has been denied. It wasn't my claim, they were the ones that went and got the money back. But they never gave it back to me.

      *USER BEWARE* YOUR MONEY IS NOT SAFE! IF SOMEONE STEALS ALL OF YOUR MONEY CASH APP WILL NOT GET IT RETURNED TO YOU! CASH APP DOES NOT PROTECT YOUR MONEY AND DOES NOT CARE ABOUT YOU AS A CUSTOMER! I had three (3) fraudulent charges totaling around $500 on my cash app in ******** when I was physically in Tennessee. My card nor my phone were stolen they were on my person the entire time. Cash app returned the lesser of the three but denied the remaining two (2). I still have over $400 stolen.

      I deposited my check the 1st it took 24 hour to receive funds this time I they have yet to deposit it . Its been 4 days there is no explanation and I have no money at all. Then they will not release the check back to me . Im ****** ??

      Cash App is an incompetent company and its saddening because the model is so promising. They do not thoroughly investigate disputes. They will take the full 45 days to provide you with a generic denial that has absolutely nothing to do with the reason of the dispute and once documentation is requested, they only provide transaction date time and amount. Im convinced they do not do any investigation whatsoever. Also, I sponsored my daughters account and they returned her direct deposit stating that there was an issue with her sponsor account and that I would need to reach out. Upon reaching out I was advised that there was an issue with MY sponsor account, despite the fact that I do not have a sponsor. Ultimately they advised me to send over documentation to verify my address even though they have sent me several cards to my address before. They then locked my daughters account leaving her with no access to the funds currently there. They are taking their sweet time resolving my issue and reviewing the docs although I was told it would be resolved within hours. Not to mention, I sponsor the accounts of both of my daughters but only one has been deactivated. If there is indeed an issue with my sponsor account why are both accounts not deactivated? Why is my account still active and usable? I am also reporting to the *** and my state attorney general. You do NOT get to hold onto funds that dont belong to you without reason and without consequence.

      CASH APP **************** Reps **** do NOT care about resolving your Disputed Transactions! ****** TODAY kept placing me on HOLD probably 10+ times with LONG INTERVALS, during our total 25 minutes CALL! And she refused to let me speak with a Requested Supervisor, after NOT resolving my complaint issue! THIS WAS VERY RUDE & UNPROFESSIONAL of her behavior while representing the CASH APP COMPANY!

      First time I used this company cash app,However Ive been putting money into this account for my daughters collage after checking 2 days ago somebody hacked into my account and decided to buy bitcoin, after seen this Ive reached out to cash app and let them know about this, a dispute was summited however this morning I get an email stating my case has been denied due to me authorizing somebody for these transaction when Im clueless as to how all this c*** with bitcoin works I dont even know nothing about bitcoin but yet My case was denied, this is very upsetting because Ive been saving this money for my daughters collage and know cash app does not want to refund my money this is BS, I truly hate this app I will never recommend this app to nobody they dont help at all.Very upsetting

      I accidentally sent $100 to the wrong person. I requested the funds back from the person who received it but they refused. I flagged the transaction as a scam. Nothing. Cashapp employees refuse to help or reverse the transaction. They don't care.

      Don't use this app!!! My son and myself have been scammed and cash app is doing nothing. My son life has been threatened because multiple people said he took money from their accounts, but he didn't take or receive the money. If you have this app delete it.
