  Their customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. The chat advocate on the app went back and forth with me over several days (with hours of waiting in between) asking me to re-explain my problem I was having with the cash app debit card boosts not functioning properly multiple times. I over explained thoroughly and supplied screenshots and even asked for an email to send the screen recording of the app error (as their chat box does not support sending videos, nor does it show the text box as you are typing so you cant even preview what you are tying). All after several days the advocate did not supply an email for me to send the video to help THEM out, and closed the chat after saying they had nothing else to add to this support ticket! Unbelievable! I then messaged Cash App on FB messenger to see if they will find someone else to help me through social media. Its been another couple days and they havent even seen my FB messages. The worst waste of time ever.

  Disgusted scammers! You connect with bitcoin and make a profit with them. I was scammed and extorted and am out $500 and you give generic answers and refuse to do anything. You leave a bad taste in my mouth for this. I cant get help anywhere and you send me generic messages. You could of helped me and done something especially if you have this connected on your app. Been using cash app for years. One time I have a true emergency you brush it off. You will lose business eventually even more cause of this. Maybe time to look into policies and help rather than letting your pockets get deeper with these scammers. Youre officially scammers to since you do nothing to help. Worthless and I may be one person but I am telling everyone and showing them proof of how shady you and the scammers are and there isnt any difference. Disgusted!!!!!!

  PLEASE LISTEN TO US THAT HAVE HAD VERY BAD EXPERIENCES WITH CASH APP ITS VERY HORRIBLE I WANTED SOOOO LONG FOR MY TAX RETURN ONLY FOR THEM TO KEEP TELLING ME THEY DONT HAVE IT TURN OUT THEY HAVE IT AND SAYING NOW THEY SENT IT BACK TO THE *** WHICH I STILL HAVENT RECEIVED I ASKED TO SPEAK TO CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST AND WAS TOLD MY ACCOUNT IS FULLY VERIFIED BUT DUE TO MY SAFETY THEY CANT OVERRIDE ANYTHING TO GIVE ME MY FUNDS AMAZING NEVER AGAIN THEY REALLY DIDNT CARE SAD PART IT WAS MY BIRTHDAY

  This company is a scam. I made a purchase online the money was put on hold as pending then when the transaction went threw they charged me again & say that the original hold was released but it wasnt.

  Ive tried for months to get my $300 back but because I was purchasing a service and the vendor said they accepted bitcoin and I gave it to them. They said there is nothing they can do and its unacceptable. I was scammed!

  A friend sent money to a slightly different CashApp handle and there's no recourse to help one recover their funds. I unlinked my accounts and deleted the app.

  Do not use cash app to buy anything. As soon as u send money its gone. U wont get any help from cash app!i If you do not receive what ever item u purchased. Oh well its your loss ! Oh they will contact the person or place that took your money and ask them to refund your money. Lmao if they took your money and didnt send you anything. Do u think they will say sure Ill refund them their money? That would kind of defeat The purpose of scamming you! Also when u report it to cash app. And u tell them this person is scamming people. They dont cancel that persons cash app Account they just leave it . So others will eventually be scammed. By the same person. Thats what bothered me the most! They know this account is scamming people and they do not cancel the account.
