      I have a cashapp card that is not expired until ****. According to the app, my current card was still active. I transferred money, but when I went to use the card for a purchase, it was declined. The ************ I was given on the website was to transfer the money back to my bank account minus a service charge and also order another card. Meanwhile, according to the website, my current card is still active. Also, I contacted cashapp customer service via the website and it coming up on 4 hours and I STILL have not received a response

      Terrible customer Service. If you send money to the wrong person they are of no help whatsoever. They just tell you too bad hopefully the person will send it back to you. They do not Care about their customers!!!

      Cash app is unsafe do no let them have your bank information or credit card information I put my information in last night and this morning at 11:00 I have a $300 fraudulent charge what a p i t a i have to get new credit cards that I've had for over 2 years put it into Cash shop last night and that's all over with I've already been hacked they are well aware and don't give a c*** that your information is being sold on the black web watch out steer clear find a better app **** or something else anything is better than these con artists who are in bed with the people robbing you they don't even delete their account when they know their fraudulent hackers that steal your information and sell it on the black web-0 Stars if that was available

      This company encourages you to report fraud but will not help you get your funds back. They end chats with you when you ask to speak to a supervisor. This company should be able to help retrieve funds when a scam is being reported.

      Cashapp is allowing fraudulent company with no real business address to use them to steal from customers. They say you can contact them if you suspect fraud but when you do they do absolutely nothing . I was scammed by a vendor telling me he never received my payment and when contacting cashapp they said not to worry my money will be refunded and then say nothing they can do once it process and that is not proper business practice they need to be shut down.

      SCAM!!!! Cash app has taken $54 and would not refund. It is just another SCAM. When In already broke they took money from me and would not refund it. Do NOT EVER USE CASH APP!!!! ????????
