      I went inside a ******** to buy a sandwich.I pay at the cashier but the cashier said I did not pay even though ai had the receipt. When I opened a dispute,it was determined there were no error so they don't give me a refund. I did not get the sandwich, I also lost the money.

      We sold a $700 dress to a person via Market place. The buyer said he only had cash app. We accepted the money condition and received an email that said cash app had received the money but was holding the cash until proof of shipping. After we sent proof of mailing we got another email that says we needed to have a business account and that we needed to have the buyer send another $800 to upgrade our account to a business account. The buyer then agreed to send the additional $800 . He said he sent it but we didnt see it in our account. Then they wanted to have us send him $800 back and then they would release our $700. Thats when we finally got a clue. They then threatened us! This app is too easy for crooks to infiltrate

      So one of my past transactions a person filed a dispute and requested a chargeback without consulting with me and Cashapp just removed funds out of my account and refunded the amount. In no way did they allow me to challenge the dispute and now Im lost $100.What kind of business model allows users to discreetly issue charge backs with no case resolution.Contacting customer support is like talking to a walk, they recommended pursue legal advice from a lawyer. I was an easy decision for me to just stop doing business with them after 4 years.

      I can't even imagine giving Cash App 1 star. I took the necessary procautions of protecting my account with not only a authorizing pin number that I use when I transfer money and locked my card while not in use. However I still was victimized by 2 different people who were allowed to transfer all of my tax money into their own accounts. I notified customer service of these transactions immediately. An disbute was filed with all the nessasary documents that no phone devices are allowed on premises. Employees go through metal detectors to prevent any devices from being sneaked in. My time card proving I was at work at the time the transactions occured. And I I never used my pin number for any transactions. Now ********************** lied claiming they would do everything possible to refund my money. However I then received a email from someone in the fraud department telling me my disbute has been denied and if I wanted to refile I am welcome to do so. Cash App failed completely to protect me against Identity Theft.

      I keep getting random charges multiple times back to back for $0.99, $1.99, and $2.99. They end up totaling to almost $100 and when i contact support i get no where. They will tell me my case is being transferred and the other team will contact me but they never do. I just got hit again for $25 and they are again doing nothing.

      I sent my girlfriend 70 bucks on cash app next thing i know theres 40 40 60 80 and 100 sent to.her i tried to resolve it they triying to say i sent money and i keep telling them i think my acount was hacked and keep telling me based o their records i records i sent thee which i didnt they refusing to give me my money back

      After doing a bit of research I can see Im not alone in finding cash apps customer service to be some of the worst Ive ever experienced. They tell you they cant help in an obtuse and vague way - deliberately avoiding your question. They wont put you in touch with a supervisor and get arched up when you try to get a straight answer. They regularly hang up on your or kick you off the chat. Its clear its a problem coming from the top. Regret wasting even a minute of my time dealing with them. Do not even download the app - itll drive you crazy.

      THEY LET PEOPLE SCAM YOU!!!! They dont even remove accounts after someone has been scammed. Nor will they let an actual person deal with you. A boy helps fix the scam instead.

      They have horrible customer service. I recently opened a new account with a new number, even verified my information and they closed my account for no reason and told me I violated Terms and conditions when this is a whole new account. All my information was correct and they basically banned me. Never did any type of fraudulent activities and when you call customer they give you BS run around and speak to the bot through the app that cant even help you with your problem. The customer service line is useless they are all useless. They cannot even tell me that there job description is and I even had one of the customer service person laugh at my concern with my account. They are terrible and I hope people stop using there app. Just a distasteful company.
