      I ordered sundresses which I never received...the company I ordered from was a scam, I reported to cash up ... They said the merchant fulfilled the obligation... My husband had a hold from a cruise, which the cruise releases and cash app refused to put money back on his card ..as far as I'm concerned they are scammers

      My card has been blocked for 6 months! Ive called and chat. *** sent my drivers license AND utility bill 25x no lie! And still they cant verify my address - Ive had the acct 10 years! What a joke! Thank goodness I only use it to send my kids and grand kids money right away since Im out of town a lot! AS SOON as I find another way, Im done with them!

      We sometimes and or often play games on our electronic devices. My nephews mother told my daughter to go online and find a company to send us a card. She did and she gave my ssn# and the card was free and was sent to our home. But when we tried to download cash earned from the games and we waited and waited no amount was posted to the card. And then we were requested to link the card to the bank account and transfer one dollar. But previously we were waiting on $80.00 from the games played and then $5.00 which then requested $20.00 to be added to the card. And then that's when my bank account was being requested. No. I didn't connect the pre-made free cash app card to the bank account. A ****** learned when especially using a ssn# to pre-make and send the card that seems useless.

      If I could leave zero stars I would. I recently ( 8 days ago) placed an online order with WM, they of course placed a hold for more than the order was , did not have an item in stock , cancelled it and the whole transaction cleared WM the very same day. It did not however clear Cashapp nor have I after 8 days been refunded or had the hold amount dropped even tho I have proof from WM that the transaction cleared... All I can get out of the **** is it takes up to 10 business days for those kind of transactions to clear, and as far as I'm concerned that's holding my money hostage for something I never recieved to start with. That's stealing. Flat out.

      A recipient account was hacked and was closed. Sender didn't know account was closed due to it being compromised. Sender try to resolve problem by having money refunded. Cash app refused because they said it was completed by recipient never received money. Recipient called customer service twice to have them to release money but got nowhere with and they refused to refund it back to my account as the sender. It was truly bad customer service and there is no protection for sender or recipient. We both are dissatisfied with cash app. Trust is lost with this app and company.

      Cash app misapreiated my funds. I told them to block or disregard any and or request from ****** app for monies. But cash app instead continue to pay app in the amount of $216.00

      I was paying some debt that my Transgender daughter owed and helping friends with funeral expenses. I also have games that I play and I really enjoyed them. I helped fund cancer treatment. The next thing I know Cashapp was blocked and they say I violated TOS. they will not identify details. I cannot easily help my daughter who has breast cancer without finding a different way. My games no longer work. They should be ashamed of the way they do business. I need my account re-opened.

      Cash app suspended my account for no reason. Then they changed me fees to send refunds or money on my account back to my bank account. I will be taking legal action.

      If there was the option to leave a zero star rating, itd be too high. I downloaded Cash App to access the Local Cash feature for my favorite local coffee shop to utilize rewards earned for purchases. While trying to place a coffee order, I received a notification that my cash app account had been deactivated due to a violation of their terms of service. When I reached out to support, I received a vague answer. Despite back and forth correspondences with different members of their customer support team on 6 occasions, I have yet to receive any actual information, just vague responses with a link to the terms of service. They continue to reference a deep investigation into my activity that has resulted in this deactivation. When I ask for clarity, I get another vague, copy/paste response. Perhaps the worst customer service Ive ever dealt with.

      They are very bad company that allows pepper to hack bank accounts thru their app without no help thru customer service Ive lost rent and bill money this past week and have not heard from them at all
