      Declined a payment that I was making because I made two previously payments to the same person because it was a security risk or fraudulent. When I call cash app support they told me they couldnt approve it and then Id have to wait or use my card which I didnt have to use and shouldnt have to use a card if I called support and verified it was a valid payment. They are hijacking peoples money

      My daughter and I had cash app and they had the audacity to say they I violated the terms for gambling. Now mind you, I don't ****** nor use the card to buy lottery tickets cause I do play. B, my daughter wasn't using her card cause WHY.... We both have our cards locked so it's an inside job. Now they're looking for me to pay back the money that I borrowed from them. Since y'all said that I was gambling with the card, use that money to pay yourself back with it. I don't deal with crooks and liars and believe me when I say that ALL OF Y'ALL ARE LIARS AND CROOKS. No card, no money. Stop STEALING PPL money cause y'all crack addicts can't stop stealing. Take y'all card off of ****** play if you don't want ppl to have your card. ***** and **** are the biggest crooks and they call themselves supervisor. BBB, y'all really need to check into Cash app cause they're stealing ppl money and nobody's doing anything about. We work to hard for insiders to steal our money.

      I was unexpectedly blocked from using Cash App without any explanation. When I reached out to customer support for help, I received no real assistance or resolution. Extremely frustrating and disappointing experience.

      So, I been trying for a year and a half to get a refund on something I never purchased,they keep telling me that I never contacted them about the refund,so I send them a screen shot of unauthorized purchase, then they say it takes up to 45 days to receive it. Well that was -07-04-2024. And still nothing. Cash app is a joke.

      CashApp was easy to use and had some great features. Everything was great until they closed my account, stating I violated their ******************* I used CashApp for almost a year and a half, with no issues. The reason for the 1 star, is due to their refusal to explain to me what I actually did to violate their T's & C's. I tried several times with Customer Support for a detailed explanation. They just gave me the runaround. I even appealed their decision to close my account, and they denied it. How am I to understand the issue if they don't provide exact details? Ultimately, it is my business how I spend my money. Needless to say, I am disappointed with CashApp and their lack of providing specific details as to their claim of a violation. Come to find out, I am not the only person this has happened to. I have read numerous accounts from former users of CashApp, that have experienced the same thing.

      Cash App has a new terms and service and they closed my account saying that I was gambling which is not true and they have no way in proving it either. I tried to explain that i use the account sole for lunch purposes and they claim they can't reinstate my account.

      Woke up one day and they randomly closed my account did not give me any notice and I do not have any fraud business going on I also have money in my account this is not right.

      Horrible customer service, I was hung up on when I asked for a manager my account was closed and deactivated for absolutely no reason stating I went against a policy. I read the policy they stated and there is no clear terms for reasoning. Horrible way to bank.

      Cash app closed my account stating I went against their terms of service. I had been with them for 3 years and did nothing different. I ask them to send me documentation but have never received anything. They are a bad company who should not be able to exist.

      Cashapp is the worst. I had suspicious activity on my account, because my I was sending my 25 year old son $20.00. They froze my account. I had no idea. No email, nothing. So someone sent me $350.00 that I cannot pull out of Cashapp. I called their customer service four times!!! they dont handle suspended accounts over the phone, they can only email you. I have received no email. Use Venmo!!!! I will get an attorney if I have to!
