  Cash app deleted my account and said that I was gambling with my account. I dont even ******. I really needed my account for taxes and business sells and they wont allow me access.

  Cash App is the most ridiculous way to bank and I highly recommend people do not use this app. We have been a customer with them for four years and for the past year we have been getting the run around when it comes to same day transfers. You pay a fee for same day transfers, see the money leave your bank account then ********************** holds your money until they feel like releasing it. Then they offer no reason or explanation as to why? This is unacceptable banking practice. People depend on that money to survive and they couldnt care less. Beware my friends beware!!

  They will deactivate your account and never tell you why. After such you will never be able to use their services unless their draconian decides your appeal is worthy many months after you have to make a vital payment.Avoid using cashapp at all costs.

  They deactivated my account, stating that I violated their terms of service but wouldn't tell me what I've done wrong. Then told me I could withdraw my funds but then sent the funds to a card I do not have. So someone got my money- I was robbed by them!

  On may 22 I had fraud made in my account. I had transferred $820 to **** and my account was hacked and money was transferred to some other account in ******** that it's not mine. I opened a case for investigation with them and they have close the case 4 time with no investigation or communicating with me. CASH APP ****** bank, saying they don't have a manager to assist customers in this cases. Their only statement by email is that I made the transferred or authorize someone to do so, witch I did make the transferred but to my *************** not no other because I don't have no other. I asked for the reports of transactions they said they had by email and I was sent an email with only 1 report of that other bank the day my money was stolen from my account. They did not investigate, all caller said the same scriptures, and kept closing my investigation ticket, when they know I did not do that transaction to that other bank because in all this years with them, theirs no withdraw to bankcorp by me. ******* is ********* and ***************. They don't want to give me my money back. $820 on May 20, that was transfer to **** to pay my rent and my account in cashapp was hacked and the money was transferred to bankcorp instead by someone not me, but they are not willing to call me or investigate, just close the case 4 time already.

  Cash App has a lack of *************************** This company needs to be re-evaluated based on their customer service department & also the caring of their customers. I customer service department to get some assistance on a pending transaction on my account for a hotel charge. This has been pending since 5/31/25. I reached out to the ************ sent me a release form showing that they have released the funds that cashapp is holding. After waiting for 37 minutes with cashapp customer service, I sent them the email confirmation that was sent to me coming directly from the ************ are saying its not valid enough for them. Requested to speak to a supervisor then the representative with a quick response states they only contact through email. Then went on to request for a manager, same thing with them. This company is a ************ would recommend them ever again.

  Never using this service again. Reported a scam transaction the same day and within two hours of it happening and I got told off twice telling me that I couldn't get my money back. It has been two months and I tried all avenues of approach and I was never able to receive my $1,100 back from an extremely inconspicuous scammer, who had a years-old account on a marketplace that had seen use before, and pictures of the item supposedly being purchased in question that were reverse image searched and were legitimate from all angles of observation. To my shock, I learned that recently that instead of actually dealing with the scammer that CashApp itself had called suspicious, my own account allegedly was flagged as "suspicious" and prevented me sending any cash out to friends for legitimate purposes. So not only was allegedly nothing done about the scammer that I had reported multiple times, my own account had action apparently taken against it unbeknownst to me until I attempted to send money to a friend.I wholeheartedly will never endorse CashApp to anyone I know as its fraud prevention is a joke and from my experience will likely subvert you instead.Guess my money for schooling ain't coming back. Neither am I considering CashApp ever again, for any purpose.

  Cash app closed my account said that I violated the terms when I did not I guess it's a crime to pay rent I tried to appeal it they did not ask questions or anything. It's very frustrating.

  Cash app is a joke. They will take your money on authorized payments.And then it takes ten to forty five days to get your money back. It did not take them ten to forty five days to take it. I will be canceling my **********'s c***
