      I was A victim of Theft/Robbery.. all my personal items were stolen from me .. law enforcement told me to file A dispute. My dispute was denied and I was received a email that it was someone I knew who took from me . This is wrong on all levels, this has caused me soo much emotional distress, not only someone stole from me robbed me for all my money but also I was accused of my money being stolen by someone I knew with no proof to determine. Cash app needs to be banned, they treat the customers very poorly, and I will be getting to the bottom of this. If I could give zero stars I would .

      If I could leave no stars, that would be generous. I had fraudulent withdrawals and the customer service was pathetic. There was a profile picture of the person that took my money and they would not share it with me even though it was on my account. It seems that customer service is not in this country, so it is extremely difficult to understand each person, as I tried several representatives. The absolute worst company ever. Try Venmo or Zelle.

      They are damaging our business. We own an automotive repair shop. We use Square to accept payments. Our tickets vary and some times are large due to replacing engines and transmissions and so on. Every time we have a large transaction, they freeze our account. This is delaying us in ordering the parts to do the job on time. They know we have fluctuating ticket amounts because of our business. But they still keep doing the same c*** I even provide all the customers data, name, number, email, ID and they still won't verify anything, they just make us wait. Its time to switch to a ****** free REAL merchant.

      I would give it less if it was available. Closed my account but nobody will tell you why. I have sent several messages and the only reply is get is that it violated terms and conditions and then you to a Web site showing reasons for closing your account but never tell you which one was violated. Will never do business with them again. Poor *****************

      I filed a dispute in april my wallet was stolen on the day i moved so much money was taken off my card I advised them of 4 separate charges they deactivate my card for cash app and never told me until today which is 2 months later that my dispute was denied and I want be able to get another cash app card its like they punishing me for someone stealing my money. They wouldnt let me speak with a manager they also hung up on me several times still no resolution

      Fraud, theft, manipulation lies, cheating, unauthorized transactions, red flags fraud. These are the words that describe cash app. They are allowing transactions to come through without transaction information. They will hang up on you if you attempt to record your conversation if you simply ask for transaction numbers, they will tell you its gonna take 45 days to get the information they will lie to you and do anything they can to avoid helping this app is a scam These people need to be prosecuted I never had a worse experience. They will lie until they hang up on you and their version of a dispute letter is sending me the same information on my app saying we confirmed this. It was processed through your account. Theres nothing we can do. Youve been denied and yet theyre still unable to provide any verification or transaction information for the account or the transaction cash app is in my opinion in initiating and reinforcing fraud based on their system design and their inability to simply transfer a phone call or the refusal to be recorded simply adds to the frustration and the confirmation that they are involved.

      Complaint Title:Request for Refund Funds Sent to Inactive Cash App Account Complaint Text:On June 12, 2025, I sent $200 through Cash App to a friends Cashtag ($bagire25). I later learned that the account is no longer in use or accessible by the intended recipient. As a result, the funds are unretrievable, and my friend cannot return them.I contacted Cash App support through the app and have not yet received resolution.       Cash App said that my account goes against the company policy. They will not tell me why or what I did. I use my account foe everything I have not did anything that I read against their policy. I paid ***** for a metal card and you close my account. I wish the government would make them tell people pacific reason when they do something. This is the second time they have done this to me. I appealed the first time and gor my account back. So I will see what happens this time.

      Cash App is nothing but a bunch of crooks! Our account was hacked & had all our info changed and we watched the funds drain out. We reported immediately & now 3 months later they are still not giving us access to OUR MONEY!! Over $8k!! We call daily & we have to explain everything from the beginning each time we talk to someone new! Give us our money back or I'm filing another class action against you guys because it seems you guys haven't learned from the previous lawsuit that is being paid out right now as we speak, since your still s******* your customers out of their money! Don't get ********************** if you want to keep your money, if you like being scammed & robbed then this is the business for you!

      I made a purchase and for some reason it was duplicated. The merchant has no record of this. Because the 2nd payment is pending NO ONE has done anything saying they cant do anything. For 6 days my account has remained negative because I'm not paying for a transactions I did not make and cash app claims they can't do anything. They have given me 2 dates on when it should fall off and neither has happened. I just want access to my account and my money returned.
