      I tried to link my credit card to my cash app account I kept getting error messages saying that I entered the wrong CVC code or expiration date I kept trying to re-enter it and then I got an error code saying too many wrong attempts of CVC so I reached out to customer service , I requested a live agent from the chatbot , next thing I know I have what was supposedly a agent named ** pretend that he was helping me and then telling me I was entering the code wrong and I repeatedly told him no it's not me it's not on my end it's on cash-*** and eventually I got tired of having to tell him that especially after they told me my account will remain locked for ************************************************************************************************************************************************************ how because here's my numbers I was given robotic like responses that were repetitive I feel like I got rude customer service out of this supposed agent named ** and I would like an apology my credit card added my account unlocked and some insurance at this agent ** will get retrained on how he should act customer service appropriate like thank you

      A family member accidentally sent funds to my mother's cash app and she has passed away, her phone was turned off and cash app says it was received and they are seeing what happened to it, So they called cash app and since I had power of attorney over my mom before she passed cash app said I needed to call so I did they made me send my mom's death certificate and all the pages of her will and I email them over and over they keep saying it was sent higher up. What worries me is they have all that information they made me send. So I forwarded all the emails to my attorney so if they try to use her info.

      I have been having issues with them all week. My account has been restricted, I wanted to borrow back money I just paid, and they had restricted my account. I was told I had to wait for someone from lending to email me, I have been waiting for over a week and I got one email saying they were waiting for my response, but didn't tell me where to respond or how to respond because if I responded to that email it wouldn't get to the team working on my case. I was going to use them for my business account, however given the issue I have been dealing with, I will not be going through cash app anymore. I am going to cancel my accounts.

      I place a Merchandise order May 6 to VCLOTHFASHIONMALLCF used my CASHAPP Card to purchase $36.70.reported to Cash app I had been SCAMMED out of my money and they keep saying they investigated and denied by money. back so I have no money or merchandise.

      I used cash app for years without issue except for the cards needing to be replaced. Then all of a sudden Im banned. Customer support has no ideas why, just that I violated terms and conditions. I have no idea what was violated, nor do they and any time Ive tried to get someone to look into it they tell me theres a team that reviews cases but I never hear back from them. Something needs to be done but no one is helping.

      I have had a CashApp account since 2021, $VIPGallery. After soliciting donations for a Carnegie Hall performance fundraiser in 2024 I was (all of a sudden) unable to access my account. ********************** customer Service was repeatedly unqualified to helm me access my account. **************** said I had to open a 'new account' to access my old account but that was a lie. I still have not been able to access my old account or to get tax statements for 2024 although the NEW ACCOUNT IS ATTACHED TO THE SAME EMAIL AS THE OLD ACCOUNT. I suspect someone is internally stealing and pre-maturely closing CashApp accounts in order to divert the funds to other accounts and closing them. Now they are saying they cannot locate either my old or new account, although I have a physical CashApp card for the $VIPGallery account and my new one $VIPGalleryLex is attached to my bank account. How can a company with your banking info be so negligent? When downloading the CashApp account they do not give you the option to access either of my accounts but via a forced app page want me to OPEN ANOTHER CASH APP ACCOUNT!!! Stay away from these scammers!

      They advertise to use their cash app card, spend between a certain amount and then go back on their app to split the payments into 4. It is very misleading as that will only work with select stores which they do not tell you that. Trying to get help with my issues have been ongoing for over 3 days because they keep transferring me and taking long periods of time to respond. They need to state the terms along with their perks and better customer service. I feel tricked.

      Cash App has a hold on my money, it keeps saying that it's ****** department store that has the hold ****** proved to me that it's not them they turned over all releases over from the canceled order,, I've been trying to get my money back from cash app several days now,, this isn't the only time I've had problems with cash app not giving me my money, how ever I just let it slide, but I'm done with the Cash App keeping my money for no reason, telling me this time I won't get it until June 4th or after June 4th, the release from ****** was Sunday may 25 2025,it shouldn't be this long for cash app to release my money, they have no right to put any hold on it. I'm just saying cash app isn't a honest cash card, and this time they scared me into turning them in. please help me, please ???? have them release my money now Sunday will be a week, thank you

      I had my Cashapp account hacked which the hackers made several attempts to load and withdrawal money from my bank account that was connected to Cashapp. One $2,500, One $900, and two $500 transaction which the $500 were processed and withdrawn leaving me to have been hacked out of $1000. I called Cashapp the same day it happened. Spoke to a foreigner that tried to help me, but end up waiting on hold for 30 minutes plus and the call dropped. So I dispute the charge with my bank. I get paperwork work from my bank about 2 weeks later and Cashapp says I'm falsely disputing the charges because I have previous transactions on the same card and account. What! So I called Cashapp again to understand this logic, because none of my transactions are over $100 so, two $500 transactions at one time is a red flag. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was told, "a supervisor only communicate by email. They don't take calls. They will reach out to you as soon as possible." What! Then he couldn't tell me how long that would be. This need to be looked into because not having a supervisor on shift or to give you a call is a red flag.
