  About 3 years ago my cash app was hacked by someone and cash app locked my account and when I called them to tell them what happened they would not unlock my account so that I can restart it again. I feel that that is bad business on their part not listening to customers and refusing to fix the problem that was not caused by the customer to begin with

  This company has terrible customer service and not able to get answers from anyone from Cash APP. They closed my account stating i went against the terms of service, I reached out to support asking for help saying this must have been done in error and that I only use it to monitor my kids spending and send them money, and all they do is say someone will reach out to me and no one ever does I gave them my email and even checked my spam/junk folder and never get a response.

  I sent $200 to a friend, she said her log in was her name which is rather unique. 10 minutes later she called and said she didn't receive the money, I checked and the app said the transaction was 'completed'. I called cashapp and asked if by any chance there were two people with the same name, they said "no, she got the money don't worry sometimes it takes time". I waited and 24 hours later she still hadn't received it. I called support again and they said "you sent it to the wrong person" (apparently there were two people with the same name) I asked what I should do and they said "well it's their money now but you can ask for a refund". Asking for a refund involves pushing a button that sends a generic request to the person who got the money. You can't talk to them, or get any other information about them. Well, they apparently laughed at the request and kept the money. I called support again and they said "well that was their right" I am dumbfounded, if Amazon accidentally puts a package on my porch that was meant for my neighbor does that mean that I now own it? If I drop a $20 bill on the store does it now belong to whoever picks it up first? Well the State of California doesn't believe in "finders keeper" and has a criminal code for misappropriation of found property but too bad for me because CashApp won't even give me the contact information, nothing I can do but make sure I post this EVERYWHERE and hope people get the message that they are not a legitimate company

  Had no issues until i needed to dispute an online purchase. The merchant took the money and never provided the product. Cashapp kept denying the claim saying the merchant did their job....based on what??? They never shipped the product. Almost $100 down the drain due to poor customer service.

  They took $3.29 from me and told me it was from back in March. Which I get monthly payments to this card and I was also told that it would be a little confusing. I'm not confused cash app is just blantly lying and taking advantage of the customers. I let them know I was leaving and writing a review, I refuse to go through this each month. Once this begins it'll never stop. I was also told I couldn't speak to a supervisor, only through email. Why would I want a business like this handling my funds

  They close your account down for no reason n then don't even give u a reason or let you make another one smh I don't understand how u make an app for people to send money to each other n then close someone's accounts for sending money to there ****************** n workers like it's insane I think they need to get into trouble for everything they do so they can stop doing what they have been doing to clearly everyone not just closing accounts n if it's not u they still won't give u ur account back like it's insane my phone was stolen n I still got my other account closed out n they still won't let me open another one it's stupid like I was just sitting ******** get a notification saying my account was closed bc of inappropriate stuff but I wasn't even on my account lol like it's not funny it's insane bc I get my check on cash app

  Do not trust cash app they will not protect you in case of a fraudulent transaction they will let people steal from you Do not trust cash app do not use cash app cash app will not protect you in a fraudulent transaction cash appwill let people steal money from you and will not protect you in any way shape or form they will not find a dispute in your favor when even when you have proof

  Im very upset that Cash App has denied my dispute three times. The merchant failed to send my shipment to my address, and they refused to refund my money. I reached out to Cash App for them to s**** me over as well.

  Cash app last week I transferred money from cash app to my personal account and didnt realize that it actually transferred to a closed account. ********************** wouldnt help with the mistake. I almost just got over it until today when CashApp withdrew $63.88 from my checking account and couldnt find where it went and wouldnt help me get it back. They stole my money. I will never again use cash app and I encourage others to not use it as well.
